Hi all,Just a quick hello. Hubby has been home all week with somesort of prostrate/urniary tract infction. Feeling a little better tonight..ast night he was running a fever.

So glad its Wed, I really look forward to Bible study and fellowshio with other christian ladies. We are studing how important it is to have strong roots in God, going through tough times with our faith in him , daily commintant to following  him. How each day we need to keep focused on what God wants us to do, reading his word, listining to christian music,daily devotions etc, This way we can stand strong against the devil and the daily trails and temptations.

It sure breaks up the week and gives me a "hump" day boost.

Remeber sometime ago I said God spoke very clearly to me about being in a ministry within the next 5 years, this was about a year ago.

Today I got a phone call at work,(kitchen in a bar rest) it was from the girl who owns the Bile book store. She was  talking to someone in her church, the girl said  God has been laying onher heat to start a walking pray group. On my buisness card it states I do machine emb,she was looking for someone to make banners(like Miss America wear for pagents) I told her of cource I would be glad to make them, she asked how much, well without hestion I told her I would not charge her for making them or emb. all she needed to was supply material. Her voice cracked a little as she said thank you so much, that God just opened anouthe door her, there are no funds to have these made, so God is getting reading to open more and more doors. She wants to do a downtown thing on 3rd Fri, just letting people know that prayer help,etc is available,n just getting out there willing to pray for nd with anyone(3rd Fri the stores stay open late,sometimes an singing group, etc.and to send out /hand out flyers. Gee reading this its not making  lot of sence or easy to understand,but mainly I wanted to share about Gods work.   Char

Happy Wed

Just stopping in to say hi. Tonight was Bible Study at church. I really need these mid week time of fellowship. Just the break in the weeks hassle and just daily life, good and not so good get the mind and body in the right place.

So any news from all of you?

If any of you get a chance to read "The 10 Commendments twice removed" it is a very interesting book.The writers are Danny Shelton/Shelly Quinn.

A prayer for my town. There is a gang that has a intution of having to shoot 1 person,perfeberly a women stopped at red light or stop sign. There has been 7 shooting here in this month alone, some gang,some domestic. One women as stabbed in the neck during a domestic and did not file a complaint against her "boyfriend" they both had been drinking.

When we movedhere 30 years ago it was a small town,we would walk High St with the kids, go to Woolworths, buy coloring books, have hotdog and soda, walk through Great,Newberrys. Had 3 lqrgefactories, nowthey are closed and gone.

Nowit has begun to turn into a sinnful nasty town. Having a grandson in 10th grade I sure praydaily for him andhis friends. All are good kids,keeping away from 'groups" on  student council,plays quiter etc. The drugs and sin are so rapand. Not only do my grandsons and friend(I have 2 grndsons in Upstate NY) ad 1 living with me(his mom also)We all need to just each day lift these kids to God for protection.

This afternoon my grandson(16) asked me if I still had the book 5 people you meet in Heaven. Said he told his girlfriend I did and she wanted to read it. I am sure I have it,but where???????I must have or he wouldn't of thought I did or tell his girlfriend.

I am just plesed that t some point they must of been talking though neither are savedso thats a great thing. Now I need to find it.stopped at the Bible book store to see if they had it, no, but she will order it, I really would rather find it,not buy it but if I can't find it I will 19.99. It has to be a regular size book for that price, but I would  of bought it at a yard sale or flea market or it was passed on to me as several of us share books .

Gee age and unorganized sure make the brain burn extracells trying to remember,LOL

The lady my daughter works for in a day care hd her 3rd son on Christmas, Eve On Sunday they took him to local hospital, Dr sa id he had purmonnia, then anouther said no he doesn't, long story short parents are having him sent to Childrens hospital in Penn., he will go up tonight or first thing in morning, the usul red tpe. So  a prayer would be appriciated.

Happy Wed

Hi all, Sure hope you had a good Christmas and a very blessed New Year. Christmas was a bit blah, daughter and grandson that live with me was in Mass,and other daughter livs in Upstate New York. Went to best friends for coffee and to exchange gifts so that gave me a lift.

New Yearss evening I was feeling a bit yucky, blood sugar was up and fibro was showing its ugly face. We don't go out on New Years anyhow, if the car and bodies are home we all get to see the New Year,besides I worked New Yeas day. Hey God has a lot planned for me this year,and all of you even though we don't know just what yet, he'll let us know.

Its pretty cold and really windy here in Jersey tonight, glad to be inside.
