Well, you can pray for me to be relieved from my distress, dear sister. I will not deny you to ask. However, God the Father Blesses me when He allows me to suffer in some small likeness of what His Son, Jesus did for us. I think He will smile at your heart in the matter and still allow that light yoke of suffering to make me understand what He is so patiently trying to teach us all. The fullness of that message will not be revealed until it is time for every knee to finally bow. I cried when I realized He does not merely allow suffering to come upon me, but instead, because of His great Love and Grace, honors even me, when He allows me to suffer. Even though it is Jesus, our Lord, and God the Father who sent Him, and the Holy Spirit that dwells in us that Deserve all this honor, He gives it to His Children, because as His Children, it is impossible for him not to do so for so Great and Pure is His Love!

And none who have been given this crown could conceive of anything better to do with them than to throw them at the feet of God. So it is not so baffling a thing to see in your mind's eye...

I am certain some that will read this will think me quite mad! Oh, well. I am mad with Love at times! I think that is a good thing...

    LOL!!!

Blessings Upon All Who Truely Desire It,

    Mel

    Serola,

Great post! It's too bad that so many Christians fixate on the buildings and property. I wish that they invested more of their time in people who come to worship at those buildings. Perhaps our posts will cause some to stop and rethink what they are doing? I hope so.

    Peace and Grace,
    Eric

Hi Mel, I agree, dear brother, that suffering is a blessing to the saints, and gives us the joy of suffering as our Lord has suffered. I suspect that you as a soldier dear brother, may be more advanced in your understanding of its benefits than many of us. But if your distress is over the past, then for us the saints God has the final word, and is the only true standard for the saints and their past. Thanks for taking the time to leave your always welcome comments, and God bless you and yours always.

Hi Eric, thanks for taking the time to fellowship and leave your always welcome comments dear brother. Yes, I agree there is no better way to describe it" fixated" on a building. I pray that God will take this blindness from the eyes of those among us saints, that they may truly see. God bless you and yours always.
