HE WILL RETURN
I will not leave you comfortless. I will come to you. -John 14:18 By this we can be comforted. We're not orphans, but God's children and He will come again to us, just as He says. He is coming to dwell with us for we are His own people, to receive us unto Himself. We are not alone for we have the Holy Spirit with us for a Comforter. We have hope knowing that He will return even though sometimes we feel forsaken or sorrowful, we know He will keep His Word and return. We may feel that the world is sometimes falling apart, but we know Christ will return and set up His Kingdom on earth and set everything straight. Our Lord in a little wrath has hid Himself from us for a moment, but He will return in full favor. Rest joyfully for we have a promise that is true. "He will return." O Lord, come quickly!

A CALL TO REPENTANCE
And there shall ye remember your ways, wherein you have been defiled. And ye shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that you have committed. -Ezekiel 22:43 God is good to His children and grants them repentance for all their evil doings. We are then accepted in favor, mercy and peace. It's much better to dwell in the covenant of love than sin. Sin leaves you empty and torn. God's pardon satisfies and forgives. Why not leave the sinful path of sin and come to God in repentance. If you ask Him for help, you will not be turned away. Be sorry for your sins. Seek the Lord's face and return to the God of your fathers. Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.

COME FOR REST
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. -Matthew 11:28 God's people have rest, unlike those who do not belong to God, we have His promise of rest, so why worry about anything. Just let the Lord take are of everything. The sinner is all burdened down with sin, shame and cares, while those who belong to God just bring all their cares to Him. Life is so much more better when we have the Lord. Daily we unload all our burdens on Him, and He carries them for us. Then we're not bowed down with cares of the world. Why not trust in Him today. He will gladly take away all the cares that concern you while you experience new life. He will give to you a satisfied mind and you'll find rest to your troubled soul. All who come will find this rest.

LEANING ON JESUS
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. -Isaiah 41:10 Often, times in life we all need special support. We are granted it here in this passage to lean upon the Master of the universe. There is no other one who can hold us so tightly and secure as the great God Jehovah! His powerful right hand is continuously held out to hold up the trusting ones. When we feel weak, we reach out to that great hand of love, where no one can do us harm. In His arms we are free from all devils in hell that may come against us. Our Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel holds us firmly. Be strong, fear not, be of good courage for the Lord thy God, He is with you. Be not afraid for He goes with you and will not fail you, nor forsake you. Oh how sweet to trust in Jesus and take Him at His Word. His strength and comfort is really all we need.

MAKING CONNECTIONS
We are all baptized by one spirit into one body... and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. 1 Cor. 12: 13
As we grow in Christ, we help to build up the body of Christ. We need not envy one another's, but rather give all of our-self unto our calling. We can minister and reach out to the lonely, hurting and sad. The greatest thing we can do for God is to show love. Love your neighbor as yourself. Wisdom will teach us how to handle extra, extraordinary cases. Love will never fail! We should hate evil and love good. Honor God and discover how God can use our service for the building of His kingdom. First, making connections with the source of power, we can help others. if any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink. He that believeth on me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." If you are not really thirsty in your heart for this new life of power, you might ask the Master to put that thirst in you. For there can be nothing before that. Plan to get alone with the Master daily over His Word, with the door shut, other things shut out, and ourselves shut in, that we may learn His will, and get strength to do it.

BEFORE THE LORD
The priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the Lord. Leviticus 4:7 The altar of incense - a place where we bring our praises and pray to God in Heaven. This peace has been sprinkled with the precious Blood of Jesus. Our great sacrifice. Now we can be sure God will accept our worship and pleas. Our sins will be forgiven as we pray in faith and give Thanksgiving to God. We receive comfort and joy. All this through the blood of Jesus. God's only Son. Our prayers are a sweet savor unto God. We need daily cleansing from all our sins. Pray to God for He hears you. Our prayers are sweet unto the Lord.

Refined As Silver
Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. -Isaiah 48:10 God's chosen, here were being tested and refined. God wanted to purify them. This was not done with extreme severity, but as to fit them to bear his Name before the Gentiles for another five hundred years. God always tests His people. Some may be more severe than others because He knows just what we need as we go through the furnace of affliction. The Lord wants to take away all sin and dross from our life. According to God's Word, it is "through much tribulation" that we are to enter into the kingdom. Whatever we may go through remember the hand of God is there to comfort us.

"I'll See You"
I will see you again and your heart will rejoice. -John
16:22 Here is our faithful promise. Our Lord will come and we shall rejoice. He
will come to us in our time of need. He knows all about us and when we need
spiritual or everyday help He comes and gives as only He can give. He forgives
us again and again. He brings us peace that cannot be found anywhere else. He said, I
will see you again. Remember this promise when it seems that there is no where
else to go. When He comes we shall rejoice. We will sing and be happy. Our
trials come and we are oppressed but there comes joy in the morning. We do not
see Jesus when He comes, but we believe it for we find comfort, rest and peace.
Are times heavy as thick clouds in your life? Look up, have faith for it want be
long until Jesus comes to your aid. Your heart shall rejoice fore He said
"I will see you again".
