There are multitudes of saints (G40 hagios) who regularly rejoice and enter into true worship to Lord Jesus Christ. Yet there are some brothers and sisters who leave church services as empty and forlorn as when they entered. Some are tired of putting on their best clothes and taking more time to get to services, than the service program actually lasts. Some arrive to gather among strangers in service and leave a stranger the same way they entered-and nobody noticed. Some come up empty although they danced like David danced, and had to be restrained from dancing naked, ‘cause David danced naked before the Lord.

Some prayed like David prayed: Psa 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. They too came up empty remaining without understanding why David had to pray the way he did. In ignorance they know not that truly David was a man of praise, but when he was on earth, he could not enter then, where the people of God freely enter today to worship. Some try to worship in the style of the temple of old, but Lord Jesus Christ said He is greater than the temple. Some vainly sing “we are standing on holy ground”, but Lord Jesus Christ said that was then, but now I made you holy even as I am holy.

Some try in vain to worship like that wonderful prophet Moses, but Lord Jesus Christ tells us a greater than Moses is here. Some worship hoping to raise up the angelic hosts in vain, Lord Jesus Christ is greater than and above all the angels. Some worship thinking to stir up the “anointing” through musicians and singers, but God said: 1Jo 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

The Holy Spirit dispenses the truth of the eternal gospel of Lord Jesus Christ throughout the body of believers. He empowers us through His gifts of godly teachers and pastors and each saint (G40 hagios) to share His teachings in the body. Certainly we love and are thankful for such in the body, but to honor them above the Holy Spirit is just plain wrong. No one understands God’s word correctly on their own-stop honoring men above the Holy Spirit, this too is false worship.

Jhn 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

God is seeking still. God is calling you brother; God is calling you sister to come to true worship. Worship is in our gatherings en masse, worship is whenever two or more of us gather, worship is when we are in private with God, worship is in all we say and do out of love for God and others. Worship is unlimited, worship is comprehensive. The totality of our worship belongs to God only. Can you see the only acceptable way into true worship? Yes you can, God's way is the only right way and the ONLY right way is God's way and never our  own.

God does not need our hands to worship Him. Worship to God that is not from the heart out of love in the new and living way is not worship at all and NEVER accepted by Him. The Bible correctly understood and lived in our private and public lives, in our hearts, minds and spirits out of love for our Lord Jesus and others is the only way we can please Him.

Oil and water do not mix, neither does Law and Grace. The pervasive teaching and mixing of Law and Grace in total disregard to the fact that God has declared that no one can please Him through the Law anymore it is vain worship:

JESUS HAS SAID IT ALL: Mat 15:9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

GOD HAS WARNED US ALL

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Gal 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? 2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

The word foolish means: G453 - anoētos -not understanding, unwise, foolish

Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.11 But that NO MAN is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Brothers and sisters we should not be without understanding, we should not be foolish. Holy brethren don’t get mad with the mere messenger, but get glad with the word of God who has delivered you and me from the Law through Jesus Christ our Lord. 

For those who have received the truth of the gospel, but earnestly desire to please God through the Law, despite the fact that God absolutely forbids it and absolutely does not accept it, the Bible speaks to you. If you want to argue with God and think you can force your will on Him, the Bible speaks to you also because you are just a natural man. Be sure you do not fight against man, but with God and neither you nor any other man or woman can win against God who is invincible. Unbeatable and unconquerable. He ain’t gonna comprise His word and absolutely will make NO exceptions for you.

GOD ABSOLUTEL EXEMPTS THE RIGHTEOUS FROM THE LAW 1Ti 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man…

However, for those who reject the gospel of Jesus Christ and who insist/persist  to seek to be made righteous by the law, indeed you shall be judged under the Law of sin and death, and therefore condemned to hell for all eternity. God rejected every single one of those so called “prayers” you prayed to God as a helpless fallen sinner under the Law, all the while rejecting His Son Jesus Christ.

Jhn 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Brethren, the answer continues to be the same-failure to see and live the Bible as the final answer, the incorruptible and everlasting standard and truth. This is why mere men hold sway over congregations and promote mere religious movements. Spiritual sloth is rampant how else could such a man as this I quote below be glorified above the gospel message of everlasting truth. I give you a quote from a man and his movement greatly revered by multitudes of persons, blind followers who accept this man’s word over the Gospel of inerrant truth.

Inefficacious Atonement "What! Can the blood of Christ burn in hell? Or can the purchase by the blood of Christ go thither?" I answer, ... If the oracles of God are true, one who was purchased by the blood of Christ may go thither. For he that was sanctified by the blood of Christ was purchased by the blood of Christ. But one who was sanctified by the blood of Christ may nevertheless go to hell; may fall under that fiery indignation which shall for ever devour the adversaries. (10:297)

He calls the blood of Jesus Christ useless to save His people from hell! He promotes and espouses the blasphemous, vulgar, profane, pernicious, evil, wicked damnable heresy that Christians filled with God the Father; God the Son; God the Holy Spirit can go to hell! Christians, in whom the Triune God dwells-burning in hell!! This is the filthy, demented doctrine straight from the Devil and his evil servants. Anyone believing these lies is going to hell with the Devil and the rest of his angels. Don’t mess with God, because no one can ever win against Him, for He says: Hbr 10:26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:

Hbr 10:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

The Bible remains the sole source of absolute truth that we can trust in. God's word tells us:

 I have digressed for a moment, brethren, to show just one instance of abominable heresy, but there are so many of such men being revered today like this that writing about them would be no end. Better is to know God’s word correctly and live it. However, the subject of how parasites of musicians came to gain such a grip on some churches today again, remains the same-human preference, and doctrine being regarded more highly than the Bible.

The New Covenant is not an extension of the Old Covenant of the Law. The New Covenant is exactly what God says it is-New. God forbids the comingling of Law and Grace, but that does not stop some from attempting to do so. In the Old Covenant of the Law there was a special order of Levites appointed to serve as musicians ministering to the people and offering songs to the Lord in worship. King David made all kinds of musical instruments for this particular order of Levites. The Levite priesthood was limited only to those descendants of Levi. The penalty for anyone not descendent from Levi who attempted to serve in the Levitical priesthood was death. Never a gentile,  and No Jew could serve in this priesthood in any capacity whatsoever who did not come out of Levi.

Now what you have today is this old cancelled Levite order of musicians out of the Old Covenant of the Law that served the physical temple, superimposed on the New Covenant church. In the New Covenant all believers are priests under our High Priest Jesus Christ. Like the true parasites that they are these musicians have gained strength, while weakening the worship of God that rightly comes from the true priests of the New Covenant to God. These musicians are proud, haughty, and see themselves as somehow “special”.

They see themselves as the promoters of worship through their music, and servers of the “temple”. They also steal worship that rightly belongs to God, in making more of themselves than warranted and becoming “stars” of gospel music. The weak leaders that allow this cannot be held innocent. Since when does God need worship from the hands of men?

Act 17:24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshipped with men's hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things…

WHAT IS A PARASITE? A parasite is an organism that lives in another organism, called the host, and often harms it. It is dependent on its host for survival - it has to be in the host to live, grow and multiply. A parasite cannot live independently. Although a parasite rarely kills the host, in some cases it can happen. The parasite benefits at the expense of the host - the parasite uses the host to gain strength, and the host loses some strength as a result.

The word "parasite"comes from the Greek "parasitos", with para meaning "alongside", and sitos meaning "food" - therefore meaning "eating at the side of, as one would when seated at the same table". It was in the 18th century that the word parasite entered the English language as a biologic term; before that it referred to humans, such as a relative or friend who lived at the expense of another person.

There is doubtless some who might be shocked that the multitudes of musicians and singers so prolific in the church today are not only unbiblical but parasitic in nature. Yet today even some so called schools of theology have stopped offering degrees in “sacred” music.  

Some brother or sister might take issue with this because they can recall the pleasure of being carried away by beautiful singing, and/or bathed in the radiance of an instrumental arrangement. Others might recall drifting off to sleep at night wafted away by the sound of  lovely music. Perhaps to relax some might listen to music hour after hour. Then how about some church leaders, who cannot preach without punctuating bits of sermons by pointing to the musician to accompany it with a note or two. We must not leave out the music driven “worship” services where the congregants are urged to just go with it. How many times have we seen those running, jumping, shouting, screaming, mumbling, dancing jerking, twisting, swooning, to the music and after everyone is tired out some body says “didn’t we have a time in worship!!”.

HOW DID THIS PARASITE COME TO BE? How is it that some churches devote the majority of their services to music, at the expense of teaching and preaching the Bible. How did they come to the conclusion that playing music to the congregation alone is worship? How is it that some Christians came to be consumers of music, dependent more on it than the Bible?

PURGE OUT THE OLD LEAVEN! It is time to purge out the parasitic elements that has attached itself to the church. It is a shame to recount the numerous singers and musicians who came out of the church to hit it big. They not only never return to the church, but give back none of the dollars they extracted from it. Their nasty horrible life styles bring mockery and disrespect to God’s people. The gospel music industry has done a lot of damage to the church. Some congregants under its influence sing all their prayers, and walk around mindlessly humming some “sacred tune”, and rarely if ever bother to open up their Bibles anymore.

It is time to stop the terrible financial strain and drain on the church to support these parasitic elements. Brothers and sisters, I visited a church and they had some body called a “worship leader”. Wouldn’t you know it, although the service was less than an hour and a half, the “worship leader” took nearly an hour in singing, playing music and giving some short Bible quotations to the congregants. He gave endless commands to the congregants to “stand, sit, etc” to show the Lord reverence. The worship leader had a whole lot of expensive musical and electronic equipment bought from church funds. When the preacher finally came on, he tip toed to the podium like he was scared to approach it. What followed was a watered down homily about how we are all broken, never quoting one verse of scripture.

A lady I know who attended this church for many years said that the church had no money to pay the long time pastor, whom they let go, but still continued to pay the “worship leader”, but not the new pastor who was a volunteer. Ironically it was the long time pastor who brought in the “worship leader”. We must purge out these musical parasites who seduce the church with a counterfeit religion. Like shamans they spend hour after hour rehearsing their mess to make the people forget God and turn instead to their music. Once these parasites are let go I doubt if they will ever show up in a church again, except to look for money.

The church leaders that let this mess go on are weak jelly fish. They are afraid that preaching the gospel will drive people out of “their church”. Most certainly it will drive out those who just see the church as a hang -out, and entertainment. However, it is only through preaching and teaching the truth of the Bible that will build up a solid church. There are many more parasitic influences hidden amongst the church.

2 Ti. 2:20 But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. 21If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work. 22Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes. 24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, 25In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

Brethren, purge yourselves from these.
