I AM THERE
Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Is not this a wonderful statement? Have you ever thought on this, that when you and another are together, speaking of the Lord praising His name that He is right there with you. I wonder is there anything you might want to change about the way you are dressed, are maybe the place you are.
I bring this up because of something that my husband has said in the past, that got me to thinking of myself . Sometimes in the summer in my home I wear shorts and I have been guilty of being in a hurry to run to town and leave the house wearing the shorts. Even though they aren’t short, shorts, I feel convicted. I feel like I am not representing my Savior as I should, how can I truly witness and teach of my Lord when I myself am not conducting myself as His child. For in wearing revealing clothing, I am not following His teachings.
I sometimes lose my temper and say things I should not say. You may ask the one that is with you to forgive your slip, and they may. But just remember they will not forget, you have hurt your testimony. I know because I slipped up and said something once and a young person heard me.
At the time they did not say anything but YEARS later something happened to them and they said the same thing I had said years before. When I told them, they knew that it was wrong to speak that away. I heard these words…. Miss Pam, you said it. I asked when I said it and they told me, when I was five years old , they were about sixteen at this time.
So I am going to try and conduct myself each day as if I am physically in His presence. How about you?

UNDERSTAND
Psalm 119: 27
Make me to understand the way of thy precepts: I shall talk of thy wondrous works.---KJV
When God gives you understanding, do you share it with those around you or do you keep it to yourself unwilling to share His promises and love? Are you one who finds great joy in spreading and sharing Gods precious word or are you one who finds their joy in hording the gems and precious medals you find? If you truly believe the Bible (Gods Holy word) then your job, your desire should be to talk about God and His love with ALL you come into contact with. Tell them how God formed our world and the universe. But most of all tell them of God and His mercy, love for us, in sending His only son to die in our place. That the son (Jesus) IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN.
When you can do this you will know you are beginning to understand His precepts.

Yea, before the day was I am he: and is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work and who shall let it?
WOW ! What a statement. Before the day was, i.e.. Time was. I am He… the One and only…..none can deliver out of my hand…..Prove positive that once you are His it is a forever thing. I will work and who shall let it…..He will do the work and no one shall prevent Him

good morning Brothers and Sisters, It has been a great start to the New Year, with many blessings coming our way.
God has opened many doors for us to walk through, chances to witness of His Son.
I also see that that ole serpent is walking among Gods children, stirring up trouble where he can.’ It seems that many people had rather follow along on the path that satan shows them, because it seems so much more easy and joyful.
They are unable or unwilling to look beyond the end of their noses to see what lies in store for them in the future.
All most people look to is the present this nanosecond. Tomorrow is outa sight so why think on it?
Why? Because this life IS NOT all there is! We have a new life waiting on us when we leave this world. Whether it is a life of joy, peace, happiness or it be a life of pain, sorrow, regret and sadness. Once your life here ends, you can not return to change the way you think, you can not then say I am sorry I want to serve the Lord now. For you will hear the Father say,” Sorry I never knew you, go and serve the one you severed on earth."
The road a Christian travels may not be an easy one, but it is a rewarding one. For we have something that the world craves....... peace of mind.
