I have to admit that there are many things in my life where you should not follow my example. If I follow Christ, then in those things, I have no problem saying follow me, for I understand that many people will see Christ through us, and that they really are ultimately not following us as much as they are following Christ, especially when they gain the maturity in an area to challenge us.

I would say we should be prepared to extend an invatation for others to follow the example we set of mirroring Christ's example as best we can, for that is how future teachers of the savior are created. That is what we should be.

Not enough christians know just how importent their actions are. You'll be surprised just how judgemental the world is

You know, there are a couple of words that get translated as judgement. One, meaning as one sitting on the bench like a judge, we are not to do. That is God's dominion, not ours. The other, like a doctor, we are to do, especially to our brothers and sisters in Christ. One has the figurative sting of punishment and even death. The other, should we fail to listen to it, can carry consequences as well, but it is not the same.

We are even told to refrain from associating with brothers and sisters who are trapped in a sin that they refuse to acknowledge and turn away from, so as to bring them back when they have a change of heart.
