Sat, Aug 26th - 8:11PM

My eyesight has grown dim and blurry. All around me are the bodies of wounded spirits......souls that have grown weary. One more hit, one more battlewound, one more scar. The sounds of warfare are deafening as I make my way through the carnage. I myself, have taken several blows from the enemy and I begin to wonder if going on is even possible. At each turn, I can hear the cries of my comrades but I am powerless except to bathe their wounds. The smoke that rises up keeps getting thicker, the shouts get louder, the attacks come stronger.........

Off in the distance I hear a sound as hoof beats.....a strong wind begins to blow......a sound of a trumpet blast screams through the night. My heart is quickened, my spirit soars. It is the sound of my King. He has not forgotten me, He has not deserted me......

In just a little while we will be delivered.
