Basic Youth Conflicts used to have a section called Death of a Vision that said that the vision came first, then the disapointment and waiting (as training) then the actual mission when we were ready. Moses was their main example but almost every major OT "hero" went through it. And we a Young man called here to be a Youth Pastor who is doing it right now. Peace to all of us in waiting.

Called 9 yrs. ago into the ministry, licensed 2 yrs. ago, and still waiting for the fulfillment. I have preached in my own church since the beginning, but I know that there's more to it. However, I have seen many called and I have seen them jump head-long into deep water, only to drown. I would rather not wait so long but at the same time I will not risk drowning!
