This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success -Joshua 1: 8

    Forgive and Be Forgiven

For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. -Matthew 6:14I

When one is hurt or offended they often hold a grudge against that person that hurt them. This seems to be right in our own eyes, but really God says different. We are to forgive just as God forgives us. That can be hard to do, but we must come out of our own self and express the Christian life boldly. God has dealt with all our  offenses by placing sin upon the perfect Savior who was judged in place of every sinner of all time.

Jesus died for all our sins and extended his forgiveness to us while we were yet sinners.- Romans 5:8  That's what we have to do too - extend forgiveness. If the other person does not forgive you, then it's doubtful if they have ever experienced forgiveness themselves. When we have a forgiving spirit, we will reap the benefit of it. God will forgive us and help us to forgive and not hold grudges. Recently someone was telling of how they overcome a divorce in their life. They said they choose to forgive them, no matter how much hurt they brought, and it was very much. I too choose forgiveness today. I choose to forgive. I choose to forgive. We must forgive. Thank You Lord for forgiving me.

    Trials of Life

That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honor and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: -1 Peter 1:7

All Faith is tested and great Faith always comes out a winner. Probably no one was afflicted as much as dear old Job. He was tested to the limit, but in the end he came forth as gold. God was with him all along, even though, I'm sure at times Job thought he was forgotten.
We are all being prepared by the Holy Spirit as fit subjects for the appearing of our Lord. God does not forget His children who has gone through the fire of trouble who cry out to Him day and night. Faith in God and the Cross will bring us safely through. After the testing we will be refined as silver and receive a crown of life! Press on, it want be very long!

    Heavenly Love

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Col. 3:2

There's nothing in this world that can take away our love for God if our heart is steadfast on Him. We love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. God said, "If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." I John 2:15
Our treasures are laid up in Heaven and not earth. So in our faith we walk through this life and faint not because we are renewed day by day. An inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fades not away, is reserved in heaven for us. I Pet. 1:4

Although we may have to go through some times of suffering we have it all to look forward to. Look forward to that day when God calls His children away to be with Him, for that's the one's He's coming for. Those who are looking for Him. Let your affections rest in Christ alone, for only there will we find peace and rest

    Fatherly Love

I will be a Father to you, and you will be sons and daughters to Me, says the Lord Almighty. -2 Corinthians 6:18

The world is blessed with so many good Christian fathers. They certainly make the world a better place to live. On the other hand It's sad to say that many on earth do not know what a real Father is. Homes are broken and torn apart by sin, and so many children have lived a life without a true Father. We all know that Fathers play an important part in the life of a child, or they may become scarred and un-easy for the rest of their life.

Someone must show these children the real love of our Heavenly Father, and how He can take away the hurt and disappointment. He longs to heal the broken-hearted. God can be their Father, and there is no one that can compare with His Fatherly love

I will be a father to him, and he will be a son to Me. I will not take away My faithful love from him as I took it from the one who was before you.-1 Chronicles 17:13
I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth-Isaiah 43:

    HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

    How Big Is God?

He has made every thing beautiful in its time: also he has put eternity in men's hearts, so that no man can find out the work that God does from the beginning to the end. -Ecclesiastes 3:11

Our God is awesome. He made the world and all there is in it. He saw that it was good. He performs wonders that cannot be imagined, miracles that cannot be counted. -Job 5:9 No one can even begin to comprehend how great God is. We will be learning about His ways through-out eternity. We see the reflection of God in nature and learn so much from it.

Just how big is God? No one has that answer or doubtfully ever will. We do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother's womb, so we cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. God has made everything beautiful in it's own season.

Just how big is God? We will spend eternity leaning this. We only know that He is in control of yesterday, today and forever. We may think we are wise but God's greatness is very far beyond us. Our intelligence can only know so much. Paul exclaimed, "Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How un-searchable his judgments, and his paths beyond tracing out!" Romans 11:33

    No God Like Jehovah

And therefore you are great, Lord GOD, there is no one like you, there is no God except for you, just as we've heard with our own ears. 2 Samuel 7:22

Yes He is great and does marvelous deeds. He alone is God. Pharaoh found this out during the mighty plagues that came to Egypt. Our ancestors have told us what was done in their days, long ago. He alone is the Sovereign Lord. No other god can do His mighty works. He is majestic in holiness, awesome in glory and works wonders among people. No, there is no God like the One in heaven above. He keeps His covenant and showed the king in Daniel, what will take place in the future. No, there is no one like the LORD our God.

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. Psalm 48:1

    Walking With The Lord

The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord and He delights in his ways. -Psalm 37:23

If we desire a full happy life we must walk with Christ. Daily we must seek His will and stay close to Him. He will show us the way when we ask. Ask and you will receive. Listen for His voice each day. Surrender your all to Him and let Him fully lead you in His way.
When we walk with Christ we are fully dependant on Him and His ways. His ways are always right. His Word will lead us into pathways of righteousness for His Name sake, so do not forget to read your Bible every day. My desire is to walk and talk with the Lord each day for He has my best interest in mind.

    Led By the Lord

As a beast goes down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name. -Isaiah 63: 14

Can you imagine the beast going down from the hills to a fertile, well-watered valley to find food and comfort. That's the way God's Spirit caused Israel to rest in the promised land after their weary wanderings. At the Lord's command they encamped, and set out. They obeyed the Lord's order, in accordance with his command through Moses. -Num. 9:23 The Lord gave them rest on every side.

So He also leads us softly and gently unto the still waters and restores our soul. He performed signs and wonders in Egypt and has continued them to this day, in Israel and among all mankind, and His Spirit still remains among us. We have nothing to fear for soon our desert journey below in this sinful land will be over then we will be in our Heavenly Home. O happy day!

    His Desire For Me

I am my beloved's, and his desire is toward me. -Song of Solomon 7:10
I belong to my beloved, and He loves and cares for everything that concerns me. It is good to know that his desire is for me, and all that love Him. His beautiful love refreshes and overwhelms me. He thinks thoughts of peace, and not of evil to give an expected end. I call and He listens and answers. I always find Him when I seek for Him. I honor Him for He is my Lord. “There is therefore, NOW, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus.” (Rom. 8:1) So remember He can be yours too, if you love and serve Him. When you hurt, He will care for His desire is for you. If you do not know Him, why not receive Him today. Soon He is coming back to earth to claim His own. Please be ready for that day and you too will be basking in His great love that last forever. We shall see His desire for us more than ever. Our hearts will be satisfied when it rests in His love. We will be satisfied!

Song of Solomon 2:16 My beloved is mine and I am his; he browses among the lilies.
