GOD'S CHILDREN ...
SEE WHAT [ an incredible] quality of love the Father has given (shown, bestowed on) us, that we should [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God ! And so we are! The reason that the world does not know [recognize , acknowledge) us is that it does not know (recognize, acknowledge ) Him.
2) Beloved, we are [even here and] now God's children ; it is not yet disclosed (made clear) what we shall be [hereafter], but we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall ['as God's children] resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He [really } is. _1 John 3:1-2 Amp. Footprints in the Sand...
One night a man had a dream about walking along the beach with the Lord. The sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, his and the Lord's . After the last scene flashed before him he looked at the footprints, noticing that at the most difficult times in his life there was only one set of footprints. "Lord you said you'd walk with me all the way if I followed you. But during the most troublesome times in my life there is only one set of footprints. Why did you leave me when I needed you most?" The Lord replied, "I love you and would never leave you . In your times of trial and suffering , when you see only one set of footprints , that was when I carried you." ... _author unknown

[Prompted] by faith Noah, being forewarned by God concerning events of which as yet there was no visible sign, took heed and diligently and reverently constructed and prepared an ark for the deliverance of his own family.
