Preaching at twelve

There are so many things that Christ did. Each of the things had everlasting purpose for humanity. Nothing was done that was not in line with the mission of the Lord Jesus. If we take the preaching at the tender age of twelve for example, we come to understand that it was not accidental that Christ did that. 

He had understood that He had limited time to work on this planet. The Lord had to optimize every opportunity He had to talk to the lost world. This is a great lesson for every person. We are supposed to learn that OUR LIVES WILL END soon. Life is short. 
 

And in this short life, we are supposed to work for the Lord and bring the lost sheep back to the fold.We should not live as if we are immortal. It is a matter of time before you depart. Once you are in the grave, there is no more time to work for the Lord (Ecclesiastes 9). 

Christ is our perfect example. At that age he was already preaching because He had no time to waste. All the time was to be used to the maximum benefit of the lost world. Let us live by that example also so that the whole world receives the word.
