Holy brothers and sisters, none of us should yield to the temptation to back peddle, comingle, or be intimidated to not speak the truth of the Gospel correctly interpreted, because we place souls in jeopardy. Look, beloveds, it is our duty out of love for God and all men to give forth the whole counsel of God, whether those that hear it are willing to believe it or not; whether they like us or not. We must not yield to secular pressure to conform the Gospel to the opinions of secular society. Jesus Christ the SAME, yesterday, today and for ever. God has set the standard for all time, and it is God ALONE. His path ALONE is the one we must follow according to His word, correctly understood and lived. We must never attempt to build up God's kingdom by soft selling the Gospel Message, and every soul must enter in God's way, through His son Jesus. Psalm 127:1 Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it; except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. This verse reminds us that only God can build and keep what is His. We must trust God, and take Him at His word and do things the way He wants them done, not how we want to do it. To edit or water down the word of God will only lead to failure. God’s way is the only right way and the only right way is God’s way. God is good ALL the time and ALL the time God is good. If we trust in His truth, we will have NO hesitancy to give out the whole counsel of God, which alone is able to save men's and women's souls. Beloveds let us seek to grasp what happens when a person is saved: THE CONFESSION UNTO SALVATION
1. Upon confession (G3670) of and repentance from sin-to God, and believing in the shed blood, death, on the cross, and resurrection of Jesus Christ the son of God, trusting Him alone to completely take away our sins once and for all; immediately the believer is blood washed, and forgiven by Jesus of ALL sins, made a new creature, baptized, filled, and sealed with the Holy Spirit with power, and inhabited by the Triune God eternally, and given eternal life. This confession(G3470) does not save us,it is entirely the work of God, but upon this (G3670) confession, the mercy of God is granted to the penitent sinner by God, and Grace is given through the Atoning blood of Jesus Christ, our Saviour, Messiah, Redeemer and Deliverer.
Please note what the Bible says: Eph. 2:8-9: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. This does not mean that the Christian does not have any works, but both their source and the ability to carry them out is through the empowerment of God.
The penitent sinner is NOW called a saint (G40 hagios) phys pure, mor. Blameless or religious, cer. Consecrated-most holy (one, thing), saint. This is the child of God, made a new creature, with a new Master (God), new name, a new nature, and empowered by God to live above the old man or old nature. He or she is now born again of the spirit of God. Ro. 10:9-10, THAT IF THOU SHALT CONFESS (G3670) WITH THY MOUTH THE Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession (G3670) is made unto salvation. John 3:5; John 3:7;(1peter 1:23speaks to the fact that our salvation is of incorruptible and eternal seed).
Acts 13:38-39: be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: 39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. (Christ’s forgiveness is complete.) Christ is greater than the law, and Moses. Justified G1344 dikaioo, to show or regard as just or innocent-free, justify(-ier), be righteous. The Bible in the New Testament (is translated from the Greek) speaks of two types of confessions for sin: The first is the Greek word (G3670) homologeo to assent, i.e. covenant, acknowledge, confession is made, promise, and the second is also a Greek word (G1873) exomologeo to acknowledge or agree fully:-confess, profess, promise. These types of confessions and their purposes: These are given in the sense of origins, progress and in the understanding that the first (G3670) through God, produces the truthfulness of the other, and without this first (G3470) there can be NO other acceptable to God FOR SALVATION. God ALONE set the eternal standard for Salvation, it is through His Son Jesus Christ ALONE. It is God the sole Authority that sets the eternal, final, unchanging standard, for entrance into His kingdom, by His word, correctly understood. It is God and no one else. God's way, that is the only right way, and the only right way is God's. Let us stop here for now saints (G40hagios). love serola

Children of the living God, we must trust and believe God through His word correctly understood and lived. Poor teaching, incorrect teaching, along with those wicked persons who deliberately bring in false teachings all have the same effect-they dishonor God and hinder the believer in his or her Christian walk. Now we know that a true believer will reject poor or incorrect teachings once he or she hears and believes the truth. On the other hand false teachers will reject the truth and wax worse and worse, from such the scriptures teaches us to turn away from them 2 Ti. 3:13. We are not to worship men, or women, God alone is to be worshipped and no other. Some Christians suffer from being overweight, and have failed to accomplish anything of significance in this area. Obviously, saints (G40 hagios) not all Christians are overweight, and there are some that due to medical issues are not able to lose weight. As I have mentioned before, all of us will have to deal with some issue(s) in our lives that need to be overcome. Although a saint (G40hagios) may have failed in managing his or her weight over and over again, there is no reason to lose hope at all. God can and will help and enable us when we come to Him with the correct spiritual motivation, as has been aforementioned. We do not have to be afraid to come to our God in prayer to worship, praise, and petition for help for ourselves and others. Christians can pray anytime, not just on Sunday, as I am sure, beloveds that you well know. But there is something else too that God wants No commands from us when we have sinned. Now what I am saying here may sound like "easy believism" to some, but it is not. We have to come to God based on faith in His word correctly understood, by the faith of Jesus. Being overweight due to eating too much food, and/or too little exercise is a sin. It is a given truth all sin is wrong and we are not to practice sin. Previously we have already looked at the saints (G40hagios) position, name and function in relation to God, now let us look at the saints (G40hagios) in relation to God when they sin. So it must be clear that We do not lose fellowship, forgiveness, or Salvation when we sin. What then, brethren? We are to confess our sins, but herein lies the one of the grossest, and blasphemous teachings regarding confession by the saints (G40 hagios). This comes about from a false teachings of I John 1:9: If we confess(G3470) our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. The false rendering is from seeing this verse as a stand alone separate gospel, that bears no relationship to the gospel message of salvation as a whole, and renders it as the saints (G40 hagios) have to confess all their sins to God over and over again, to keep get God's forgiveness, to recover fellowship with God, and not lose their salvation. Too many believers have been made unstable, and brought into shame and defeat, with a guilty conscience unable to truly rest in the final, finished, and completed work of Lord Jesus. Actually the scriptures teaches two types of confession the first is (G3670) homologeho to assent, i.e. covenant, acknowledge- con (pro) fess, confession is made. give thanks, promise. This type of Confession(G3670) is solely related to the confession(G3670) that is made upon Salvation, when through faith in Jesus, His sinless blood cleanses us from all unrighteousness, and gains us eternal forgiveness. After salvation this confession(G3670) is held by the whole church, that Christ's work is finished and final, with the whole church believing and maintaining that Jesus is Lord. So 1John 1:9 is speaking in absolutes and in NO wise tentatively. It is pointing to the finished and final work that Christ does upon confession(G3670) to Salvation. " If we confess (3670) our sins"... we can be assured that the All in this verse means just that. All means (G3956) pas, including all forms of declension, apparently a primary word; all, any, every, the whole: -ALL ( MANNER OF, MEANS), ALWAY(-S), ANY (ONE), X DAILY+ EVER, EVERY (ONE, WAY), THOROUGHLY, WHOLE. Now, if our mortgage debt was forgiven and paid off by the bank, and the bank kept taking us to court seeking payment on the loan, they would lose everytime, when the court was presented with the paid off note from the bank. The court would record the findings and no longer consider the case or hear it thereafter based upon the indisputable findings and proof of the paid off letter from the bank. In this same manner the debt we could not pay for our sins have been completely, finally, indisputably, wiped out and paid in full through Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. Unlike men, God is not a man that He should lie, He is faithful that promised and has marked our debt paid in full for all eternity, the efficacy of Christ's Blood is eternal once and for all time. Therefore it is not necessary for Him to keep shedding it over and over again for those who have already been cleansed. Once is all that is needed, once is all that it takes for Him to cleanse for ALL eternity, those that believe on His name. Dear friends of Jesus, this is the correct interpretation and the very heart of 1John 1:9;Ro. 4:7-8; Ro. 10:10;Lk. 12:8;Ro.4:6;Ro.4:24.Ti. 2:14; Heb. 8:12;Heb. 10:17. Jesus Christ has cleansed and forgiven our sins for all eternity. SALVATION IS UNEARNABLE, UNBUYABLE AND UNREPAYABLE, IT IS THE FREE GIFT OF GRACE OF GOD, FINAL, FINISHED AND COMPLETE THROUGH THE SHEDDING OF CHRIST'S SINLESS BLOOD, HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS, BURIAL AND RESURRECTION. I pray that every believer will be settled in God's work and word, that for the Christian in relationship to God, through His lavish holy love we are safe, saved, forgiven of our sins for all times, through the sinless perfect Blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; NOTHING can separate us from Him forever. Next let us look further at Salvation, and the other type of confession. love serola

In 1Peter 2:9 here again the identity of the Christian is confirmed again, and throughout the scriptures: But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His possession, so that you may proclaim the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. God makes it clear that the position of the saints (G40 hagios) are as priests under the High Priesthood of Jesus Christ, with all the rights, privileges, responsibilities, and ability though God to love, live and obey Him through His word, rightly understood. Call not those whom God has cleansed through the precious sinless Blood of the Only Son of the living God, unclean, or sinners, it is blasphemy. Not only has our Lord given each and every one of us His people this position, we all have a function, to work within God's priesthood, and not as lone rangers doing our own thing, in isolation from other believers, making up our own rules or private interpretations as we go along. No, beloveds, God's word rightly understood and lived is the sole final, finished standard, for His people, and even the whole world, for every soul shall give account of himself and herself to God. God does not present His word to us as multiple choices, plan B, or optional, these are all completely excluded.. His word rightly understood is ABSOLUTE, SOLE, FINAL, FINISHED, COMPLETE, ETERNAL, FOR ALL TIME, FOR ALL MEN FOREVER. He never negotiates, bargains or compromises His word, rightly understood. God has set the standard, God alone, and He commands us to come to Him on His terms, and NEVER our own. I saw on a tv. station a man proclaiming to be a pastor who said that when his wife fell ill, he told the Lord that if the Lord would spare and save the life of his wife that he would serve the Lord all his days. This was the basis upon which he claimed to have been saved!! Holy brethren ( this includes sisters too). When we understand and know God through His word rightly understood, we will not lean to our own understanding, or be followers of various men, but be followers of God through His word. It goes without saying that today there are some even promoting the worship of the apostle Paul, and proclaiming to be " Pauline churches". They dismiss the scriptures except for those only attributed to the beloved apostle Paul. Dear children of God, we know that Paul the apostle preached and followed our only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, and we all must continually do the same. Paul beforehand spoke against using him or any man to cause divisions in the body by forming a cult of personalities see Cor. 1:10-26. We also must note that neither Paul nor any man wrote the Holy Bible. Even though man held the pen, ALL scripture is given by inspiration (God breathed)of God.See 2 Ti. 3:16-17. We must say with one voice then, even as the apostle Paul warned beforehand: Gal. 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed Now we know that there are multitudes of faithful believers past, present and future who will and do seek to know and follow God through rightly understanding and living out His word, and seek to promote God's kingdom in word and deed. When we aim for spiritual maturity through rightly understanding and living out God's word we evade the religious gurus who come proclaiming a false gospel. Where do we stand then, holy brethren? We stand on God's word rightly understood and lived as the finished, final, sole, absolute complete truth and standard. There is no other way that we can truly live. Ephesians: 4:11-16. Dear friends of Jesus, I pray that we all remain continually convinced that God's way is the only right way, and the only right way is God's way, for God is good All the time and All the time God is good. We must never water down, comingle, or back down from the truth of the scriptures, and make absolutely No appology for standing on the word of God rightly understood, which we must also live. We must never be lulled, intimidated, or shamed into preaching political correctness out of fear of "offending" some one. Let us boldy hold forth and live the word of life which is able to save men's (and women) souls. love serola

Dearly beloved, I hope one thing is clear here in these postings, and indeed to everyone, you will find no mantras, steps, or formulas here to lose weight. Most importantly, because God is to be greatly reverenced, worshipped, and praised in word and deed, in no way is God being presented here as a cosmic sugar daddy, panting to do our bidding. Nor is God being presented here as needing anything from anyone. I know that there are multitudes of saints (G40 hagios) who would never come to these conclusions. God grants His children the joy, privilege, blessing, the right and the ability to obey His commandments out of love for Him. We are the ones who need Him. See Mt. 3:9. Feel free to look on your own for other passages. It is God who sets the standards, and it is God alone. His standards are unchanging, final, finished, perpetual, and eternal for the whole of all peoples, and every soul shall give account of himself and herself to God. Sadly, there are some who feel that they can glum onto some verse, or use some mantra or formula to command God to obey them and give them all their desires. Then there are those who feel we should not ask God for anything at all, beyond Salvation, in the middle of this are those who filled with acute anxiety, merely see themselves as "sinners" that must beg, cry and grovel so that maybe God will help them. None of these views are correct. Most if not all parents would be displeased and offended if their kids only came around to ask for things. On the other hand they would be just as displeased and offended if their kids never asked for any thing at all; and surely no parent would want their children to see them as stingy monstrous grinches. The first sees the parents as mere objects to be used for gain, while the second sends a terrible message too, that parental care is limited to bare bones. The third sees the parents as dangerous and unapproachable. Can it be any surprise that such parents would feel unloved, unappreciated and disrespected? How much more can this be offensive and displeasing to God. These and other similar views can only come about through ignorance willful or otherwise about what God says in His word. We cannot fail to see from the scriptures how comprehensive and all encompassing true worship is. While it is good for saints to assemble together, true worship is not limited to one day or so a week showing up at a church building, singing some songs and hearing a sermon, and reciting some scriptures, then leaving to live our lives with no further thought or care for the things of God. I know most Christians do not think this way, although some among us do. Christianity is not a religion, but an everlasting, eternal, perpetual, unbreakeable union and fellowship, through and with our ever Faithful Triune God, through Jesus Christ our Lord. True worship extends to the everyday life of the saints (G40 hagios), in word and deed. We cannot serve well a God we do not know, for this reason our Triune God has appointed through the Holy Spirit, pastors and teachers, among other gifts to the church, to aid us in rightly dividing the word of truth. Nevertheless we are never to be entirely dependent upon pastors and teachers, every saint is to help one another in study, understanding and living out God's word, and we are to check out ALL teachings against scripture. No matter how we study the scriptures, in private or in groups, it is the Holy Spirit through whom all correct teachings come. Only those who are born again can receive these teachings through the Holy Spirit. Through carefully and correctly understanding the Holy Bible, we can freely see, and help others to see that God's way is the ONLY right way, and the ONLY right way is God's way. We truly love, obey and worship Him when we do things the way He wants them to be done, not how we want or think it should be done. We can trust our Lord, who will ALWAYS give us His best. God wants better for us than we do for ourselves. Ro. 8:33-35: Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth,34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? (See this whole chapter.) Separate G5563, meaning to place room between, i.e. part: reflexive to go away:-depart, put asunder, separate. Holy brothers and sisters, God calls us saints (G40 hagios). He tells us in His word throughout the scriptures, that no sinner shall ever stand in the congregation of the righteous. Here in John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. Ro. 5:19 For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. See 1 Ti. 1:9. Dear friends of Jesus Grace is for the righteous i.e. saints G40 hagios, and the law is for sinners. The saints are under Grace not law. Beloveds God only receives us on His terms, and will overthrow all others. Yet beloveds, I am convinced by the word of God, that His sheep hear His voice. Now the few places in the Holy Bible where some christians are referred to as sinners are self explanatory and in no wise are remotely saying that all Christians are still to be called sinners. No study can be exhaustive and there are many more studies regarding this issue, and please feel free to study this further on your own. There are some today spouting a confusing, unbiblical erroneous, mix of law and Grace, giving a whacky understanding of how Christians must deal with sin, but the correct biblical understanding of this important matter will be addressed later in this study. We know that God is NOT the author of confusion. We must take unto ourselves the whole counsel of God. When we read the scriptures from old to new even if only once, the glory, and power of an invincible, and utterly Holy God is revealed. Here in the Old Testament, we find the whole lurid history of mankind, its rise, fall, sinfulness and shame, sharply contrasted against the severe mercy and faithfulness of the only true God, whose promise of a Deliverer is culminated in the New Testament SINLESS Blood of the ONLY Son of the Living God, Lord Jesus Christ, our Saviour, Messiah, Deliverer, Redeemer, Eternal High Priest over the house of God. Here too in the New Testament we see the Lion of Judah in total victory declared from before the foundations of the world; and His final complete dominion and destruction over the devil and his children, and every form of evil. We see our Lord seated in power encompassed about with His holy people too many to number, and a numberless company of angels, world without end, kingdom of everlasting righteousness, and nothing evil, wicked, dark, tricky, slanderous, injurious, unrighteous, devilish, devil, demons, shall ever enter into it, never again, forever. It is here the once lost, straying sheep have been found, eternally regenerated and kept by the power of God. Who God is, and who we are, and what He commands of us is spelled out in the SINLESS Blood of His Son. He calls us who are cleansed by Jesus and live it, the children of the living God, children of light, children of the day, holy people, saints G40 hagios, dearly beloveds, and many other such terms of endearments. We do not allow anyone or anybody to change the name God has given us. It is BLASPHEMY for anyone to stand over the universal body of believers, indwelt by the Triune God, and Cleansed by the SINLESS blood of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, and call them sinners. Thus denying the power and efficacy of Jesus' sinless blood as the final, finished Atonement once and for all. It is a direct attack against the Truthfulness of God, who is not a man that He should lie. God is eternal Truth, there is no lie in Him. What we do for or against His people we do for or against Him. love serola

Brethren, just as in the natural we seek to obtain our desires, through seeking the help of others for guidance/ instruction to set up sensible objectives, with the understanding of how to use them to obtain our goals, it would be folly to attempt to not do the same spiritually. In fact ( I am only speaking here of Christians), we dare not leave out the spiritual. Jesus addresses the "psychology", better wisdom of God regarding change: Luke 5:39 No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better. Quite frankly, beloveds, the word of God is clear, when people first desire to change, they think " the old is better". Moreover this addresses the disease of wrongful habituation, that having continually allowed ourselves to experience the pleasures of the old ways of doing something it becomes an unhealthy addiction. Please feel free to look up on your own the ONLY kind of addiction that God sees as good and pleasing to Him. God who has created all things knows how they work. We are God's creation, made to worship and delight ourselves in Him. He understands us and wants the best for us. We delay or hinder His rewards to us when we fail to do things His way. Now I am in no way saying we only do what is right to get a reward, for God is worthy, and to be trusted no matter what. Nevertheless the fact remains that our God, is gracious to reward His prople now and in the world to come. Every thing we do for His sake, no matter how small it may seem, is important to Him. Our service to Him in our private lives counts just as much if not more than our public lives. To avoid hypocrisy or pretense, it is best that our public worship, and deeds, be the same as our private ones, as God commands. Do we really want to do what God wants for His glory or for our own? The only correct answer is for His glory. God desires only His best for us, and the best for us is to do His will not our own. I assure you, that God is able to help every one of His people who come to Him with the correct spiritual motives, and will surely grant His wisdom to them that seek Him. James 1:5-8:- If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. God is the Guide, Guard, and Keeper of His people. We can feel free to ask Him for what He says we can ask Him, Only in the way that He wants us to. Doubt is NEVER an option for God's people. He clearly defines what doubt is -NO Faith, and He will Never reward it. But we can be sure when we come to Him His way, we can rest in trust that He will grant us His best according to His Sovereign will. God is able to help the overweight saint (G40 hagios) lose weight. He is able to help everyone of us both to will and to do. What then? With every step of our struggles, God seeing the true motivations of our hearts, strengthens us to grow and gain the victory that He has already prepared for us.
