Yes, this is the one verse I most related to and I am so sure that many many people, male or female can relate to this somehow. A reaction like this, would often involve matters of the heart, so knowing how I had felt going through something like this before, it became a personal thing for me where my emotions have become involved because I know the heart ache attached.

Because of that one verse, Lamentations have taken on a whole new and different interpretation. This is the only book that has done this to me.

    Weird hey?

    :O)

Not so very weird. I relate to this. I see in this one verse, the sumation of the chapter. This is not the book I relate to the strongest, but I understand.

Of all of the books in God's Holy Word, it is the Book of Ecclesiastes that is this way for me. The book of James in the New Testament is the one I find links to me most deeply on the other end.

God's Word is full of symbolism, much of it in the Old Testament, linking to the New Testament of Jesus, our Lord. Many read Ecclesiastes only seeing the practical view of what he says. There, I find symbolism in the whole of the book. A shadow, realy, of what is to come in the reality of the New Testament.

James, on the other hand, I see primarily in view of its pragmatism. I find it full of the concrete that can be applied. It is full of substance for me. To each of us, different parts call stronger than others, but in the end, it all calls to all of us.

    AMEN,

    Mel
