Mt. 12:30 IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME...
1: John 1: 9 If we confess (G3670) our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive
us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We clearly understand our
confession is made to the High Priest/Mediator of the New Covenant, not the disannulled
Old Covenant high priest of the Law. We
gain the understanding that our confession does not mean to ask God for
forgiveness over and over again for our sins, like the penitent sinners of the
Old Covenant of the Law. New Covenant
confession means to turn from sin to God; to fully agree to covenant with His
Son Jesus christ: Confess: G3670
homologeō, meaning: to assent, i.e. covenant, acknowledge: - con (pro) fess,
confession is made, give thanks, promise.
This confession (G3670) unto salvation even, after salvation, is held
fast as finished. Ro. 10:8 confirms that this is the confession unto salvation:
Rom 10:8 But what saith it? The word is
nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith,
which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess (G3670) with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou
shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and
with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.11 For the scripture saith,
Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew
and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Heb. 10:23 let us hold fast the
profession of our faith without wavering, (for he is faithful that
promised). This profession that we hold
fast is G3671 homologia, from the same as in G3670. To hold fast means G2722
Katecho, to hold down fast, (lit. or fig.)- have, held (fast), keep (in
memory), possess, retain, seize, and stay. This is a one-time permanent
confession we must make to God, who offers a one-time atonement-the sinless blood
sacrifice of His Son Lord Jesus Christ.
CHRIST’S FORGIVENESS IS COMPLETE, PERMANENT, FINAL, AND FINISHED, ONCE
FOR ALL TO ALL WHO BELIEVE. His forgiveness is the eternal termination of the
wrath of God against sin; it is the eternal release from the guilt of sin which
oppresses the conscience, and the eternal remission of the punishment of sin,
which is eternal death. Through faith
in Jesus Christ we have rested from our fleshly works for righteousness and have
entered into the eternal rest of God to find peace and reconciliation with Him
forever.
In his justification of all believers, then, all our sins past present
and future are forgiven permanently; and the guilt and punishment thereof permanently
removed: Acts 13:38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that
through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 39 And by him
all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the
law of Moses.
God sees the believer as without sin and guilt in Christ: Rom. 8:33: Who
shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen
again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for
us.
His righteousness is unto all and upon all them that believe. See Ro, 5:
17-21; 1 Cor. 1:30-31.
Once sinners confess (G3670)and repent of their sins believing in the name of Jesus
Christ who imputes His righteousness to them- all their sins are forgiven by
God the Father, once for all and they receive the indwelling gift of the Holy
Spirit. Lord Jesus’ imputing of the one-time offering of His sinless atoning
sacrifice is completely sufficient for taking and washing away all of our sins.
He has nothing else to offer because there is absolutely nothing else to
offer, or can be offered other than His one sacrifice.
His one offering of His incorruptible sinless blood for sin is absolutely
finished and final. He is not like those sinful old high priests under the
annulled Mosaic Law, whose work was never finished because they could not
obtain permanent forgiveness for the people through the offering of corruptible
animal blood.
God absolutely forbids adding anything to His Son’s sinless sacrifice or
taking anything away from it which rejects its eternal absolute truthfulness. Any selfwillful additional works to
obtain forgiveness after salvation is received, is in actual fact rejecting the
absolute truth of Christ's shed SINLESS blood on the cross, death, burial and
resurrection and despising the Holy Spirit's work. love serola

Mt. 12:30 HE THAT IS NOT WITH ME IS AGAINST ME...
In spite of the everlasting eternal truth, brethren, that Christians are eternally
forgiven by God, some try to dispute this. They in error claim that our
forgiveness from God is dependent on whether or not we forgive others: Mt. 6: 14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also
forgive you: 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father
forgive your trespasses. The ignorant brother or sister sees this and wrongly
interprets it to mean our forgiveness from God is unstable/conditional, and is
taken away from us when we don’t forgive others and is restored when we do
forgive others. Round and round they go having no assurance of eternal
forgiveness. Jesus Christ tells us the rest of the eternal truth.
Before and after our Lord Jesus Christ went to the cross and rose again, He strictly defines the
nature and spiritual character of His followers as those who forgive: Luke
11: 4And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us.
Lord Jesus Christ makes an absolutely clear distinction that there is never
any blend or amalgam of the good and faithful servants and wicked servants.
They are two distinct groups: the first is the good and faithful servants who
shall enter into the JOY OF THE LORD; the second group is the wicked servants
whom Lord Jesus characterizes as wicked, slothful, drunken, cruel-abusive to the
flock, unmerciful and unforgiving, etc. Lord Jesus absolutely does not accept
ANY wicked servant ever. All wicked servants shall God cast into outer
darkness. This is not a temporary casting away at all it is a permanent casting away:
2Pe 2:17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a
tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
Beloveds, we must grasp the truth that our consistent behaviors reveal
what we think and believe deep in our hearts: by our fruit we and all men shall know if we are
good or evil. Of course God always knows them that are His.
Now there are some who in error believe the only way to please God is
still somehow following the Mosaic Law because the Bible says: Mal 3:6 For I
am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
In error they also in vain try to look to the Mosaic Law to please God:
Josh. 1:1Now after
the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD
spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, 2Moses my servant is dead; now therefore
arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I
do give to them, even to the children of Israel. 3Every place that the sole of your foot
shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses. 4From the wilderness and this Lebanon even
unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and
unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast. 5There shall not any man be able to stand
before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will
be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6Be strong and of a good courage: for unto
this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto
their fathers to give them. 7Only be thou strong and very courageous,
that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee:
turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou
mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. 8This book of the law shall not depart out
of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest
observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt
make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. The Law was
all God gave men under it back then. Those who did not follow the Law met
with God’s swift punishment including death, wrath and condemnation. Note what caused the death of Moses and also His brother Aaron the first human high priest under the law. Other than Lord Jesus Christ no body ever kept the Law, since it was God's purpose that no mere human sinner ever could.
It is wholly true, God does not change- but in His sovereign will He
can do and has done a new thing. God directs all men to go forward and believe in His Son, Jesus Christ to be delivered from the Law through the new thing given all men for all time, the New Covenant of His
sinless Son and perfect eternal Saviour for all men, not just Israel.
Neither Joshua nor any other created
being died on the cross for our sins; none of them can ever save us and no one can ever
come through them trying to please God. You can greatly anger God by trying to bypass His sinless Son and Saviour by wrongly seeking to be saved through the Law, but you will never, never please Him. Rom 10:4 | For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. |
From the mouth of God the Son Jesus Christ:
Jhn 3:14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so
must the Son of man be lifted up: 15That whosoever believeth in him should
not perish, but have eternal life. (Romans 5:6-11)16For God so loved the world
that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to
condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18He that
believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned
already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of
God. 19And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and
men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20For every one that doeth evil
hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be
reproved. 21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may
be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
No one can please
God through the Law. God's whole purpose of the Law was to show up all men as sinners in need of the Saviour to come, now revealed in His Son Jesus Christ. God is
merciful and will receive and keep forever all who believe in His Son and everlasting
Saviour, Jesus Christ.
If anybody rejects the whole of the New
Covenant for eternal righteousness they cannot be considered a Christian because they are absolutely
not Christians. All those who consistently refuse and willfully reject the
whole of the New Covenant for righteousness belong to the devil and God’s
wrath abides on them. The sum of all this, brothers and sisters, is that 1 John 1: 9 can never be interpreted according to the Mosaic Law ever. 1 John 1: 9 can ONLY be correctly understood and interpreted within the framework and context of the New Covenant as God's final standard for righteousness forever. Any attempts to interpret the New Covenant through the Law always leads to error and returning back to the Law that the righteous have been delivered from. God has no pleasure in them that turn back from grace, but I am sure, brethren, you are not of such. Let us go forth and meticulously look at 1 John 1:9, and this we will do by the will of our Lord and in the Holy Spirit. Both the Old testament and the Old Covenant of the Law back up and confirms the New Covenant as God's finished work for righteousness, guaranteeing the complete Atonemet in Jesus Christ for all who believe Him. love serola Col. 2: 8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

MT. 12:30 HE THAT IS NOT WITH ME IS AGAINST ME...
Well did Lord Jesus speak of John and his brother:
I. Boanerges = "sons of thunder"
A. a nickname given to James and John, the sons of
Zebedee, by the Lord. The name seems to denote fiery and destructive zeal
that may be likened to a thunder storm.
Thunder:
|
Strong’s Definitions-
|
βροντή brontḗ, bron-tay'; akin to βρέμω brémō (to roar);
thunder:—thunder.
John roars with apostolic zeal-God has no mixed monstrous
spiritual hybrids of dark and light. God has no back sliders slipping,
bouncing unhinged back and forth between dark and light. God ONLY
has fellowship with those who have believed on Him. He has washed all
believers from all sin. He has forever placed all believers in the light, and
has eternally removed all sin from them. We can have full confidence in our
salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, and in the New Covenant written in HIS
ONE TIME OFFERING OF HIS SINLESS BLOOD-ONCE FOR ALL.
John exposes everyone as LIARS, who claim that they have
never committed any sins as well as those who falsely claim that they are
sinless and have no need of a saviour. He strongly refutes and exposes
everyone as liars whose faith is merely a said faith, who claim to be in the
light, while living and being in the dark. God absolutely has no fellowship
with any such persons, God calls them what they are- ALL LIARS.
John is not sending God’s people back to the Law which Jesus
Christ through God has annulled with its Levitical priesthood:
Prov. 28: 13He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh [them] shall
have mercy.
Again, brethren, John
is absolutely not sending God’s people back to the Law which, for those who
believe, Jesus Christ through God has annulled with its Levitical priesthood:
Isa. 59: 2But
your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid [his] face from you, that he will not hear.
John is expounding what Jesus Christ has done for all time
for all who believe in Him: Jhn. 6: 37All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I
will in no wise cast out.
Ro. 8:38 38For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things
to come, 39Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the
love of God, which
is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
|
Heb. 13: 5[Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Christians must never ever believe the satanic lie that our Triune God will leave, separate, or forsake His Children in any way or manner whatsoever. The everlasting truth is that our God will be with His people forever and nothing and no one can take us from Him. There is NO power that can take us from God, He is faithful.
John is speaking in absolutes of the New Covenant of Jesus Christ. There
are those who in error interpret 1 John 1: 9If we
confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
– to mean all Christians are to keep begging God for forgiveness each and every time we sin,
even if it is the same sin committed again. Furthermore it is falsely
interpreted that we are separated, lose fellowship with God when we sin. The final
stumble of those who believe these falsehoods is that they sincerely believe, (but are sincerely wrong),
that through their multiple continual confessions they will CLEANSE THEMSELVES,
AND RESTORE THEMSELVES BACK TO FELLOWSHIP WITH God-UNTIL THE NEXT SIN AD
NASEUM.
These are lies, hideous error, because the same John that wrote 1 Jhn. 1:
9, thunders with the inerrant truth of scripture through out.
As for those who insist on the error of the practice of continually giving their
confession to God to be forgiven of sins and restore a so-called broken
fellowship with God over and over after salvation; John states unequivocally: 1
John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the
transgression of the law. 5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our
sins; and in him is no sin. 6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever
sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7 Little children, let no man
deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
John, minces no words, leaves no room for misinterpretation. He completely
destroys forever the error of the Christian still being identified as a
“sinner” and/or "saved sinner", continually needing to beg Lord Jesus
Christ over and over for further
forgiveness after receiving salvation. John continues on
1 Jhn. 3:8 He that committeth sin
is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the
Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him:
and he Cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10 In this the children of God
are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness
is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. Those who have been in igorance of the everlasting truth of the New Covenant, God is able to powerfully illuminate with the truth of our salvation in Jesus Christ, and bring them fully into the joy of 1 John 1:9. love serola

MT. 12:30 IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME...
Brothers and sisters, let us glorify our forever High Priest, Lord
Jesus Christ, Author of the New Covenant and Finisher of our faith. God is no
longer speaking through the prophets. God has made His sinless Son, Jesus
Christ, His eternal Spokesman now and forever, who by His sinless blood has
purged us of all our sins forever. See Heb. 1.
John is speaking in absolutes throughout his works and within the
framework and context of the New Covenant of Jesus Christ. We cannot fail to
note that the promise of the New Covenant came four hundred and thirty years before God gave
the Mosaic Law.
Gal. 3: 16Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. 17And this I say, [that] the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. 18For if the inheritance [be] of the law, [it is] no more of promise: but God gave [it] to Abraham by promise.
disannul means: Strong's G208 – akyroō
to render void, deprive of force and authority, to revoke, cancel,
make of no effect, annul.
None effect means: Strong’s G2673. Katargeó: to render
inoperative, abolish.
Brothers and sisters is the
Law at war or opposed in any way to the New Covenant of Grace? The answers
is an absolute NO:
|
|
|
|
Gal.3:21[Is] the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 22But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
All Christians are absolutely commanded by God to be firmly settled in
the righteousness of the New Covenant of Jesus Christ, and not vainly or in
error seeing or believing that grace is in any way whatsoever in conflict with the Law.
The Law sends the urgent message that ALL sinners need a saviour.
Those who receive and believe in the Saviour, are no longer sinners but SAINTS (G40 hagios), children of God, believers, followers of Jesus Christ, etc. and are PERMANENTLY delivered from the Law for all time. Therefore God absolutely forbids the comingling of the Law with grace, and defends His gospel against all from doing what He forbids, trying to substitute the Law for Grace-God forbid.
Brothers and sisters let us
rejoice in Jesus Christ as we continue on the road with and to the book of John,
within the context of righteousness through faith in Jesus Christ, Author and
finisher of our faith gained through His New Covenant, not the Mosaic Law.
1John 1:8: If we say that we have
no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
John attests that anyone claiming to absolutely never having any sin at all is
self-deceived, and totally devoid of truth, in other words they are Liars.
What John is declaring here is that there are those who falsely claim
that they have no need of a Saviour to take away their sins, because they absolutely never had any sin.
This cannot possibly be true since we know that Jesus Christ is the only
sinless human being that ever lived, who came to take away the sins of the
world. Again except for Jesus Christ all men are born sinners: Ro. 3:23: For all have sinned, and come short of the
glory of God…
Now some might think that John was only addressing some folks called
"Gnostics", who contradicted God's message. The Gnostics, it is said,
did not believe in sin or that Christ’s death was necessary for salvation. This
is an extremely narrow understanding of John's passage and is actually in error
of it. This highlights the problem of trying to authenticate the Gospel, by
comingling it with history derived from non-biblical sources. Christians must
check all teachings against scripture, without exception.
God's word authenticates God's word alone. God's word confirms,
interprets, clarifies, and backs up God's word.
John speaks clearly in biblical New Covenant absolutes, without apology. It is clear
that John is not writing about just one certain kind of group of so called
"Gnostics", he is writing in absolute terms. ALL persons (except for Jesus Christ who is
absolutely sinless); who claim they have absolutely never had any sin, therefore
having no need for a Saviour to take away their sins is lying. Most profoundly, such persons are
self-deceived and absolutely have no truth in them at all.
Those in gross error, are
deceiving themselves that they are sinless, and shall die in their sins without
exception, because they deny themselves of that sinless cure, Jesus Christ, who takes away the all sins for all who
believe. love serola

Mt. 12: 30 HE THAT IS NOT WITH ME IS AGAINST ME..
Holy brothers and sisters, Jesus Christ, has made it abundantly clear,
over and over, that He will never negotiate, He will never compromise, He will
never accept any alternatives to His New Covenant, written in His sinless.
Blood, with anyone or anything ever: Mat. 12: 30He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. Luke 11: 23He that is not with me is against me: and he that gathereth not with me scattereth.
John is swinging with both fists against the twisted blasphemies, and the
satanic lies that falsely say that God
has created spiritual monstrosities, spiritual Franken steins, or spiritual Dr.
Jekylls and Mr. Hydes instead of holy
people, washed in His sinless blood.
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we
have fellowship one with another, and the blood
of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from ALL sin.
Jesus is the perfect Saviour; there is no sin of any kind in Him. Jesus
came to take away the sins of everyone who believes in His name. Not some sins,
but all sins for all time.
John is quite bold to declare that for believers the blood of Jesus
Christ cleans them from all sin. All means in the whole, entirely,
without exception.
It is obvious, beloveds, that those who believe in Lord Jesus, God considers
them to be walking in the light, and enables them to have eternal fellowship
with Him and one another. According to God’s finished and final standards these are the only
persons that God considers walking in Jesus Christ, the Light of the whole
world.
Brothers and sisters this light that John speaks about is not a flash
light, not a light bulb, not a strobe light, No such things. John is
declaring that Jesus Christ is the Light.
Jhn 8:12Then spake Jesus again
unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall
not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. Jesus Christ has not qualified His declaration, it is the absolute truth. Everyone of us must come believing and trusting in Him, for IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR GOD TO LIE, HE IS THE EVERLASTING TRUTH FOR ALL ETERNITY.
Brothers and sisters, because of Jesus Christ no true believer will
ever walk in darkness, because Jesus christ has put His light of life in them,- in you, in me, in us all
for all eternity. God's work and truth through His Son Jesus Christ is the root and foundation of our eternal fellowship decreed through the New Covenant, for all who believe. love serola

IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME
Jhn 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in
darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
John is not treading daintily, he is rampaging, stomping, and pounding
away with the Holy Ghost power of the everlasting, complete and final truth of
the gospel of Jesus Christ, Author of the everlasting New Covenant.
John is not touchy feely, warm and fuzzy regarding the truth of the New
Covenant. John is putting forth the megawatt spotlight on the indisputable word
of God for all time, and it is impossible for God to lie. NO ONE who walks in
darkness has any fellowship with God, nor will ever have fellowship with God.
John’s message plainly declares that just saying we are saved doesn't cut
it. All who believe must do the word in deed and truth, out of obedience to God,
and out of love for Him and all men.
Easy believe-ism, beloveds, is out
of the question here because John tells us plainly without exception, if anyone
says, "I am a child of God; I am walking in the light, just because
I say so, and my word alone is good enough to make it so, even if I choose
to walk in darkness”, he or she is an outright LIAR, LIAR, LIAR.
Does John say such
persons, are just confused, back sliders, or oh well we are all sinners? No,
John jumps up with the Holy Ghost knockout punch and calls them what they are
by the everlasting standard of the gospel-they are LIARS, LIARS, LIARS, ALL OF THEM. love serola

iIF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME
God’s plan is that His people should and absolutely must rest in the everlasting truth of His
Son Jesus Christ, author and finisher of the New Covenant. It is time for those
still wrestling with the word of God to stop, and come BELIEVING AND resting in the
everlasting truth of scripture. And this we will do by the grace of God.
Through Jesus Christ by way of the Holy Spirit we continue on the road to
and of 1 John.
1 Jhn. 1:5 this then is the message which we have heard of him, and
declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
Does God say His kids are in and out of the light; in and out of
darkness; broken fellowship, quasi- fellowship, partial fellowship?
No- absolutely not. Other books of scripture backs up and agrees with the
book of John:
Eph. 5: 8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye
light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is
in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10 Proving what is acceptable
unto the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness,
but rather reprove them.
1 Thess. 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of
the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
The word “no” here and also in John’s passages means G3756, a primary
word, meaning the absolute negative, i.e. absolutely NOT. John is speaking in
absolutes without question and unapologetically. He is not being politically
correct, and has no intention of doing so. John is setting forth and in
agreement with the absolute truth of the New Covenant of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Old Covenant also backs up the New Covenant.
Dearly beloveds, God has no hybrid saints ( G40 hagios) or in- betweeners; that is half-light and half dark or sometimes
dark and sometimes light children. Those
in God, God declares that they are light, those not in God, God declares to be
dark, without exception. God trumps in His declaration of this everlasting
truth: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DARKNESS IN GOD.
Those who disagree with the New Covenant, will in error, try to drag the ignorant believer back to the
Old covenant of the Law that God no longer applies to the faithful in His Son
Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, saints (G40 hagios) resist those who try to
wrongly, and falsely label believers as “ back slid” or “back sliders”, one
foot in light and the other foot in darkness. Such creatures do not exist
through the power of Jesus Christ who has rooted us in Him and regenerated us
in the Holy Spirit. The fact that believers are light is the absolute truth AND
spiritual reality that must be manifested in the daily lives of every believer.
Salvation is instant,
but it takes time and diligence for believers to study and understand
scripture, and grow thereby. It is the will of God that we all learn of Him, trust in Him, grow
in Him, understand His will in the full message of His Son Jesus Christ and
live the message to do His will and glorify Him. love serola

IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME
Beloved brothers and sisters, let us pray to our God, that the ignorant
brothers and sisters will come and join the rest of us in rejoicing in our Lord
Jesus Christ, our Saviour, High Priest, and shepherd over the house of God. Let
us pray brethren, that the ignorant brothers and sisters will understand that
they can knock all night long on the door of the house that King Solomon built,
looking for God, but they will never find Him there. For God Himself has said
that He never has nor ever will live in the house that King Solomon built. Neither
has God ever planned to do so from before the beginnings of the foundation of
the world.
Again, as noted previously, scripture tells us the final answer
about the house that King Solomon built:
Acts 7:47But Solomon built him an house. 48Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in
temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, 49Heaven is my throne, and earth is
my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is
the place of my rest?50Hath not my
hand made all these things?
Lord Jesus Christ has built up His people to be His house. Our hope is in
our Lord Jesus Christ: Col. 1: 27To whom God would make known what is the
riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you,
the hope of glory…
This is very
important, because men still falsely claim to build so called “houses of God” today. Brethren,
be sure God is not ever going to live in any of them either.
It is Jesus calling
the ignorant brothers and sisters to the home He has built which is His body. It
is Jesus who will end the search, the tears, the heartache, of the sincere but
ignorant brothers and sisters, through the new and living way of the New
Covenant of grace. And you are ready, you are willing, the Holy Spirit will
enable you and every believer to come into the knowledge of the full covenant of the living God. love serola

IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME
A strange thing happened on the road to 1 John 1:4. I met two sincere
sisters in the Lord, who admitted they were depressed, discouraged, and
downright miserable. They were diligent in keeping “short accounts”, and noted
that it was good to point out to themselves what miserable, lowly sinners they
are to God.
They were so busy crying out to God begging for forgiveness and
trying to get back in His good graces, it seemed to them immoral and unseemly
to remotely think that they were entitled or deserving of any joy. They were
certain that their state of self- imposed misery was ordained by God and right
in His sight, and ought to be the portion of every sincere believer. Holy brothers
and sisters, they relied strongly on these verses to justify their sincere, but
incorrect belief:
2 Chr. 7:14 If my people, which are called by my
name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their
wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will
heal their land.15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the
prayer that is made in this place. 16 For now have I chosen and sanctified this
house, that my name may be there for ever: and mine eyes and mine heart shall
be there perpetually. 17 And as for thee, if thou wilt walk before me, as David
thy father walked, and do according to all that I have commanded thee, and
shalt observe my statutes and my judgments;18 Then will I stablish the throne
of thy kingdom, according as I have covenanted with David thy father, saying,
There shall not fail thee a man to be ruler in Israel.19 But if ye turn away,
and forsake my statutes and my commandments, which I have set before you, and
shall go and serve other gods, and worship them; 20 Then will I pluck them up
by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I
have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it to
be a proverb and a byword among all nations.21 And this house, which is high,
shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say,
Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house?22 And it shall
be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought
them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and
worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon
them.
It is undeniably clear that God is speaking to those under the Old
Covenant of the Law. This was never meant for those believers indwelt by the Holy
Spirit, through faith in Jesus Christ the Author of the New Covenant of grace.
In fear of being punished and plucked up and cast away by God these women labored to
the point past exhaustion trying to avoid slipping up and being permanently
separated from God by their sins.
And so fear and joylessness is the fruit of
every ignorant believer who tries to deal with sin through the Mosaic Law. Christians
are commanded by god to deal with sin the New Covenant way. It is absolutely clear that the house that our Lord Jesus has built is not made of brick and stone. Our God clearly tells us that He does not dwell in temples made with hands. There is abundant scripture that states the absolute truth of the everlasting house or temple built by our Lord Jesus Christ: 1Co 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit
of God dwelleth in you? 17If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God
destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. 2Co 6:16 And what agreement hath
the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God
hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and
they shall be my people.
Therefore let every one of us brothers and sisters believe all that our Lord has done to and for us by His power. Let us go on to our
apostle and brother John.
1 John 1: 4
And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.
John’s
purpose in writing is that our joy may be full.
John clearly emphasizes that God's people would understand, and know God
with such infallible certainty that each and every one would be filled fully of
cheerful calmness, great joy and delight.
As we rest in God, children of light, in believing the eternal truth of John’s message we
find that our joy is full too. Joy, yes Joy, brothers and sisters, not sadness,
guilt, shame, self-loathing and doubt.
Those Christians who do not get the joy, have not
comprehended John’s message either. Thank God no Christian has to remain ignorant for
the Holy Spirit is able to open up the scripture so that all may know the Joy
of 1 John. love serola Acts 7: 48Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
as saith the prophet,49Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what
house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? 50Hath
not my hand made all these things?

IF YOU ARE NOT WITH ME YOU ARE AGAINST ME
1 John 1: 1That which was from the
beginning, which we
have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; 2(For the life was manifested, and we have seen [it], and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto
us; ) 3That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly
our fellowship [is]
with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
In the book of 1 John 1:1-3, the apostle presents in meticulous detail,
one could even say in minutiae, the foundation of our fellowship with God and
one another, God being the sole authority of which this fellowship can be made
or validated.
John gives an eye witness account, up close and personal of the reality
that Jesus was, seen, heard, felt, and witnessed by the apostles as well as
other saints. Jesus Christ is the everlasting, eternal, preexistent God, who
was revealed to them in the person of God the Son.
John wants all of God's People to know that God is not some kindly person,
who saves us and leaves us alone to our own devices, sink or swim, win or lose.
No, no, and no. John declares God's purpose is that we are to have what God
wants-commands, and provides, eternal unbroken fellowship with God and one
another - and this is according to God's eternal standard alone.
Fellowship: meaning
G2842 partnership, i.e. (literal) participation, or (social) intercourse,
or (pecuniary) benefaction :- (to) communicate (-ation), communion,
(contri-) distribution, fellowship).
