there are two tiny eyes  that stare

 right thru me at times -

i swear!

 and seem to really know that i

 am not the tough  human that tries,

 to be so firm when you want a treat-

 cause you know i will loose that feat!

cause  then when you have finally won....

 youll  lay on  my bed with your sloppy bone...

 SOMETIMES I FEEL AS THO IM  NOT

 AT ALL

 IMPORTANT TO   ANYONE,,

 AND THRU THE DAYS THAT ARE ALL THE SAME...

 IM  SO GLAD YOU  KNOW MY NAME.

AND ,

WHEN I AM LONELY FOR A HUG-

 OR ACHING FOR A TOUCH OF LOVE,

 AND MY  SHOULDERS SHAKE FROM PENT UP PAIN,

IM SO GLAD YOU KNOW MY NAME.

 FOR ALL THE TIMES THAT I HAVE BEEN-

 FORSAKEN AND ABANDONED STILL,

 FROM SUN TO MOON THAT WAX AND WAIN

 I AM SO GLAD YOU KNOW MY NAME.

AND WHEN ITS TIME FOR ALL THIS TO BE-

 PUT AT REST ALONG WITH ME

 ILL HAVE THE AGES TO SING AND PRAISE.

 ALL BECAUSE YOU KNEW MY NAME.
