    Mark 5:20

    KJV 20 And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel.

    Mark 5:20 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

    20 The man went away into the region near the ten cities known as Decapolis and began telling everyone how much Jesus had done for him. Everyone who heard what had happened was amazed.

    These are my thoughts.

    We should share what Jesus has done for us people may want Jesus as well if they hear it.

    Job 10:16-17

    KJV 16 For it increaseth. Thou huntest me as a fierce lion: and again thou shewest thyself marvellous upon me. 17 Thou renewest thy witnesses against me, and increasest thine indignation upon me; changes and war are against me.

    Job 10:16-17 Good News Translation (GNT)

    16 If I have any success at all,

        you hunt me down like a lion;

        to hurt me you even work miracles.

    17 You always have some witness against me;

        your anger toward me grows and grows;

        you always plan some new attack.

    16 Job’s view of God was the scriptural view o how satan is an satan was the one attacking Job, God was just allowing him to hurt Job. Satan tried his best to break Job and will with us satan took everything from Job that he held dear, Job was at a place where he didn’t want to get close to anything because it would be used to hurt him. Satan wants to take God’s blessings in our life and use them to hurt us.

    17 We are sinners but thru Jesus we are forgiven, satan wants to keep making us feel unworthy of fellowship with the Lord. Job thought that God had turned against him because of all that happened and satan will try to make us feel the same so that it feels like we have nothing.

    Jude 4; Titus 1:8-9

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quwpcK1tHEI

    Jude 1:4

    KJV 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

    Jude 4 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

    Some godless people have sneaked in among us and are saying, “God treats us much better than we deserve, and so it is all right to be immoral.” They even deny that we must obey Jesus Christ as our only Master and Lord. But long ago the Scriptures warned that these godless people were doomed.

    These are my thoughts.

    We aren’t to listen to people thoughts and ideas but follow the Word.

    Titus 1:8-9

    KJV 8 But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; 9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

    Titus 1:8-9 Good News Translation (GNT)

    He must be hospitable and love what is good. He must be self-controlled, upright, holy, and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the message which can be trusted and which agrees with the doctrine. In this way he will be able to encourage others with the true teaching and also to show the error of those who are opposed to it.

    8 This is how we all should live but these are conditions for leaders. They need to show love to one another thru not just words but actions. They must be able to control themselves but this does not mean they wont lose their cool but means that they majority of the time their under God’s control. They live for God and are set apart for Him. They walk in the right doing.

    9 They got to keep the word and teach the truth of the word, they cant come up with new teaching or spread lies. They are to use the word for guidance and encouragement to others.

    Mark 5:19; Job 10:13-15

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=npwOPL1GTP8

    Mark 5:19

    KJV 19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.

    Mark 5:19 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

    19 But Jesus would not let him. Instead, he said, “Go home to your family and tell them how much the Lord has done for you and how good he has been to you.”

    These are my thoughts.

    We have to do what the Lord wants us to do not what we want to do for the Lord.

    Job 10:13-15

    KJV 13 And these things hast thou hid in thine heart: I know that this is with thee. 14 If I sin, then thou markest me, and thou wilt not acquit me from mine iniquity. 15 If I be wicked, woe unto me; and if I be righteous, yet will I not lift up my head. I am full of confusion; therefore see thou mine affliction;

    Job 10:13-15 Good News Translation (GNT)

    13 But now I know that all that time
     you were secretly planning to harm me.
    14 You were watching to see if I would sin,
     so that you could refuse to forgive me.
    15 As soon as I sin, I'm in trouble with you,
     but when I do right, I get no credit.
    I am miserable and covered with shame.

    These are my thoughts, please share yours.

    13 Job is thinking God’s plan was to harm him, this is silly thinking but we often times think like this under stress and think that God is out to get us, the truth was satan was out to get Job and he is who tries to hurt us.

    14 This was true about God but God also knew and didn’t have to watch. God knows when we sin and when we are going to sin but loves us any ways. God would be willing to forgive Job; God is willing to forgive our sin and others because of Jesus dying on the cross.

    15 Sin separates us from God and leads us to judgment our only hope is thru Christ. We should not do right to get credit but do right to do right and to right for the Lord. We will one day be rewarded by God for the right we do but we should not seek the praise of man. The way Job was he felt he had nothing but God already planned to double what he had originally.

    Mark 5:16; Job 10:11-12

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CSU0mgq_i-Y

    Mark 5:18

    KJV 18 And when he was come into the ship, he that had been possessed with the devil prayed him that he might be with him.

    Mark 5:16 Contemporary English Version (CEV)

    16 Everyone who had seen what had happened told about the man and the pigs.

    Contemporary English Version (CEV) Copyright © 1995 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts.

    When we see God work we will have trouble keeping the story to ourselves even though many leave God out of it, let our story be filled with the Lord.

    Job 10:11-12

    KJV11 Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews. 12 Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit.

    Job 10:11-12 Good News Translation (GNT)

    11 You formed my body with bones and sinews
     and covered the bones with muscles and skin.
    12 You have given me life and constant love,
     and your care has kept me alive.

    Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society

    These are my thoughts, please share yours.

    11 God formed us inside our mother’s womb. God put the body together, doctors study how the body works for years and God made us, people can’t even figure out the body fully but God made us. God made us in the perfect way to survive.

    12 God gives life just because there is a person does not mean they have life, this is why there is death sometimes babies come out as dead, this is sad but there is no longer life in them, thru God alone life is given. We have God’s love it makes things worth living and makes everything else better. Job in his bitterness from his sickness and tragedy is still giving God praise.
