These are my thoughts. They started to share what happened. We have something Jesus did to share both the gospel and our testimony, we should be sharing both to help people come to Jesus.
Job 14:11-12 King James Version (KJV) 11 As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decayeth and drieth up: 12 So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep.
Job 14:11-12 Good News Translation (GNT)
11 Like rivers that stop running, and lakes that go dry, 12 people die, never to rise. They will never wake up while the sky endures; they will never stir from their sleep.

11 Rivers sometimes dry up and sometimes they move elsewhere, these are known as dead rivers. We don’t want to become a dead river but let the Living Water keep flowing thru us. Job was starting to become dead in spirit because of his situation. The thing we have to help us Job didn’t have is scripture the church and the Holy Spirit dwelling in us, Job didn’t have this but had faith.
12 It isn’t true that people die and not rise again, people don’t often come back from the dead but there is life or death after this life but Job didn’t have a way to know about this. The Judgment is often seen as after the world but actually it would be in eternity where time is both endless and there is no time. Death was often in those times seen as a sleep until the world was over this could be the truth and the way God does things.

These are my thoughts.
Men can call to things but what matters most is us living to
what God has called us to do.
Philemon 7 King James Version (KJV)7 For we have great joy
and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by
thee, brother. Philemon 7 New Matthew Bible (NMB) 7 And we have great joy and consolation over your love. For by you,
brother, the saints’ hearts are comforted. New Matthew

God’s love should bring us joy. We should share this joy as
we share His love, this is the light that shines thru us as believers. We first
receive comfort from the Lord but also should comfort each other, while we
should have joy the Christian life isn’t easy and we need each other but first
need the Lord. Do we live a life for the Lord that brings cheer to other Christians?
Are other people better because God put us in their life?

Mark 6:11; Job 14:8-10
Mark 6:11 King James Version (KJV)
11 And whosoever shall
not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under
your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more
tolerable for Sodom
and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

These are my thoughts.
We should share the gospel but some times we have to move on
from some people. we can over focus on one person that we don’t let God do the
work on them.
Job 14:8-10 King James Version (KJV)8 Though the root
thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; 9 Yet through the scent
of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant. 10 But man dieth, and
wasteth away: yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he?
Job 14:8-10 Good News Translation (GNT) 8 Even though its roots grow old,
and its stump dies in the ground,
9 with water it will sprout like a young plant.
10 But we die, and that is the end of us;
we die, and where are we then? Good News Translation (GNT) Copyright © 1992 by American Bible Society These are
my thoughts, please share yours. 8 When the
roots grow old things tend to die, Job was clear that he didn’t want to live in
the agony he was dealing with. We the stump dies a tree starts to rot and die. A
tree often times has to have strong roots to live; we need strong roots thru
the Lord to truly live. 9 Water
is healing, Jesus is the living water and thru Him we are renwed to life, just
as this tree kept living. Just as water is good for the tree and bodies the
Lord is good for both our body and soul and by Him we have life that never
ends.
10 Job didn’t
have the scriptures in his time, he followed God but didn’t know what was after
life, we as Christians know that after life is judgment and are only hope is
Jesus, with Him life truly never ends but begins at death.

These are my thoughts. Time only gave us a chance to see who He has always been.
Philemon 14 King James Version (KJV)
14 But without thy mind
would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but
willingly.
Philemon 14 New Matthew Bible (NMB)
14 Nevertheless, without your consent I would do nothing, because the
good that comes of you should not be, as it were, usurped through circumstance,
but willing.

Paul knows that being the master of the slave that he has to
do what he says with the slave but Paul also knows he has influence and plans
to use it. Paul doesn’t want to forced his hand or bribe him but for him to
chose to do good. We don’t need to be tricked, God don’t want to fool us but
have we chosen. We have freewill and it is better choose good then to just have
to do good.
