Led By The Lord
As a beast goes down into the valley, the Spirit of the LORD caused him to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name. -Isaiah 63: 14
Can you imagine the beast going down from the hills to a fertile, well-watered valley to find food and comfort. That's the way God's Spirit
caused Israel to rest in the promised land after their weary wanderings. At the
Lord's command they encamped, and then set out. They obeyed the Lord's order, in accordance with his command through Moses. -Num. 9:23 The
Lord gave them rest on every side. So He also leads us softly and gently unto the still waters and restores our soul. He performed signs and wonders in Egypt and
has continued them to this day, in Israel and among all mankind, and His Spirit
still remains among us. We have nothing to fear for soon our desert journey below in this sinful land will be over then we will be in our Heavenly Home.
O happy day!

The Lord is My Shepherd
A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. -Psalm 23:1-3
What satisfaction we have in the care of the great shepherd. The sweet tender care He gives us daily while watching over us brings contentment to
our soul. He binds up our wounds and gives us the appropriate healing of all that ails us.
Peace and serenity we have as we lie down each night know that all safety and protections come from the great Shepherd. We can depend upon Him leading us through all the dark valleys of our life. Even the sinner has hope while they wander over mountain and hills and forget their resting place. The Shepherd is seeking for all lost sheep. What a blessing that this gentle Shepherd loves His flock so very much. Surely we have want of nothing.

GIVING HONOR
Give Honor and respect to all those to whom it is due. -Romans 13:7 In the United States, Memorial Day is on the last Monday in May and honors Americans who gave their lives for their country in wars. America has had many war and many lives have been lost. My father, brother and husband were blessed as two of them were in wars, yet God blessed them to come home without a scratch as dad always said. The Bible tells us in John 14:27 - Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world
gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
That is a great comfort for these days. The only real peace one can find is in the Lord our God. In God's own time and way He makes wars cease to the end of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the chariots with fire. Psalm 46:9
In the mean time while in this sinful world of sorrow, we may be assured that The LORD is near to the brokenhearted, And saves those who are crushed in spirit.- Psalm 34:18
Thank God for those who fought for our country! Memorial Day As we stand here looking At the flags upon these graves Know these flags represent A few of the true American brave They fought for their Country As man has through all of time Except that these soldiers lying here Fought for your country and mine As we all are gathered here To pay them our respect Let's pass this word to others It's what they would expect I'm sure that they would do it If it were me or you To show we did not die in vein But for the red, white and blue. Let's pass on to our children And to those who never knew What these soldiers died for It's the least we can do Let's not forget their families Great pain they had to bear Losing a son, father or husband They need to know we still care No matter which war was fought On the day that they died I stand here looking at these flags Filled with American pride. So as the bugler plays out Taps With its sweet and eerie sound Pray for these soldiers lying here In this sacred, hallowed ground. Take home with you a sense of pride You were here Memorial Day. Celebrating the way Americans should On this solemnest of days. -Author Unknown

Crucified With Christ
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. --Galatians 2:20
Life through death, victory through defeat, and yet we have power through weakness, and triumph through surrender.
We are a winner! These ways do not sound familiar to the world, but it is the Christian way. Our Lord and Savior paid the highest cost for our sins on the Cross while winning victory for us.
Even when we were powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. This was a
demonstration of His great love. Now we must die for Him by crucifying our sinful ways. When we die to our old self, then we truly rise with
Christ in the newness of life. We are to be united with the Lord and one with him in
spirit while walking in love. Yes one must fully be identified with Christ, not only in words, but in truth.
This is done through faith. Just remember living for Christ is your gain. -Song of Solomon 7:10
I belong to my beloved, and his desire is for me.

Grace For All Needs
But the God of all Grace Who
has called us unto His Eternal Glory by Christ Jesus, after that you have
suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. -1Peter 5:
10 The God of all grace is our source of strength.
God wants us to grow up and mature in Him. If our faith is little we may not be
able to carry out His requirements. The God of all grace is fully able to help
us in all areas of our life. No matter what our needs may be God can help us.
The God of all grace will equip you for the work He has for you to do. He
will establish, strengthen and help you to be mature in the faith. We must grow
in Christ. Accept His divine summon today for your life. The move may not
always be easy for the flesh is never easy, or fast to change, but God is
willing to help us and there is Grace for every need. To God be all the glory.

Never Ending Hope
His compassions never fail. They are new every morning;
-Lamentations 22:23,24
This is a great promise, we can depend on. His never failing compassions never
fail, and can never be exhausted. Others may fail us but God does not. He is faithful that promised. He is gracious to us. He is our strength every new morning of each passing day.
I love Him so much! Let us sing or the Lord's mercies forever. Let us make known His faithfulness to our children and through out every generation. Our Lord is
good, righteous and dependable. He does no wrong. Morning by morning He dispenses justice, and every new day He is the same. Our God is great and greatly to be praised!
The God of peace be with you all. Amen. -Romans 15:33

Honoring Parents
Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you." - Exodus 20: 12 The Bible teaches that we should all honor and respect our parents. I know there was nothing quite like my mother's love. Now that she's in Heaven, I can only think of all the special times we shared. Mother's Day can be a special time for children to not only honor their moms, but serve them. Write to them in a note of your love for them and what they mean to you, for someday they will be gone. Parents are the primary role models for their children. If you desire that your children honor you, set an example by honoring your own mothers (and fathers) by your actions. Do it today! ✿ нαppy мoтнer´ѕ dαy ✿ Enjoy this special poem ~ ALL THE CHILDREN ~ I think ofttimes as the night draws nigh Of an old house on the hill, Of a yard all wide and blossom-starred, Where children played at will. And when the night at last came down, Hushing the merry din, Mother would look around and ask, "Are all the children in?"
'Tis many and many a year since then And the old house on the hill No longer echoes to childish feet, And the yard is still, so still.
But I see it all, as the shadows creep, And though many the years have been, I still can hear my mother ask, "Are all the children in?"
When we step into the Other land, Where Mother so long has been, Will we hear her ask, just as of old, "Are all the children in?"

Return To The Lord
Tear your hearts, not just your clothes, and return to the LORD your God. For He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, rich in faithful love, and He relents from sending disaster. -Joel 2: 13 Joel is crying out to the people of his day to repent and return to God. Today it still is the same. God is calling for sinners to repent and return to Him who is rich in mercy and pardon. There is no sin to big for our God. He has all power to bring one out of their prison of hopelessness and despair. Jesus can unlock any door, no matter how tight it is closed if one is willing to believe and
call on His Name, so come out of that prison of sin and spiritual poverty today. He stands with open arms
now inviting you to return to the Lord of Heaven and earth. Just believe and call on His Name. He will hear you and you will be out of your prison walking a new way of peace and
light that leads to an endless day. The God of peace be with you all. Amen. -Romans

Division in The Church
The Church Is to Avoid Divisions
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. -Romans 16: 17 The Church is told to keep an eye on those that cause trouble. These who are not of our Lord but of their own self come in and with flattering speech deceive many. We must avoid them and seek God for the right way. Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and His righteousness. Satan longs to kill and destroy anything that God has planted. The Church exist by God only. Jesus said, Straight is the gate and narrow is the way that leads to life and few they are who find it. Let us search for the old way and walk
there-in. Matthew 7:15 "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.
Galatians 1:8 But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God's curse!
The God of peace be with you all. Amen. -Romans 15:33
