It is my prayer that we all be clothed on the word. I can't tell you how many churches i have come across that are not interested in growth. you question that and they say I like where we are now. One must grow in the word as well as the church. Otherwise both fall asleep.Put on Christ and explore the glory of salvation

Yes Ross if we only took to heart the ways of the NT Church growth, by the word of God, not by liberal, ideas on what "LEARNED" people think it should be, but what God wants it to be. Through the ages since Abraham, God's people have blown hot & cold. In some places where the lookwarm do not really understand that to live for God means looking to him in every area of our lives. Not just the buying of a new house, the changing of employment, but doing what is right naturally every day in every way. That is what God wishes for his people, when we do that we can drink from his river of delights satisfying our every need. Giving us the fountain of life, Hallelujah what a Saviour, Ross may the Holy Spirit guide us all, into the life that God through Christ wants for each one of his children.
That is where we are, somewhere in between being born again & finding the state of mind, the mindset, which God wishes to prevail in each one of us.
    That Would be Awesome.
    Love in His Name Stuart

On that subject I have to say when I started Street-Wise Ministries I was all excited to get out and be an outreach ministry That was my goal and I was sure God was leading me there. As time went by my attitude about the whole thing started to change. my desire has changed from just preaching to those who don't know Christ to getting those involved with cults to know the truth. I found myself buying books on appologrtics and researching it as often as possible. I know I will never be a teaching pastor, but I thought I was lead to be an evangelist and it seems that I have been lead to a different form of evangelism than I anticipated. It is still my desire to lead one person to a relationship with Christ but now I have a burning desire to lead those who don't believe or believe false teachings to the truth. It's funny how as I surrender myself to God's will my desires have done a 360 I have never really had a desire toward appologetics, now it pretty much defines me.
    Ok enough rambling
    Be blessed
