These are my thoughts.
God has power over demons and anything else that may attack
us.
Job 9:20-22 King James Version (KJV)
20 If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.
21 Though I were perfect, yet would I not know my soul: I would despise my life.
22 This is one thing, therefore I said it, He destroyeth the perfect and the wicked.
Job 9:20-22 Good News Translation (GNT)
20 I am innocent and faithful, but my words sound guilty,
and everything I say seems to condemn me.
21-22 I am innocent, but I no longer care.
I am sick of living. Nothing matters;
innocent or guilty, God will destroy us.

20 Job knew the might of the Lord and how He is holy and compared to Him Job was not, Job was being humble which made it sound like he was guilty of being sinful. Job just had such a faith and understanding of God that his friends did not understand, the world can not understand how we see the Lord and His will for our lives.
21 Job was not perfect only Christ is, but Job was considered even by God as righteous, being righteous does not mean we don’t sin it just means when we do we turn it to the Lord. Job just wanted to die because of all he was going thru, Job was not suicidal but just wanted God to take his life instead of allowing all that he was going thru to keep happening.
22 Everyone is guilty of sin and deserves hell but for those of us who come to Christ we have Him to stand on our behalf at judgment to where we won’t be condemned but we are saved by Him and it is only by Him that we won’t be destroyed. Job knew that no matter what people die, those who come and follow the Lord and those who reject the Lord all die after death is where who we serve in our life matters.
