The Lord has expanded a few verses for me lately and I would like to share those with You also. I do sense that this is a very important time in history... the decisions we make at this time will bring a harvest that is in exact proportion to our decisions... well, it always does, but I sense that this is the time for the Body of Christ to really shape up or we will be living in failure. All things are speeding up and God is moving faster than ever before. I believe it is the time in history when the Lord is moving His people into the right positions for the end times. Right connections, partnerships and alliances have become vitally important. We have to get our hearts in line with His... or we will be left out, never fulfilling our destiny... which in turn will mean unfulfillment... for true and deep happiness and satisfaction come from fulfilling our destiny.BR>

The Lord brought to my mind a very well known verse in Jeremiah, "Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with ALL your heart." (29:13) continuing to say, "and when you find Me, you will also find the path for your life, for I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life." (John 14:6)

We will not find the purpose for our lives apart from Him. Sure, some people stumble upon the right path, but if it has not been found through seeking the Lord WITH ALL OUR HEARTS, we will easily stumble off the right path too. I sense the Lord drawing each of us into a yet deeper communion with Himself. We've known Him to a certain extent but He wants us to know Him more... He longs to reveal Himself to us in ways we've never known Him before. Answering His heart's call for deeper communion will in turn open up a whole new realm of faith and blessings to us.

There are great blessings and deep wisdom that we have by far not grasped yet... things that previous generations have not even dreamt possible... but He is ready to reveal them to us. He is ready to move like He has never moved before. He is calling on us to wake up, get away from worldly ways and get on the right road... the road of Life.

The second verse He amplified for me is also very well known, "For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning [to Me] and resting [in Me] you shall be saved; in quietness and in [trusting] confidence shall be your strength." (Isaiah 30:15)

As John 1:1 says, "In the beginning [before all time] was the Word (Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God Himself." ...the Lord spoke the verse in Isaiah to me as follows, "When you leave the worldly ways of thinking completely behind and return to My Word and rest in the promises of My Word - meditating them, confessing them - you shall be saved in every situation; in quietness - quieting all your fears through My Word - and in trusting me confidently, shall be your strength."

He is calling us to recognize in our everyday lives HOW much we have relied on the worldly ways of thinking and doing things. We have received the worldly ways and have developed a habit of thinking in certain ways and acting in certain ways because the whole world around us does it... not realizing that we are in bondage to the lies of the devil. If we would ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to us all the ways we follow the world rather than the Creator, I bet we would be shocked! There are things in our hearts that have been planted there years, even tens of years ago, and unconsciously we have seen those things as truths, depending on them and acting accordingly. But those false "truths" hold us prisoners!

This is the reason the Holy Spirit is so grieving in Hebrews 3:10, saying, "They always err and are led astray in their hearts."

Our hearts are often the greatest deceivers. We are called to follow our hearts... but often what has been planted into our hearts is not the Truth of the Word of God but the ways of the world. So, at times, we, believing to be following the leading of the Holy Spirit, are in truth following the wrong recordings in our hearts, which lead us into the wrong direction. If our hearts - or certain areas in our hearts - have not been renewed through the Word of God, we are following lying hearts! ...and we are deceived!

For a long time I did not understand WHY I was making mistakes when I sincerely followed my heart... until Hebrews 3:10 really opened up to me. We follow the ways of our unrenewed hearts. I followed Holy Spirit in many areas of my life... but those where the areas that I had renewed through the Word of God... and yet, I kept making mistakes in other areas of my life. Sure, at the time my decisions seemed right and led of the Lord... but later they turned sour. The truth was, my heart was not renewed in those areas and I stumbled and fell time and time again.

We will have to remember that if our hearts are not DAILY renewed through the Word, they can be the greatest deceivers!

God is inviting us into deeper relationship with Him. He is bidding us to come apart from the world, to return to His Word, to His ways. He is calling us to meditate on His Word and then SPEAK His Word. No matter how a situation looks like, we will have to find the promise in the Word of God and speak this promise to our mountains UNTIL they are removed.

I can see the pattern in my life. I started to practice SPEAKING the Word of God right when I got saved. I have Scripture verses written out that I daily confess and praise God for. I can see how many answers to my problems, whether health matters or money matters or relationships, have come to me because I have been confessing the answer over my life. The answer came because I agreed with God Himself. When I started to speak the answer to my mountain, the answer came.

In order for the Word of God to change our situations we have to do what God tells us to do. We can't depend on someone else's faith. Neither can we expect our mind faith to move the mountains - it never will! ONLY heart faith moves the mountains in our lives and heart faith comes only one way - through meditation. When we daily confess certain verses over our problems, one day they will sink into our hearts and then the mountains will be moved.

God told Joshua, "This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success."

"This Book of the Law SHALL NOT DEPART OUT OF YOUR MOUTH, but you shall meditate on it day and night." You know, it is possible to meditate on the Word day and night... because God would never have ordered Joshua to do it if it was impossible.

Did You know that daily about 60,000 thoughts come to our minds? Jep, that many! Some people say that they cannot control what comes to their minds. Sure we can! If we keep the Word of God at the forefront of our minds and on our lips at all times, like God has commanded us to do, the other thoughts will not even be allowed entrance. If we stay in the Word daily, we will learn to think like God thinks and act like God acts and the result WILL be success. Meditation literally means mumbling to oneself.

We can't cast thoughts out with thoughts. We can only cast wrong thoughts out by SPEAKING out right thoughts.

Romans 10:10 shows us how to do it, "For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ)... and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation."

We confirm our salvation in every situation by agreeing with the Word of God and speaking it out. We need to learn to speak to our mountains - difficulties in our lives, areas where we do not see the blessings of God. For Mark 11:23 teaches us, "Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him."

We may start confessing verses that we do not even have faith for... but as "faith comes by hearing and hearing"... the more we hear ourselves confessing the Truth, faith will start choking out the wrong seeds - wrong thoughts and words - and little by little the harvest of blessing will start rolling in.

Science has caught up to this Truth and many worldly people have started to use the principal in their lives, seeing the positive results. But they do not actually confess the promises of God - which are available to every single born again believer. How much greater results we would have if we would do what God called the body of Christ to do thousands of years ago! The Creator Himself wrote out for us the principle of success - the principle to change what we have into what we do not yet have - and we are ignoring it.

I mean, think about it, Abram never received the promise of God until he started to see himself with it and confess in agreement with God. God gave Abram a promise more than 20 years before he actually received it. Abram never believed... until God changed his name and made him "call things that were not as thought they were". When Abraham finally started to confess: "I am the father of many nations"... he received his promised child in a year (which includes the 9 months Sarah carried it).

It is the same with us. God may have given powerful and wonderful promises to us... but unless we actually believe Him and speak His promises as though we already had them... we will just remain without. God has given us the principle. If we choose to ignore it, we will never live in all that God has for us.

God did not tell us to keep telling and confessing the calamities we already have in our lives. He told us to speak to them and thus move them out of our lives. He told us to "call those things that be not as though they were" or as the Amplified Bible says, "speak of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed." (Romans 4:17)

We do not have to go out and start telling everyone else what we are believing for... for there are always those who will immediately nullify our little faith with their logics. So, we better keep confessing them during our prayer time. It would be even better if we found a prayer partner and confessed the promises of God in agreement one with another... also making sure we won't be pulling the good seeds we've sown out with negative confessions. Things do take time. Also, in order to receive a harvest, we have to have seed time first... and then the growing time. Even when we do not yet see the harvest, if we have confessed the Word, the seeds are growing. We better keep watering them through praise and thanksgiving.

If we want our lives and situations to change, this is the way. God has shown us the way and no amount of whining and crying will change our situations. I've tried that too... and it doesn't work. Every time I've tried to pull this trick (being so, so sad that the harvest has not yet come up, crying and whining), the Lord has patiently waited on the side-lines, asking, "are you done yet?" When I'm done pulling this trick, we can keep moving on... by me sowing more good seeds, agreeing with God and confessing His promises.

God knows that I know full well what I need to do... and He is not going to "rescue me out of my pity party" and change His rules just this once, for me! He has put down the rules for us and He won't change them for any of us. To think He will, is to believe the lie of the devil. He, in His awesome Love and mercy towards us, has taught us everything we need to know to be successful... now we have to do it. He told Joshua how he would make his way prosperous. He has given us all we need to succeed... now we will have to do our part... and keep at it until we see the results!!!

I have to admit that a lot of good seeds have come up already... and I am busy sowing new good seeds... having to constantly still the fear and doubt (the devil sends my way) through His Word and stay on the plan. I do fall from time to time... but I can't stay down for I know I would only get deeper into the mud... I have to stand up and start walking again. So do we all.

So, lets do it! Lets "speak of the nonexistent things that [He has foretold and promised] as if they [already] existed." ... and we will be calling them into the excistence... for the Word says that "By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible." (Heb.11:3)

...we do it BY FAITH... we move the mountains by faith and through our words. We do not need to understand exactly how it works... we have to trust God that if He says it works this way, it does. So, dear Friends, lets get busy moving the mountains!
