THE JOURNEY
When a few years are come, then I shall go the way whence I shall not return. Job 16: 22
To die is to go the way that we will not return. We must all die sometimes. We want to be ready for this journey even if we have to suffer for his sake? If our consciences are sprinkled with the atoning blood, and we are not living in sin, it will be a release from prison, and an entrance into everlasting happiness.
When a few years have come then we shall take the journey of life. To a country where there will be no more night. It is a great delight to think on these things, when one is ready for the journey. As for me I am looking forward to living with JesusJob said, “For now I would have lain down and been quiet; I would have slept then, I would have been at rest. My foot has held fast to his steps. I have kept his way, and not turned aside.”
Blessed is the man who doesn't walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers. You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. You have enlarged my steps under me. My feet have not slipped.

Our Conversation
Things We Talk About For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: - Philippians 3:20 Our conversation is in heaven as we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord, now exalted above every name, dwells there now, so we eagerly wait for Him. We are citizens of that heavenly country. Our conversation is about heavenly things where our Lord dwells, and will soon come back.
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household, so that you are not lacking in any gift, awaiting eagerly the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ. We need only conduct ourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, We are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; Raised up with Christ, we keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. We have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels.
Ephesians 2:19 1 Corinthians 1:7 Philippians 1:27 Colossians 3:1 Hebrews 12:22

Bow Down Ye Heavens
Bow Your heavens, O LORD, and come down; Touch the mountains, that they may smoke. Psalm 144:5
He bowed the heavens also, and came down With thick darkness under His feet. He looks at the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke. Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down, That the mountains might quake at Your presence. Perhaps this will be at Christ's second coming, when he will bring all heaven down with him, even the inhabitants of heaven. Then the mountains shall smoke, and shall indeed flow down at his presence.
Psalm 18:9 Psalm 104:32 Isaiah 64:1 Bow thy heavens, Jehovah, Come down in thy might; Let the rays of thy glory The mountaintops light. With the bolts of thy thunder Discomfit my foe, With the flash of thine arrows Their force overthrow -William D.Seymour

Ministering Angels
Then the devil left Him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him. Matthew 4:11
When the devil is resisted he always flees. Angels came and ministered to him. This ministry could have been to supply him with food, and spiritual sympathy. Can you imagine the Voice from heaven be heard again, by any who could read the Father's mind, "This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased?Christ knew, by experience, what it was to suffer, being tempted, so he knew what it was to be relieved. Being tempted; therefore we may expect, not only that he will feel for his tempted people, but that he will come to them with seasonable relief. I can appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels. An angel from heaven appeared to Him, strengthening Him. Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation? Matthew 26:53 Hebrews 1:14 -Brenda Angel Band
My latest sun is sinking fast My race is nearly run My strongest trials now have past My triumph is begun
Oh, come, angel band Come and around me, stand Oh, bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal home Oh, bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal home
Oh, bear my longing heart to him Who bled and died for me Whose blood now cleanses from all sin And brings me victory
Oh, come, angel band Come and around me, stand Oh, bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal home Oh, bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal home Ive almost gained my heavenly Home My spirit loudly sings The Holy Ones behold they come I hear the noise of wings
Oh come angel band Come and around me stand Oh bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal Home Oh bear me away on your snowy wings To my immortal home

Cast Your Cares On Jesus
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. But thou, O God, shall bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee. - Psalm 55:22-23
Casting upon means to throw or cast upon. "Casting upon" or throwing the whole life with its care on Him." We must once and for all give all of our cares—past, present, and future—to the Lord. "Worry about nothing; pray about everything." That is, take it to the Lord in prayer, and leave it there! Don’t pick it up again.
Pride can keep us from being willing to humble your self in this way. You say, "I'll do it my way." But God's care comes when we humble ourselves and trust in and depend upon His grace. And we are humble when we depend on God's grace to live the Christian life. Peter said "let those also who suffer according to the will of God entrust their souls to a faithful Creator" (1Peter 4:19). We as believers are to cast "all" (the whole in its entirety) four care upon Him.
I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus! I cannot bear my burdens alone. I must tell Jesus! I must tell Jesus! Jesus can help me, Jesus alone.
I must tell Jesus all of my troubles. He is a kind, compassionate friend. f I but ask Him, He will deliver, Make of my troubles quickly an end. Have you told Jesus your problems today? He really does care

Heaven On Earth
Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." - 1 Corinthians 2: 9 This verse is explained by the following one. The "things which God hath prepared" are revealed unto spiritual things, but the Spirit makes them plain to those who know Christ. The wonders of heaven may be a distant echo of this verse. But primarily, it means that those who truly love Christ and are filled with His Spirit, now revel in and enjoy the fullness of spiritual blessedness, which the unconverted can neither know nor understand.
Make Sure Your Name Is In The Lamb's Book of Life Do you hold a title to Heaven? Is your name there, in Heaven so fair? Alas, it will be too late on that awful day If your name is not written in the Lamb’s Book of Life. There will be joy unspeakable In that fair land Eye has not seen or ear heard the things God Has prepared for His own. Make sure your name is there!

ONLY JESUS CAN TAKE AWAY OUR SINS
The next day John sees Jesus coming unto him, and said, Behold the Lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world. -John 1: 29 Behold the Lamb of God. John beheld Jesus as the Lamb. Who else can take away our sins? He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his sheerer, so opened he not his mouth: Jesus loved us and washed us in His own Blood. John was eager to see Jesus coming. He saw a dove coming in on Jesus. Who his own self bares our sins in his own body on the tree that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; He was buried, and rose again the third day:Who else can take away our sins? The Precious Lamb of God that now sits at the right hand of God. With power and glory is worshipped and lives forevermore. Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father? John afterward beheld the Lamb of God in Heaven. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. Acts 8:32 Rev, 5: 6 Rev. 1: 5 1 Cor. 15: 3 Gal 1:4 1 Peter 2:24 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life -John 3:16 ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~

Stand Still
STAND STILL AND SEE Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you. 2 Chronicles 20: 17 The Spirit, like the wind, blows where and on whom He chooses. We only need to trust in God. When the Christian soldier goes out against spiritual enemies, the God of peace will make him more than a conqueror. Our trials will prove our gain.
"Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD, which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever. The battle is not yours. It is not in your own strength, or for your own cause. The battle is God's. The glory must be given to God. The LORD is with you when you are with Him. And if you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.
Be encouraged then to trust in God, though the danger is threatening. "Be not afraid; Let your fear bring you to God. The battle is not yours; it is not in your own strength, not for your own cause, that you engage; the battle is God's: He does and will, as He desires. Exodus 14: 13 2 Chronicles 15:

Under the Blood of Jesus
JESUS' PRECIOUS BLOOD WAS SHED FOR ALL But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, And the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1: 7-kjv It is very important to keep one's sins under the Blood. Under the Blood of our dear Savior It purges our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. -Heb. 9: 14 In whom we have Redemption - Through His Blood The forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Eph. 1: 7 The precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and spot: 1 Peter 1: 19 Under the Blood, the sinner finds total forgiveness. Jesus Blood cleanses, and gives sweet peace To all who were once far off? Eph 2: 13 We don't have to go before high priests to get forgiveness It is not possible that the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins. Heb. 10: 4 Only the Cleansing Blood of Jesus gives redemption. Heb. 9: 12 -KJV. Make sure your sins are under the Blood Dear Lord, I am thankful for Your Precious Blood With Your Blood, there is remission of sins. Behold the Lamb of God!

I SHALL BE SATISFIED
As for me, I shall behold Your face in righteousness; I will be satisfied with Your likeness when I awake. - Psalm 17:15 Great happiness waits for the righteous. I shall behold thy face, not, as in this world, through a glass darkly. The knowledge and holiness will be perfect there. When he shall appear we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. - 1 John. 3:2 A complete and full satisfaction will result from all this: I shall be satisfied, abundantly. There is no satisfaction for anyone, but in God, and in his face and likeness. We will be fully satisfied when his good-will for us is perfected, and that satisfaction will not be perfect until we arrive to heaven.

Obedience to God
Obedience is commanded in God's Word. Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. It is better than sacrifice. Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. The angels are engaged in pleasing God. Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: A blessing is promised to those who obey. A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:
Deuteronomy 13, 4 Peter 1, 14 Hebrews 11, 6 Psalms 103:20 Hebrews 5, 8 John 15, 20 Romans 6:17

My Redeemer
Redemption For I know that my Redeemer lives, And He shall stand at last on the earth. And after my skin is destroyed, this I know, That in my flesh I shall see God, Whom I shall see for myself, And my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me! Job 19.25-27 You are the light of the world! A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, But on a lamp-stand, And it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, That they may see your good works And glorify your Father in heaven. Words of Lord Jesus, Matthew 5.14-16
The redeemed are dependent of God for all. All that we have-- wisdom, the pardon of sin, deliverance, acceptance in God's favor, grace, holiness, true comfort and happiness, eternal life and glory--we have from God by a Mediator; and this Mediator is God. God not only gives us the Mediator, and accepts His mediation, and of His power and grace bestows the things purchased by the Mediator, but He is the Mediator. Our blessings are what we have by purchase; and the purchase is made of God; the blessings are purchased of Him; and not only so, but God is the purchaser. Yes, God is both the purchaser and the price; for Christ, who is God, purchased these blessings by offering Himself as the price of our salvation.

Living Waters
Ezekiel 47:1 - Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar. Ezekiel 47:6 - And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink of the river. Ezekiel 47:7 - Now when I had returned, behold, at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other. Ezekiel 47:8 - Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed. Ezekiel 47:9 - And it shall come to pass, that every thing that lives, which moves, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live whither the river cometh. Ezekiel 47:10 - And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many. Ezekiel 47:11 - But the miry places thereof and the marshes thereof shall not be healed; they shall be given to salt. Ezekiel 47:12 - And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine. Zechariah 14:8 - And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. Joel 3:18 - And it shall come to pass in that day, that the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the rivers of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall come forth out of the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim.

Prayer for Jerusalem
BIBLE PRAYER FOR THE PEACE OF ISRAEL Psalm 122 A Song of degrees of David: I was glad when they said unto me: 'Let us go unto the House of the Lord'. When our feet stood within thy gates, O Jerusalem; O Jerusalem, built as a city that is united together; For there the tribes went up, the tribes of the Lord, as a testimony of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord. For there are set thrones of judgement, the thrones of the house of David. Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they that love thee shall prosper. Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces. For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will say now, peace be within thee. For the sake of the House of the Lord our God I will seek thy good

Ten Commandments
AS GIVEN TO MOSES ON MT. SINAI Exodus 20: 2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: 5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; 6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments. 7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. 8 Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: 10 But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: 11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. 12 Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. 13 Thou shalt not kill. 14 Thou shalt not commit adultery. 15 Thou shalt not steal. 16 Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. 17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's In a world of loneliness, pain and rejection it is good that we have hope and truths form God's Word.

Spiritual Gifts
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. -1 Corinthians 12: 1-12~ Reflection ~The body of Christ is made of many members and we all have a part to play. All the members of the body are useful and necessary to each other. Each ought to be useful to fellow-members. As in the natural, Christ and his church form one body, as Head and members. Christians become members of this body by baptism. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Tit 3:5 Let us work together as members of Christ body.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life. -John 3: 16

His Word
Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform It.” -Jeremiah 1:12As I have watched over them to pluck up, to break down, to overthrow, to destroy and to bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant," declares the LORD. Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it. And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spoke unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this does, and thou shall live. Blessed People
He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. — PSA. 103:14. The Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Have we not all one father? Hath not one God created us? — In him we live, and move, and have our being. — Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him.
He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath. For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.
Gen. 2:7. Psa. 139:14-16. Mal. 2:10. ‑Acts 17:28. ‑Psa. 103:13. Psa. 78:38,39
Who seeks for heaven alone to save his soul May keep the path, but will not reach the goal; While he who walks in love may wander far, Yet God will bring him where the blessed are. - Henry Van Dyke

THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE
14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 14:8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 14:11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. 14:16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. -John 14

His Name is Great
1 For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith the LORD of hosts. 12 But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of the LORD is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible. 13 Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith the LORD of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith the LORD. 14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the LORD a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith the LORD of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen. Malachi 1Only God Is GreatIn 1715 King Louis XIV of France died after a reign of 72 years. He had called himself “the Great,” and was the monarch who made the famous statement, “I am the state!” His court was the most magnificent in Europe, and his funeral was equally spectacular. As his body lay in state in a golden coffin, orders were given that the cathedral should be very dimly lit with only a special candle set above his coffin, to dramatize his greatness. At the memorial, thousands waited in hushed silence. Then Bishop Massilon began to speak; slowly reaching down, he snuffed out the candle and said, “Only God is great.”

The King's Highway
And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it. No lion will be there, nor will any ferocious beast get up on it; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there, and the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. Isaiah 35: 8-10 The Bible tells us there are only two roads all people must travel on. One is straight and narrow and leads to eternal life; the other is broad and winding, leading away from God to eternal destruction. How many people travel on the broad way! They may claim to be Christians, but the Bible clearly proclaims that few shall be on the first road that leads to life, and many shall be on the wide road that leads to death. But all will travel on one or the other road, and we will arrive at our final, eternal destination at our death. May God have mercy on those who are on the way of destruction and save them! May they put their trust in him and get on the highway of holiness And may we are on this highway love holiness and declare the way of the gospel to all people.
THE HIGHWAY OF HOLINESS LEADS TO LIFE EVERLASTING
