Softly He Comes
Who is this that cometh up from the wilderness, leaning upon her beloved? -Song of Solomon 8:5 Softly Jesus leads us along the pathway of life. Why struggle when bad things
happen for He is there leading the way, and He knows the way that we take. Some wander in desert wastelands, finding no way to
the city where they can settle. Let the Master keep you in His love and lead
you. It is only when we are coming up from the wilderness, leaning on our Beloved that we can realize how softly he is leading us. Eventually we will come unto mount Zion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels. Eventually we will arrive in that heavenly home.
...And he led them forth by the right way, that they might go to a city of habitation.-Psalm 107:7

Fear Not
A thousand shall fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not come near you. -Psalms 91:7
We live in an uncertain world full of troubles and one knows what may happen from one day to the next.
So one needs to fully trust and believe in God. He will always be with us no matter what comes our way. Unlike the untold millions that are being destroyed by thrusts of the
enemy, we have God nearby. The powers of darkness is with the sinners to make them fall, but we have a precious promise from God.
He will keep us from all sin and harm, when we trust in Him. So have no fear, for God is near.
Just as God was with Noah, so He will be with us, his children. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out. All the people and animals and the creatures that moved along the ground and the birds were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark. Genesis 7:23

Who Will Go?
“Who will go for us?” Isaiah 6:8
Isaiah heard the Voice of God saying "Who will go for us". Just like Saul of Tarsus on the road to Damascus, true conversion makes the
difference. Samuel heard the call and answered, "Here I am." When this is manifested in surrender and activity, much can be accomplished for the Kingdom. Do you hear the Holy Spirit speaking to you today, bidding you to do the work of the Lord? He still asks today, Who Will Go? Someone must go when the
Savior bids. Someone must tell the old story of Jesus and His love. There are many that have never heard. God will have a people that will heed to His voice and carry the message of love over the rough mountains of life where ever He bids. Can the Savior depend upon you? The Trinity ask, "Who will go for us?"
Be prepared to carry His banner high in these last days. Souls are dying. Who will go? When He shall ask you, reach out and help others to the redemption sweet story. Jesus will be with you and you will share His love and you will be blessed.

Inexcusable
Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that
judges: for wherein thou judges another, thou condemns thyself; for thou that
judges doest the same things. -Romans 2:1
Like the self-righteous Jews, "What can we say?" We are declared un-excusable. We cannot run or hide for God see and hears everything. We need not think we will escape God's judgment when we judge another. We only condemn our
own-self when we judge another. So there is no excuse for judging our brother or sister or our neighbor.
In the end it is God that judge each one of us. God is fair and judges righteously, so let us do good, live in peace.
God will one day judge all the secrets of mankind. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. We do not want the wrath of God as it will be to those who obey not God. We desire glory, honor and peace.
Matthew 7:1 "Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

Unto Those Hills
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from
which shall my help comes my help. Psalm 121: 1 In prayer with our eyes lifted up to heaven, we are confident that there is needed help far,
far above the starry skies of this world. When we are in distress, the only real helpful place there is to look is the hills of God. Kings and princes, or the most powerful ones
on earth cannot help us. There is no help in our idols.
There is no help in anyone or anything, other than God Almighty. No where on earth there appears to be any help, so we must look to the hills of God. We have confidence of hope and
expectation of help in troubled times of life and also salvation when we lift up
our eyes to Him who sits enthroned in heaven. Lift up your eyes and look to the heavens: Who created all
these? He who brings out the starry host one by one and calls forth each of them
by name. Because of his great power and mighty strength, not one of them is
missing. Isaiah 40: 26. Then and only then do we we receive the help we need. From
the hills of God comes our help

Walk In The Spirit
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. -Galatians 5: 16
Ever wonder why some folks find it so hard living for God. Here we have the remedy. God said it, through his servant Paul, so when God says something, then we should obey. He said to walk in the spirit. How does one walk in the spirit? Let everyone abide in their calling, therein living with God day by day, as obedient children. Believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. This makes one pure.
The time is short, so we do not want to be carried away with false doctrines, or living the remainder of our time being disobedient, but to the will of God. We must pull away from any stronghold of Satan. Keeping our self in the Word will help us not to stumble. When we love not the world, neither the things that are in the world, we have fellowship with God and thus we walk in the spirit. If anyone love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. -1John 2:15,16

Pilgrims & Strangers
Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. -1 Peter 2: 11,12
In order to be a pilgrim one must first become a stranger to this world. and give up the sin nature as much as possible. Our lifestyle should be separated from sin and be a personal witness, glorifying God. Then God will visit us with His Mercy, that is found only in the Cross of Christ. We will go forward glorifying God as we offer our bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. This is true and proper worship. Let us clothe ourselves with the Lord Jesus giving no thought as how to gratify the desires of the flesh.
We belong to God and walk by the Spirit, therefore our flesh is crucified with its passions and desires. We are members of the Royal Family of God. No longer strangers but fellow citizens with God's people and members of His household. Praise God, that is something to shout about. We are about to enter the promised land and dwell with our ancestors that died in the faith. Hold on my child, a little longer, for it will be worth it all to be His Child. 1 Peter 4:12 Dear friends, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that has come on you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you.

Our Priorities
Jesus told us of the Parable of the Rich Fool
"And he began reasoning to himself, saying, 'What shall I do, since I have no place to store my crops?'
"Then he said, 'This is what I will do: I will tear down my barns and build larger ones, and there I will store all my grain and my goods.
And I will say to my soul, "Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years to come; take your ease, eat, drink and be merry."' -Luke 12:17-
19
It pays to have our priorities of life in order. Here is a man that's called a "fool" because he
concidered not the future of his eternal life. He thought that he had a secure, abundant life, not considering his eternal state. He would enjoy life and take it easy, not considering that his soul wasn't ready to meet God. How foolish of one to go until their old age and not consider their eternal state. One knows not when God will call for them. As far as earthly goods, we do not have to worry so much about our earthly belongings for God has promised to take care of His own.
Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

God Cares
God Cares, Oh Yes He Does
Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you. 1 Peter: 5:7
We all have anxieties of life. Some are anxious concerning the prospects of their children, others concerning the state of their Church or their country. The anxieties of not a few arise from their spiritual state - their temptations, doubts, and fears. These anxieties are distractions, and have a tendency to depress the spirits, and to mar our happiness. Sometimes these burdens overwhelm us and we seem helpless. We can not help anything by worrying We are told to cast our anxiety upon
God, - to a direct and once for all committal. Give Him all that concerns you today. We may be poor and needy yet the Lord thinks of us. He longs to help and deliver us. He will never let the righteous be shaken. He will come without delay when we call upon Him. His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
