    Galatians 6:7,8

Galatians 6:7Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Be not deceived, there are many that deny the justice of God but the justice of God is very, very real.  You will reap what you sow.  If you live in sin and wickedness you will reap the penalty thereof but if you live in righteousness and holiness before God you will reap the award.

    1 Corinthians 15:51,52

1 Corinthians 15:51Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

52In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

There are many that choose to deny the rapture.  One of their biggest arguments is that the word rapture is never used in the Bible and they are right.  The word rapture itself is never used in the Bible but the event itself is explained several places in the Bible so that is a really weak argument.  Don’t be fooled by those who reject the truth.  Jesus is returning someday and he will gather his church and judge the wicked.

    1 Corinthians 15:12-19

1 Corinthians 15:12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

13But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen:

14And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain.

15Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not.

16For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:

17And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins.

18Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished.

19If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

It amazes me that there are some who claim to be Christians yet deny that Christ was resurrected.  Don’t we worship an almighty God that created life.  If this is true why would it be so hard to believe this almighty God has power of death.  As Paul says if Christ didn’t rise again then he was a liar and all the Apostles are liars and our worship is in vain but we know this isn’t true.  Christ did rise again and someday returning to claim his church and to judge the wicked.

    Proverbs 26:1

Proverbs 26:1 Like snow in summer or rain in harvest,

honor is not fitting for a fool.

We love to honor the undeserving in this country.  Why do we give so much attention to celebrities in this country?  We hang on their every word, follow them in the media.  It is disgusting.  First they are people just like you and me and second most of them have no morals whatsoever.  They are all about themselves.  So why do we give honor to fools?

    Proverbs 25:19

Proverbs 25:19 Putting confidence in an unreliable person in times of trouble

is like chewing with a broken tooth or walking on a lame foot.

I never understood why people put their faith in the hands of other people.  I know people that are being led astray by others because they fail to see the true nature of this person.  No matter how much we try to warn them they are under their spell.  Why do we trust other people instead of trusting God.  Why do we trust the words of others and neglect the word of God?  My faith is in God and God alone.  His word, the Bible is my guide I need no other.

    John 14:6

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:6 is one of those verses that are key to the Christian faith.  Jesus is the one and only way to the Father.  There is salvation in no other name because Jesus alone died on the cross for your sins.  Buddha can’t save you, Muhammad can’t save you, no other god, deity, spiritual force or person can save you because none of those people died on the cross for you.  Salvation is only found through the blood of Christ which was shed for you and me on the cross.

    Proverbs 24:24

Proverbs 24:24 He that saith unto the wicked, Thou are righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him:

There are many out that do this very thing, call the wicked righteous.  Universalists who preach that everyone is going to heaven, these TV evangelists that care more about popularity then truth, anyone who refuses to take a stand against sin.

    Proverbs 12:4

Proverbs 12:4A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband: but she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.

You can never underscore how important it is to have the right mate as a Christian.  To many times young men go after the wrong type of women.  Men have a tendency to judge women after their beauty instead of their hearts.  I seen plenty of men end up marrying the wrong women because they judged on beauty instead of virtue and now they are stuck with someone they are unhappy with.  Or worse they marry the first woman who has sex with them and now they mistake lust for love.

    DECLARATION

1 Corinthians 9:16 Yet preaching the Good News is not something I can boast about. I am compelled by God to do it. How terrible for me if I didn’t preach the Good News!

17 If I were doing this on my own initiative, I would deserve payment. But I have no choice, for God has given me this sacred trust. 18 What then is my pay? It is the opportunity to preach the Good News without charging anyone. That’s why I never demand my rights when I preach the Good News.

19 Even though I am a free man with no master, I have become a slave to all people to bring many to Christ. 20 When I was with the Jews, I lived like a Jew to bring the Jews to Christ. When I was with those who follow the Jewish law, I too lived under that law. Even though I am not subject to the law, I did this so I could bring to Christ those who are under the law. 21 When I am with the Gentiles who do not follow the Jewish law,d]">[d] I too live apart from that law so I can bring them to Christ. But I do not ignore the law of God; I obey the law of Christ.

22 When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. 23 I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings. (NLT)

LORD PLEASE LET THIS BE TRUE OF ME.  LORD PLEASE GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO PREACH YOUR WORD.  LORD PLEASE GIVE ME THE FAITH, COURAGE, CONVICTION TO LIVE UP TO THIS.  LORD PLEASE LET THIS BE TRUE OF ME, I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SAVE OTHERS, I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO SPREAD THE GOOD NEWS.  FORSAKING SELF TO SERVE YOU FOREVER AS YOUR HUMBLE SERVANT IN CHRIST FOR EVER MORE.

    Matthew 25:41-46

Matthew 25:41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

42For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:

43I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.

44Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?

45Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.

46And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

There are many that choose to ignore such topics as hell and judgment and others who totally deny their existence.  Well they are only fooling themselves and others.  The judgment of God is very real and hell is a very real place.  Why do I say this because the Bible spells it out very clearly in verses like this and in other places in the Bible.

    Romans 1:16,17

Romans 1:16For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ and I will not make any apologies for the Gospel of Christ.  Apologetics is not my style.  I am very blunt in what I believe and I believe Christ and the Apostles were very direct about the Gospel.  They did not sugar coat or watered down the message and the message is this.  We are sinners, sinners worthy of death, we all have sinned so we are worthy of death but thank God we have a Savior that died on the cross for our sins so that we can have salvation through his blood which he offered as a sin sacrifice for us so that all who believe and accept him through faith that he is the Son of God that he did die for us and that he did rise again can have salvation through his name.

    Luke 21:25-28

Luke 21: 25"There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26Men will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. 27At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near."

The Day of the Lord is coming no one or no thing can stop it.  No matter how many people chose to disbelieve it the Day of the Lord is coming.  The things written in the Bible will happen.  One thing you can be sure of is that with each passing day we are one day closer to the return of the Lord.  The big question is how will you be judged on the Day of Judgment?

    1 Corinthians 6:9,10

1 Corinthians 6: 9 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who

worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, 10 or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat

people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. (NLT)

Homosexuality is a hot topic these days.  We have churches with homosexual pastors, churches conducting homosexual marriages.  How are these churches condoning this when the Bible so clearly calls it sin?  Today I used the New Living Translation but all other translations say the same thing.  Homosexuality is a sin.  So why are churches condoning it?  The answer is simple they have sold out.  They have accepted their thirty pieces of silver.  They have forsaken the Word of God for political correctness.

    1 Corinthians 4:20

1 Corinthians 4:20 For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God’s power. (NLT)

As the saying goes a lot of people talk the talk but don’t walk the walk.  A lot of people like to talk about how much of a Christian they are but they don’t walk the walk of a disciple of Christ.  They don’t witness and they do nothing to help spread the Gospel.  A true disciple of Christ walks the walk of a disciple of Christ.  They live to spread the Gospel.

    1 Corinthians 3:11

1 Corinthians 3:11For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. (NASB)

Jesus Christ is the foundation of the Christian’s faith.  It is a foundation built on the belief that Christ is the Son of God, that Christ lived a sinless, that he died on the cross for our sins, that he rose again on the third day, that salvation is in his name only, and that he is coming again to claim his church and to render judgment on this world.  Our faith is not based on any other name, religion, or religious leader but in Christ alone.

    1 Corinthians 2:14-16

1 Corinthians 2:14 But people who aren’t spiritualg]">[g] can’t receive these truths from God’s Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them and they can’t understand it, for only those who are spiritual can understand what the Spirit means. 15 Those who are spiritual can evaluate all things, but they themselves cannot be evaluated by others. 16 For,

“Who can know the Lord’s thoughts?
Who knows enough to teach him?”
    h]">[h]

But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ. (NLT)

Unless you have the Holy Spirit guiding you, you will never understand the Bible.  Unless you have the Holy Spirit guiding you, you will never understand the ways of God.  I see so many people read the Bible regularly but they don’t understand the Bible and the reason they don’t understand is that they are not allowing the Holy Spirit to guide them in their studies.  This is why a non-Christian has a hard time understanding the Bible, they lack that spiritual guidance.

    1 Cor. 1:18-28

1 Corinthians 1:18 The message of the cross is foolish to those who are headed for destruction! But we who are being saved know it is the very power of God. 19 As the Scriptures say,

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise
and discard the intelligence of the intelligent.”
    [e]

20 So where does this leave the philosophers, the scholars, and the world’s brilliant debaters? God has made the wisdom of this world look foolish. 21 Since God in his wisdom saw to it that the world would never know him through human wisdom, he has used our foolish preaching to save those who believe. 22 It is foolish to the Jews, who ask for signs from heaven. And it is foolish to the Greeks, who seek human wisdom. 23 So when we preach that Christ was crucified, the Jews are offended and the Gentiles say it’s all nonsense.

24 But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles,[f] Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God. 25 This foolish plan of God is wiser than the wisest of human plans, and God’s weakness is stronger than the greatest of human strength.

26 Remember, dear brothers and sisters, that few of you were wise in the world’s eyes or powerful or wealthy[g] when God called you. 27 Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. 28 God chose things despised by the world,[h] things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important.

It always makes me laugh hearing so called scholars debating God.  Don’t they know in God’s eyes they are fools.  They are fools because they are to smart to know the truth.  Their wisdom has blinded them to the truth and is leading them to hell.  The Gospel is so simple.  Jesus died for your sins so that you don’t have to go to hell.  All you have to do is except him as your Lord and Savior and live your life as a disciple of Christ.  It is so simple a cave man can do it.  That is the problem it is to simple.  As Paul said the Jews seek signs and the Greeks human wisdom.  Mankind wants some kind of miraculous sign and they want it all spelled out for them.  Well the sign was Christ rising from the dead and the wisdom they seek is all in the Bible.  But they reject the resurrection of Christ and the Bible as foolishness all to their own doom.  Because the last sign will be Christ returning to rapture his church and render judgment on this world.  At that time it will be to late for mankind to get it right.
