GOD’S AUTHORITY VS. MAN’S AUTHORITY(PART SEVEN) Precious children, made so by the blood of the Risen Lamb, if this post seems overly long, feel free to read it in part, and come back to it as you will unto completion. I admit myself to feeling doubly blessed to sit back with a cup of coffee to enjoy some of the longer posts, but respect that others may not enjoy this nor have the time or inclination, but I condemn no one, this is just my own particular and personal preference. Blessed ones of our Saviour let us continue: 1Th. 2:13 For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe. I pray that every saint will attain this very thing, that God’s word alone is truth, and we must believe it and strive to live it in our public and private lives. Thank Jesus for His faithfulness, dear saints. Let us praise Him for all the godly teachers that He has generously sprinkled amongst us to build up His church in Him. Having humbly and respectfully said this, holy brothers and sisters, every saint in general is expected to study the word of God. No godly teacher should be offended if we should be like the saints in Berea: Acts 17:10-12 And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas by night unto Berea: who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures Therefore many of them believed; also of honorable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few. daily, whether those things were so. Every saint must come to know the basics of the faith and continue on from there until the day of the King‘s return. No teacher no matter how learned need feel offended if the saints check out these teachings against scripture. The apostle Paul seemed very pleased that the Berean saints did so. Dear saints the scriptures are clear, we are not to be passive learners, but we also are to actively study God’s word for ourselves, to learn the scriptures, and help other saints to know what we have learned, as well as to learn from other saints, checking it against scripture with all diligence. . Dear friends of Jesus you do not have to be a guru or scholar and/or hold a degree in in theology to know the word of God, yet I condemn not brothers or sisters who have attained these things, but they may not use it, as some do, as the standard for God’s people, to lord it over the saints, or separate themselves into a superior hierarchy. This is acceptable with some men (women too). But our Lord speaking to the Pharisees said:. And He said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God. Luke 16:15 (KJV) Abomination means G946 bdelygma, from G948 (bdelusso); a destestation, ie. (special} idolatry:-abomination. Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whoso ever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. Mt. 23: 10-12(kjv) see Mark 10:42-45; Luke 14:10-12. The Holy Bible is not against leaders, but specify the nature and attitude of true leadership no matter what our gift is. Now, brothers and sisters, there are those who know better, yet continue to twist the Holy Bible passages concerning prosperity, to try to say salvation is only about getting wealth, power, status or some other desire. However, these are false teachers, and here are some of the passages in the Holy Bible that they will never quote: Acts 17: 29-31 Foreasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. 30And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every whre to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained, whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. 1Ti 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; 1Ti 6:4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, 1Ti 6:5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. 1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 1Ti 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 1Ti 6:9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. Doting defined as: G3552 Strong’s numbers, from G3554; to be sick, ie. (by implication of a diseased appetite) to hanker after (figurative to harp upon:-dote.Love of money means G5365 philargyria (fil-ar-goo-ree’ah) from G5366) avarice:-love of money 1Ti 6:11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. It is clear that the Holy Bible is not saying that it is wrong to have money, but with blatant truth the Holy Bible is saying that money should not have us, nor be our motive of service to the Lord, the scriptures teaches us the kind of love that is to take first place in us, and the kind that has no place in us. Neither richness nor poverty is the standard for God’s people. Please feel free to study this area further on your own, dear children. God alone is Sovereign, and He alone has All power, might, authority, supremacy, dominion, and complete invincibility. Now, we His saints have a measure of both power and authority given us from God Himself, and this power and authority is above all the power and authority of the enemies of God, including satan. But, again, we must never confuse this limited power that we have to be equal to God’s power. See Luke 24:44-49: 2 Cor.10:2- 6. I believe that Ephesians 6: 5-18 will inform here also, and too many other passages to post here. But I believe the understanding is this: we the saints have both power and authority, and even this must be understood rightly divided and used righteously, finally it is our Lord Himself who is the ultimate power and authority upon which we His people calmly rest. I think Cornelius the Centurion in Matt 8:5-10 (KJV) who had authority well understood that he was a man UNDER authority to the supremacy of the authority of the Lord. The study will be continued if the Lord wills. Until then dear children of light, let us love one another fervently, and believe God’s word alone as truth. The foundation of God stands sure, and you will be sure as you stand sure in Him. Love serola

GOD’S AUTHORITY VS. MAN’S AUTHORITY(PART SIX) Praise God, for He is always good, all the time, and all the time He is good. His word, dear children of the Living God, rightly divided, is the final answer, not only for the saints, but for the whole world. Every saint can study and be taught, and will know His word. No saint has to be a scholar, guru, attend seminary, or be a theologian to understand the Holy Bible, although I condemn not those who value these things, but they are not the standard for God‘s people, nor used to allow one saint to lord it over another, or separate the saints in terms of “clergy“ and “laypersons“. The Holy Bible is simple and straight forward, and for the whole body of believers. Every saint can be taught and know the basics of the Christian faith, which we all must come to know. In a Holy Bible study group I attended, I was pleased to encourage those saints hanging back, that every saint has something to contribute to the body of Christ, and there is no such thing as too small an offering in the word. When these saints spoke up, who had been hanging back all were greatly pleased and edified by what they shared. Every saint at every level has a part in this edifying, through which the whole body of Christ grows in love. Through the Holy Bible rightly divided the whole church edifies itself in love. Where the Holy Bible speaks, we ought to speak, and we should speak the SAME thing that it speaks. Where the Holy Bible is silent we should be silent. When we do not understand some aspect of the Holy Bible, we can seek out others for a better understanding, and leave it alone until we do, if ever, rather than changing the word to fit our personal opinion (s). The Holy Bible never contradicts itself, and we can pull out all the passages that relate to some particular area, and also note the context of the passages, and there is no harm in good study helps to aid us in gaining the understanding, along with reaching out to others. All saints, are expected to study the word of God. If any saint finds these studies useful, please feel free to use them verbatim or however you like, what ever you find here to encourage the saints, for the glory of Jesus alone, for to Him alone belongs all the glory, honor and praise. I also thank Jesus for all of you brothers and sisters who feed so many with the words of life, and have so generously allowed me to use your postings, to share with others. Now my beloveds, and I think those involved in the military and or law enforcement might have a more perfect understanding here, however, we know that the nations, especially the more powerful ones, despite all of their might and power, go to great lengths to keep secret their warfare plans, weapons, and the strength of their military might and capabilities. Although I surely know little of these matters, I suppose some of the reasons for this secrecy would be to prevent sabotage, and maintain an element of surprise capabilities. I do know that there are harsh penalties for espionage, including the death penalty. This also includes the same harsh penalties for those traitors who reveal the military secrets of their nations. Yet, see, understand and know, dear children of God, our GOD has boldly laid out His plans for ALL men, boldly told what He shall do, and has boldly said what shall become of ALL who oppose Him, and boldly laid out His plans for ALL mankind to the very end, for both the righteous and ungodly. Now and always, dear holy children, it does not matter AT ALL that there are those who oppose God’s word, HIS WILL shall be done, and there is NONE who can thwart His plans nor defeat His power. Saints there is NONE like Him. Furthermore He sends out His ambassadors to boldly proclaim all His word, all His power and all His plans for all mankind, and rewards them for doing so.His word refutes and rebukes those who claim that they are God, and we should never confuse the limited authority that we have as saints with His unlimited, infinite authority, backed by His limitless, infinite power. See children, authority without the power to back it up is really no authority at all. Believe me, dear ones, His total authority over all things is backed by His complete invincible unmatched power and control. Which He shall unleash cataclysmically upon His enemies, on the day of recompense. He says in His word: 39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever. 41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me. Deut 32:39-41 (KJV) Isa. 43:11 Before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 12 I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no Saviour.. 13I have declared, and have saved, and I have shown, when there was no strange God among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, that I am God. 14Yea, before the day was I am he: and there is none that can deliver out of my hand: I will work, and who shall let it? (Isa. 43: 11-13} Isa 44:6 Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. Rev. 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the Last. Dear, dear saints the study. Lord willing will be continued. Until then even according to His word, be strong in the Lord and the power of His might. Love serola

GOD’S AUTHORITY VS. MAN’S AUTHORITY (PART FIVE) I thank and rejoice in my Risen Lord who has washed me from my sins in His own blood, and given me unmerited grace, and a measure of faith in believing His finished work. I thank Him always knowing that through His boundless mercy I shall never have a day, NO- I shall never have a moment in my life that I am not loved, and cared about by the Lord to the uttermost, nor will He ever abandon me or leave me alone. I thank Him for His eternal love, fellowship, care, guidance, chastisement and discipline abundantly given to one and all of the saints. For this cause, I thank my Lord and yours, that I always have reason along with all of you to greatly rejoice in Him. I know there are some who do not like the idea of any saint having joy, but desire to see them always downcast and filled with sadness. But I thank Jesus for joy, knowing that the joy of the Lord is my strength, as well as to every saint. Although there will and can be times and a place for sadness, THIS IS NOT THE NORMAL STATE OF GODS PEOPLE. Ps. 5:11; Ps 30:4-5; Ps. 32:11; Ro. 14:17; Ro. 15:13; Gal. 5:22, and far too many other passages to put here, but feel free to look further on your own, dear saints. Joy, defined in the Greek -see Strong’s exhaustive concordance you do not have to know Greek or Hebrew. This concordance is usually available well under twenty dollars. Chara (khar-ah’) G5479 from G5463 (chairo), cheerfulness, ie. calm delight:-gladness,greatly,(xbe exceeding) joy(-fulness. -ous. Saints, when someone comes to us trying to convince us that depression, and sadness should be our normal state, we have the authority to not pay them any mind; God’s word rightly divided trumps mere human opinions that oppose His word, and therefore such humanistic opinions have no authority over any saint . John 10: 1-18. God’s sheep know His voice, and will neither hear nor follow the voice of strangers. Our Lord has enabled us His sheep to know His voice. For this reason we need not fear these passages: 2Th. 2:3-12 Dear friends, God is speaking here in these particular passages about those who parish because they neither loved nor received the truth, but instead had pleasure in unrighteous. But to the saints He says in Jude 1: 24-25 Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, (G679) and present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both, now and ever. Amen. Also see 2peter1:10(G4417). Do the namers and claimers previously addressed in part four of this study, have the ability to speak their positive thoughts to create or bring their desires into reality? Firstly there is no evidence of any kind in the entire history of man of a human being creating anything by speaking it into existence. The Holy Holy Bible totally refutes all and any notions that any human being can create anything by their thoughts or speaking: Matt. 6:7-8But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. 8Be not ye therefore like unto them. Beloveds, God’s people are to come to Him in prayer for what they need, trusting Him for His will to be done, we are not to come as dictators, but in trust and based on correctly understanding His word, as well as godly ways of thinking: Ph. 4:6-8. Those who reject God, putting confidence only in themselves and bypass God, are heathens. Do these namers and claimers have God-like powers? Well children of the living God, He speaks from His own holy word on this matter, as we shall see when we continue next time, the Lord willing. Children of light let us always trust the Holy Bible rightly divided, rather than the opinions of mere men (and women too). Love serola

GOD’S AUTHORITY VS. MAN’S AUTHORITY (PART FOUR) Praise Him with me children of God for Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, has done mighty works for us His people: Thanks to YOU alone, Lord, for YOUR great love, mercy, kindness, and grace for giving us so great a salvation, hidden in times past, but now freely revealed to all men. Lord God, even the heavens and ALL of YOUR creation declare YOUR total sovereignty and Godhead now, and for all the ages to come throughout all eternity. Our King of heaven and earth, beloved of the Father and of us His people, it is YOU alone, who always delights the hearts of the saints, and is our true confidence, assurance, TRUTH, and everlasting hope. We thank YOU Lord, that YOU are not a man and cannot lie, your promises are sure to all that trust in YOUR Name, for all generations for all the ages. Therefore to the Triune, Omnipotent, and Almighty God, you alone are worthy of all worship, adoration, and praise. AMEN. Children of the living God (Ro. 9:26) and blessed of our Father, I want to touch again briefly on God’s rebuking of anyone, including the saints acting as a hypocrite (Strong’s G5273 hypocrites; hoop-ok-ree-tace’ means an actor under an assumed character, stage player; I.e. figurative a dissembler: hypocrite). In Luke 6:39-49, the Lord asks this question: Can the blind lead the blind? The answer tells what happens when the blind lead the blind. When we act as hypocrites, it blinds us and makes us unable to help someone else, especially when we are doing the same thing we are accusing someone else of. We can send someone else beter able ot help that saint, while we clear up our own problem, then we can clearly see how to help that other saint(s). Jesus renders a perfect solution for this problem in these aforementioned verses along with the consequences both good and bad, based on whether we obey Him out of love in this area or not. The saints have the authority to act in truth according to God’s word, and are to avoid hypocrisy. Feel free to look up the many other verses on this subject on your own. We will continue here, where we left off at part three saints. Beloveds I know it goes without saying that the scriptures referred to back in part three of this study relates to able bodied people refusing to work, not to saints that are sick or incapacitated in some way. Let us continue to look further at the claims of those who believe that they can create their own reality by avoiding negative thoughts, and continually speaking positively to create their desires in reality. . They also believe that poverty is a curse, but the Holy Bible is clear that people can suffer poverty through no fault of their own. Here in the Old Testament God said: 11 For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land. Deut 15:11 (KJV) Here again God says: 1 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. Psalms 41:1 (KJV) Here Jesus says in the New Testament: 11 For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always. Matt 26:11 (KJV) Here the Apostle paul notes: 10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do. Gal 2:10 (KJV) There are too many passages through out the Holy Bible related to this matter to post here. No saint is cursed in any way even if he or she is in poverty. for the scriptures say this: 13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Gal 3:13-14 (KJV) I know brothers and sisters that most of us know here that the Holy Bible is never promoting sloth, or people who can, but refuse to work etc. Dear children the study will be continued, and Lord willing, we shall see in God’s word what can be created by our thoughts. God bless you saints, named as such by our Father, to which I gladly and gratefully agree. Love serola
