SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH A ONE OVER TO SATAN PERVERSION
OF THE GOSPEL THE TRUE NATURE AND CHARACTER OF EVIL PAUL
WARNS THE CHURCH AGAINST FALSE TEACHERS Brothers
and sisters, the perversion of the gospel by these wicked men was not harmless,
then or now, but a direct attack on Jesus Christ the Son of God and His gospel,
who has absolutely declared this eternal truth: Jhn
11:25 — Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that
believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: Some,
in error make excuses for those perverting the gospel message out of personal
opinion, emotionalism and sentimentality, as though perversion of the gospel is
harmless. This is as though someone broke into their home began to beat their
family, while they did nothing to protect them, because they had more sympathy
for the violator than their family under attack, and felt that it would be too
harsh on the offender to stop him or her. This is the same as allowing those who pervert
the gospel to do it out some warped sense that it would be too harsh to do so which
goes against the Bible which absolutely commands the church to put a stop to
those doing these things. Dearly
beloveds the Bible is absolute truth: Jude 23 And others save with fear,
pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.
This certainly proved true of the sinning brother in the Corinthian church who
repented after Paul and the church turned him over to Satan. However, in the
case of those perverting the gospel message they
never did repent. After Paul delivered them to Satan to teach them not to
blaspheme, he also went on to try to
correct them and pull them out of the fire as we shall see later on. Brothers
and sisters, we know that we have to be careful to apply the scripture within
the context of the whole gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore,
it is clear that pulling people out of the fire so to speak, does not mean that
we can force people to believe the gospel message against their wills. The clear
sense of this is that those who repent will be saved out of the fire, those who
are forced will remain there still. Dearly
beloveds, God has easy to understand eternal boundaries and standards for the church
regarding true repentance and also for true rebellion: God commands the church
to test those who practice sin in the church. Those who repent, under church
discipline, as God commands, show it in word and deed by turning from sin to God,
as the sinning brother in the Corinthian church did. Those who are unrepentant,
under church discipline, as God commands, show it too in: But evil men and
seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
Any church any Christian
that ignores God’s command of church discipline within the body, for him or herself
as well as others, is displeasing to God in allowing it and placing themselves
in peril. All such should repent and trust God, not put their personal opinions,
emotionalism, or sentimentality above the eternal gospel of Jesus Christ. Then too, holy people, when we think about the nature and character of God, who never misses a beat in loving us eternally and profoundly in Jesus Christ, we should never chaff under church discipline, commanded by God. Those who do so clearly reject God as eternally loving and Good. Refusal to repent in turning away from sin to unrepentance is also rejection of God and His eternal gospel of love and truth through Jesus Christ His sinless Saviour. love serola

AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The

SUCH A ONE OVER TO SATAN PERVERSION
OF THE GOSPEL THE TRUE NATURE AND CHARACTER OF EVIL PAUL
WARNS THE CHURCH AGAINST FALSE TEACHERS 1Ti 1:20 - Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered
unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme. Delivered
meaning: I.to
train children. A.to
be instructed or taught or learn. B.to
cause one to learn. II.to
chastise. A.to
chastise or castigate with words, to correct. i.of
those who are moulding the character of others by reproof and admonition. B.of
God. i.to
chasten by the affliction of evils and calamities. C.to
chastise with blows, to scourge. i.of
a father punishing his son. ii.of
a judge ordering one to be scourged. Later
it is apparent that not only does Hymenaeus continue to pervert the gospel, but
has also joined with another man in doing so. 2
Ti 2: 16But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more
ungodliness. 17And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus
and Philetus; 18Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the
resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 19Nevertheless
the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them
that are his. And, Let every one that
nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. Brothers
and sisters, the Bible makes it clear that anyone without repentance, knowingly,
willfully perverting the gospel is out to destroy people’s faith in the
inerrant truth of the gospel message.
The children of the devil
don’t wear a sign on their backs saying that they belong to the devil. Nevertheless,
the impenitent willful perversion of the Bible is sure evidence that such
belong to the devil and burn with hatred of Jesus Christ and all that is holy. love serola

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN Brothers
and sisters, we must keep in mind that the book of Job must be
understood within the context of the fact that according to scripture, Job
never sinned in the midst of His trials. Without this understanding the reader
will agree in error with Job’s friends who accused him of being punished by God
for his sin. God judged Jobs friends as having judged Job wrongly, and all who
falsely accuse Job of sin, God will judge as wrong too. God never told Job to
go to his friends to seek forgiveness. It was Job’s friends, God commanded to
go to Job and make sacrifice and Job would pray for them to be forgiven by God for
wrongly judging Job: The
Lord Rebukes Job's Friends:
Job 42:7And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the
LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two
friends: for ye have not spoken of me the
thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. 8Therefore take unto
you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my
servant Job, and offer up for yourselves
a burnt offering; and my servant Job
shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your
folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my
servant Job. The book of Job is in total stark contrast from the
sinning brother in the Corinthian church, the presentation of it here is to show that God can allow righteous people to have trials for testing of their faith that has absolutely nothing to do with sin or punishment; in contrast the Bible is also clear that God will allow trials specifically to punish those who are practicing sin, with the expectation that they will turn from it, if they truly belong to Jesus Christ. Feel free, brothers and sisters
to look further into the book of Job on your own. Going
back to the Corinthian church, it is clear that there were those in the church
that were truly appalled about what was happening in their midst. God always
has faithful brothers and sisters, who stand strong in faith in the body of Jesus
Christ. These were among those who sent out an S.O.S. call for help to the apostle Paul.
Obviously, brothers and sisters, this was necessary, because they could not
rely on the overseers who were accepting of and allowing the practice of
fornication in the church to go
unchallenged, to such a degree that they garnered the reputation for it being
common among them. Sometimes it may be necessary for some members to go outside the church to other church(es) to expose and get help to stop some overseers and members from doing wrong within the church. love serola

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN PAUL
COMMENDS THE CORINTHIAN CHURCH 2
Cor 7: 8For though I made you sorry with a letter, I do not regret, though I
did regret: for I perceive that the same epistle has made you sorry, though it were but for a
time. 9Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that you sorrowed to
repentance: for you were made sorry after a godly manner, that you
might suffer loss by us in nothing. 10 For godly sorrow works repentance to
salvation not to be regretted: but the sorrow of the world works death. 11For
behold this same thing, that you sorrowed after
a godly sort, what earnestness it worked in you, yea, what clearing of
yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea, what vehement desire,
yea, what zeal, yea, what full punishment! In
all things you have proved yourselves to be pure in this matter. Repentance: I.a change of mind, as it
appears to one who repents, of a purpose he has formed or of something he has
done. Being
worldly sorry is meaningless, dearly beloveds, if it is not a godly sorry, the one accepted by God, which leads to repentance, that
is a complete change in our minds, hearts, behaviors, and fully in agreement
with God and away from sin. In the situation with the Corinthian church it shows true repentance
is not just a worldly feeling of being sorry having merely emotional regret. The Corinthian church
showed repentance in action by dealing with the sinning brother by turning him
over to Satan, and expelling him from the church, which led to the sinning
brother returning back to the church in full repentance. Holy
people, we must keep in mind that in the case of the man calling himself a
Christian brother while continually practicing the sin of fornication with his stepmother,
it is God through Paul to the church to turn such an one over to Satan for
testing, punishment and reproof, to prove if this man was even a brother at all. Brothers
and sisters this has nothing to do with Job because in the whole book of Job,
God never accused Job of sin; to the contrary from the very beginning of the
book of Job the Bible declares of Job in all his testing that: Job 1:22In
all this Job sinned not, nor charged God
foolishly. In the case of Job his trials were allowed by God as a test of his faith, not punishment for sin. Certain
men and so- called theologians, claim Job sinned, however whether in ignorance
or not, they are liars and the word of God stands true, for it is impossible
for God to lie. love serola

GOD
FORBIDS CHRISTIANS TO TEACH THE LAW OF MOSES AS A MODEL OF RIGHTEOUSNESS,
BLESSEDNESS OR WORSHIP Dearly
beloveds, this was never God’s purpose for the Law of Moses. No mere human
being ever kept nor could keep the Law of Moses; even the great prophet Moses
failed to keep it. That was the purpose of the Law to show that people of
themselves had no power over sin, but would turn to Jesus Christ in faith upon hearing the gospel message. (Feel free to see in full Gal 3 on your own
to see God’s purpose for the Law of Moses). Israel
never kept the whole law: Neh
9: 34Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept
thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith
thou didst testify against them. 35For
they have not served thee in their kingdom, and in thy great goodness that thou
gavest them, and in the large and fat land which thou gavest before them,
neither turned they from their wicked works. 36Behold,
we are servants this day, and for the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to
eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we are servants in it: 37And
it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou hast set over us because of
our sins: also they have dominion over our bodies, and over our cattle, at
their pleasure, and we are in great distress. The
law of Moses also taught that the blessing of it were granted to those keeping
it, therefore, brothers and sisters, even the blessing under the law were temporary, because failure
to keep it always resulted in a curse for everyone under it. The
Bible further declares: Gal
2:16 - Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the
faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be
justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the
works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Gal
2:21 - I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the
law, then Christ is dead in vain. Gal
3:10 - For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it
is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are
written in the book of the law to do them. Gal
3:11 - But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it
is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. Gal
3:13 - Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse
for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: PERMANENT
BLESSINGS UNDER THE NEW COVENANT THROUTH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST ALONE Gal
3:17 - And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in
Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot
disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. Gal
5:4 - Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by
the law; ye are fallen from grace. Gal
5:14 - For all the law is fulfilled in one word,
even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 1Ti
1:9 - Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the
lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and
profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, CHRISTIANS
ARE ETERNALLY BLESSED FOREVER THROUGH THE NEW COVENANT OF JESUS CHRIST Eph
1:3 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed
us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly
places in Christ: CHRIST’S
SACRIFICE ONCE FOR ALL Heb
10: 12 But this man, after he had offered one
sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13From
henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. 14For by one
offering he hath perfected for ever them
that are sanctified. 15Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for
after that he had said before, 16This
is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I
will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17And
their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18Now
where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Dearly
beloveds, God absolutely sees all those as His enemies, who impenitently reject
Jesus Christ and His sinless blood of the covenant as the eternal sole Saviour and the eternal sole source of
salvation. None such shall escape His fiery indignation. They have nothing to
look forward to but: Heb 10:27 - But a certain fearful looking for of judgment
and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Heb 10:29 - Of how
much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden
under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant,
wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the
Spirit of grace? Rev
14:10 - The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured
out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented
with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb: Thanks
be to God, brothers and sisters, because He has given us the freedom to
celebrate whatever day of our choosing; however, we are forbidden by God to compel
all Christians to celebrate certain days or not to do it, because it remains an
individual God given choice. As shocking as this might be to some this includes the Sabbath too. The people of God are free to worship together on the day of their choice, and not by the dictates of another. No Christian who has to work on a Sunday to support His family should be taught in error to quit his or her job so they can attend worship on a specific day, leaving their family unsupported. There are plenty of opportunities to find other local churches that offer worship on other days throughout the week. Col
2:16 - Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an
holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17Which are a shadow of things to
come; but the body is of Christ. Saints
(G40 hagios) as those forever made alive in Jesus Christ let it be known unto
one and all that we are a permanently blessed peoples regardless of whether or
not we choose to observe a certain day. Col
2: 6As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:
7Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been
taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. love serola
End notes: All
the Jewish believers and apostles converted from the Law of Moses to the grace of the New
Covenant of Jesus Christ. Despite all the failings of Israel, the Bible notes many good things about the nation of Israel,
but keeping the old covenant of the Law of Moses was never one of them, because
they never did. But according to the mercy of God a remnant of the Jews shall
be saved when they believe on the name of Jesus Christ and be converted unto
Him along with all who believe on Him.

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN Dearly
beloveds, surely the times change along with morality upon the earth.
Nevertheless, the commands of God, with the eternal boundaries and standards He
has set for the body of Christ are final, finished, complete and eternally
unchanging, it doesn’t matter if anybody, including the secular world doesn’t like
it. So,
as we know, in plain English, it doesn’t matter what or who changes upon the
earth, the word of God stands sure, inviolate, and absolutely must be obeyed
without exception for all eternity. Thank
God, for the countless overseers, and the body general whom God has empowered
and who gladly, unwaveringly remain faithful in obeying His eternal truth out
of love and trust. Nevertheless,
the church ever stands on guard without compromise, to rebuke those who deny
that the Christian, through faith in Jesus Christ, receives not only complete
forgiveness but a new heart, a new mind, a redeemed conscience able to choose
right over wrong, obedience over sinning, and empowered to have self- control,
self- discipline, and self- correction.
These things take practice as we learn and are
taught to apply scripture, correctly understood to our lives. Brothers and
sisters, we well know that as we obey in love and obedience to Jesus Christ, we
get better and better at it over time. However, any and all who reject the
truth of scripture must be rebuked by the church as commanded by God, without
exception. Holy people, as
mentioned before: God’s chastisement through the church is absolutely expected
to result in repentance. It is God’s litmus test to prove paternity, whether
the child is His or a bastard and not a Christian: (See Heb 12:6-8). The
Corinthian church bears fruit in following the apostle Paul’s instruction to
stand firmly with him in rebuking a sinning brother: A
BROTHER REPENTS/ AND HIS PATTERNITY IS ESTABLISHED IN OBEDIENCE THAT PROVES HE BELONGS
TO GOD 2
Cor 2: 6Sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of
many. 7So that contrariwise ye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him,
lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow. 8Wherefore
I beseech you that ye would confirm your love toward him. 9For to this end also
did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all
things. 10To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any
thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of
Christ; 11Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of
his devices. The
church is accountable and responsible for understanding and obeying the whole
gospel of Jesus Christ. The sinning member who repents in word and deed must not
grudgingly; but lovingly be fully forgiven, encouraged and welcomed back to the
church. Otherwise the devil would gain an advantage in discouraging members who
err with a false understanding that even if they repent, they will never be
accepted back into the church. It would also be a stumbling block to those
seeking salvation as well. love serola

Fri, Nov 17th - 5:13AM
SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN It
is quite clear, brothers and sisters, that Paul the apostle never told the
Corinthian church to deal with the fornicator according to the law, but
according to grace. Under the law the matter would have been settled much, much
differently, as the punishment for adultery is death to both the man and the
woman doing it: Lev 20:10 - And the man that committeth adultery with another
man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death. Lev
20:11 - And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his
father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put
to death; their blood shall be upon them. Neither
Paul the apostle, nor the church sought the advice of the philosophical gurus
of their day as to how to handle the issue of a person claiming to be a brother
while flagrantly committing fornication so over the top that not even
unbelievers would consider having sex with the wife of one’s own father. Neither
Paul nor the church would walk on eggshells, or handle this fornicator with kid
gloves. If the fornicator took offense at the God given authority and
disciplinary hand of the church it would mean he never belonged to the church
anyway. Dearly
beloveds, in turning the immoral brother over to Satan, God would allow the
devil to do whatever God deemed necessary to turn this sinner completely away
from habitually fornicating with his own stepmother; and turn him back to God
in repentance. It is in repentance that the sinning brother would be shown to
truly belong to the church of Jesus Christ. God’s
chastisement through the church is absolutely expected to result in repentance. It is God’s litmus test to prove
paternity, whether the child is His or a bastard and not a Christian: Heb
12:6 - For whom the Lord loveth he
chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 - If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with
sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 - But if ye be
without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not
sons. The
Bible sets the standard for how the church is to handle those sinning in the
church, not man-centered psychology nor any other ology. The Bible makes it
clear that God’s love can never be separated from the truth. When love is
deprived of the truth by commingling it with the false doctrines of the world,
it is perverted into mere man-centered humanistic sentimentality having neither
love nor truth. Those who do these things, hope to thwart the God-given
disciplinary hand of the church, to escape responsibility and accountability
for their misdeeds. Bible
Guidelines for Reproof: 1 Ti 5: 1Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a
father; and the younger men as brethren; 2The elder women as mothers; the
younger as sisters, with all purity. The
above verse does not exempt anyone from being rebuked by the church: 1 Ti 5: 19Against
an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. 20Them that sin rebuke before all, that others
also may fear. Rebuke
here means: I.to
convict, refute, confute. A.generally
with a suggestion of shame of the person convicted. B.by
conviction to bring to the light, to expose. II.to
find fault with, correct. A.by
word. i.to
reprehend severely, chide, admonish, reprove. ii.to
call to account, show one his fault, demand an explanation. B.by
deed. i.to
chasten, to punish. love serola

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN Brothers
and sisters, obviously there are innumerable Christians that have never bowed
their knees to baal, and die daily to sin to live their lives pleasing to God,
out of love and faith in Him. Nobody, and especially the church has to
spiritually hit them over the head, expel them from the church, and turn them
over to the devil to stop them from actively sinning in the midst of the
church.
On the contrary, these saints without number, know without a doubt that
God is to be put first in all matters of our lives. Therefore, these Christians
know by practice and experience that: 1 Pe 4:1Forasmuch then as Christ hath
suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the
same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; 2That he no longer
should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God. 3For the time
past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when
we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings,
and abominable idolatries: 4Wherein they think it strange that ye run not
with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: 5Who shall give
account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.
The
world will always speak evil of Christians living and practicing righteousness, which
doesn’t matter, because the church is not looking to the world for neither
approval nor for a pat on the back anyway, but to please the only
one that counts, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Hath
ceased, meaning: I.to make to cease or desist. II.to restrain a thing or person from something. III.to cease, to leave off. IV.have got release from sin. A.no longer stirred by its incitements and seductions.
That
being said, brothers and sisters, there comes an extraordinary time in the life of the church when the church under God’s
command and authority must forcefully, without compromise nor exception even if it means turning such an one over to Satan
to discipline and yes punish anyone who claims to be a Christian, while actively practicing
sin. Luk
17:3 - Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if
he repent, forgive him. Mat
6:15 - But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father
forgive your trespasses. Mar
11:26 - But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven
forgive your trespasses. There
are certainly helpful books and teachings by Christian brothers and sisters,
nevertheless, nothing that contradicts scripture can be accepted in any way or
manner whatsoever. The Bible correctly interpreted, and to be lived, remains the eternal final authority in all matters of doctrine, faith and practice.
Dearly
beloved, the concept of blank check forgiveness to the unrepentant is a false
doctrine based on the misinterpretation and/ or an outright perverting of scripture.
The church is absolutely forbidden by God to offer forgiveness to any and all
who reject correction and repentance. However, God commands the church to
freely forgive those who truly repent, in word and deed. love serola

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN LOVE
IS NEVER BLIND TO THE TRUTH Paul
confirms his love for the Corinthian church, even though he had to earlier
write a harsh letter to them demanding their obedience to the truth of the
gospel, by expelling the sinning brother. Love does not flinch or shy away from
the truth about people, even if it is an unpleasant truth. True love fearlessly
challenges, true love faithfully seeks the highest good, true love never
compromises its truthfulness, and makes no peace with unrighteousness. The
Bible also continually warns us that God’s commandments are not merely
suggestions that we can choose to disobey or twist to serve selfish purposes. Interestingly,
brothers and sisters, the Bible never names the father, nor the stepmother of
the fornicator. Note Paul does not ask the church to use its time, talents, and
treasure to establish a program for broken and hurting families, or family
recovery or restoration programs. In fact, Paul does not deal with the father
and stepmother at all, which means they were most likely not even Christians
nor a part of the church anyway. The
Bible makes no mention of whether the local temple prostitutes held a protest
to decry the fornicator being discriminated against by the church and denied his
right to “love whomsoever he chooses”. Saints (G40 hagios), there is no record
of the local priests of the phallic temples begging for more understanding for
the fornicator because he obviously “was born that way”. Brethren, we well know without a doubt, that the
church is forbidden, by God to compromise with the world and is absolutely
forbidden to allow itself to be polluted with wickedness that arises from anyone
within the church, without exception. 1Pe 4:17 - For the time is come that judgment must begin at the
house of God: and if it first begin at us,
what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God. Praise God for the multitude of brothers and sisters, who have held and who swiftly hold their own feet to the fire in turning away from lusts, no one has to make them do it, they gladly do it willingly out of love for the Lord, who gave all He had for us. love serola All of these teachings God brought forth from the first Christians the apostles who were Jews converted from the Law to the Grace of the New Covenant of Jesus Christ. A remnant of the Jews shall be saved, and everyone of them shall come through faith in Jesus Christ too along with all who believe.

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN Expel
the Immoral Brother Paul
commands the Corinthian church: 1 Cor 5: 3For
I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as
though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, 4In the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered
together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5To deliver such an one unto Satan for the
destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus
Christ. It
may shock some, brothers and sisters, that God can use his creation Satan to
punish a sinning believer. Such a person cannot be compared to Job, a perfectly
righteous man, whom Satan asked God if he could test him. God did allow Satan
to test Job with the exception from God that: Job 1:12 - And the LORD said unto
Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not
forth thine hand. Job passed his test and received many blessings and
restorations of his losses. In
the case of the immoral brother in the Corinthian church, it is the apostle
Paul with the whole church and authority of the power of Jesus Christ that
turns this immoral brother over to Satan for correction, to bring him to
repentance. This fornicator would not be allowed to drag the name of Jesus Christ
into the mud. This fornicator would not be allowed to blemish the church and
make a mockery of the grace of God. Obviously,
God gives Satan no power whatsoever to take the life of a Christian. However,
the Bible is clear that our own sins can have deadly consequences: Jas 1:15 - Then
when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth
sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth
forth death. love serola

SIN
AND THE SECULAR WORLD (The
earth divided-understanding the times) TURN
SUCH AN ONE OVER TO SATAN 1 Cor 11: 31For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
32But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be
condemned with the world. God’s
standards are absolute, they remain clear and unchanged regardless of the times
His people live in. Dearly beloved, Paul comes to a Puffed-up church, note he
refrains from flowery language or the use of euphemisms to obscure the truth of
fornication in the church. Paul doesn’t beg the church to call for an exorcist
to cast out the devil, revivals, solemn assemblies, awakenings, addiction counselors,
self-help groups, establish special programs, workshops, conferences, nor rituals
of deliverance from demons, to deal with fornication in the church. Brothers
and sisters, Paul bristling with the apostolic authority and power of Jesus Christ
plainly rebukes the Corinthian church as a whole, not diminishing the greater
fault of the overseers: Immorality Rebuked 1
Cor 5: 1It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such
fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have
his father's wife. 2And ye are puffed-up, and have not rather mourned, that
he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. The
Corinthian church had gone so low in coddling and accepting active sinning, that they garnered a wide vile reputation to themselves, and
didn’t seem to care that they were damaging the name of Jesus Christ and His
church. The
many converted Jewish members of the church had to know that fornication of a
son with his father’s wife was absolutely forbidden by God. Deuteronomy 27:20 'Cursed is he who lies with his father's wife, because he has
uncovered his father's skirt.' And all the people shall say, 'Amen.' Love serola
