Praise God, who is rich in love, mercy, power and Grace. Brothers and sisters the scriptures notes that tares or the ungodly are without, that is in the world and how we must deal with that situation. Also the Bible makes it absolutely clear that some ungodly persons are amongst the church body on earth. Dealing with tares within the church is not optional, nor is there a plan B. They must be dealt with according to scripture; without partiality. 1 Cor. 5:9-13: 9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators. 10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolators; for then must ye needs go out of the world. 11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner, with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person. Beloveds we ought to obey God according to scriptures in these matters. When God tells us to expel evil from the amongst the body, and we refuse to do so, we enable evil and work with it to injure the saints (G40 hagios) and work against the Gospel. We do not have to be afraid, or scared to call evil what it is and expel it promptly. Note brethren, how the Bible does not use psychological terms as the summation of what such persons are, NO- it calls them what they are- WICKED PERSONS. Because the greek language is so rich and descriptive I want to put some definitions here out of the Greek, because it will give a better understanding of the seriousness and depth of the problems wicked persons present in the church. I have given earlier in this study the definition of judging (G2919). Fornicator: ((G4205) pornos- whoremonger, debauchee (libertine). Covetous: (G4123) pleonektes-eager for gain ( avaricious, hence a defrauder)-covetous. Idolator: (G1496) eidololatres- an image-(servant or) worshipper (literal or figurative)- idolator. Railer: (G3060) loidoros-abusive, i.e. a blackguard-railer, reviler.
Drunkard:(G3183) methysos-Tipsy, i.e. a sot-drunkard.Extortioner:(G727) harpax- rapacious; extortion, ravening.
Notice also how the scriptures makes no appologies, or excuses in dealing with such persons. Beloveds this is a true story. The law was called to report some church leaders who allowed a man in their church, with a past and on-going history of sexual predation of children to have contact with children in the church, which the law forbade. It was also reported to the media, and secret cameras showed again, and again, that the man was unmonitored by church leaders and freely had access to the children. Church leaders had previously claimed that the man was carefully monitored in the church, and had no access to the children. The law had to be informed, and the man was removed from the church, when church leaders refused to act. The church leaders reasoned that they "felt" since the man was now repentent and saved they declared him a brother, with the right to attend church. Interestingly the church had a very large population of children. Obviously, even if a person is saved and forgiven, sin has consequences on earth, also the church is not exempt from obeying the law. The law had the man under supervision, and he was well informed that he could face jail time if he did not stay away from children. Church leaders had full knowledge of this, and could have offered fellowship to the man away from children. Both the man and church leaders came across as collusive, and as a result; lost the trust of the church members. In some churches openly homosexual persons are given the right to teach, and fellowship; the reasoning of these church leaders is that "God loves everyone". This is what happens when the everlasting, unchanging, completely true and inerrant Gospel is compromised by any church. God does not call you and me beloveds to be "nice", we are called to be (without appology), holy and righteous according to the Bible; which is the sole standard for all men, for every soul will give account to God. God has set the final standard for all time, and it is totally irrelevant if anybody does not like it, God will judge them by it anyway.

Beloveds, God warns us that we must always be fair and impartial in discernment. We must never base our discernment on mere outer appearances, for this can be very, very misleading. The Holy Bible warns us that, since the devil can transform himself to look like an angel of light, so we should not be surprised that it is no big thing for his false ministers etc. to also transform themselves to do likewise. So it is a bad idea to try to use outer appearance as a standard to measure or discern who a person truly is. Saints (G40 hagios), let it be understood that God, through the Holy Spirit has well equipped the people of God-this means individually and as a whole, to know who the tares are. We must obey God, through believing the scriptures, correctly understood and lived. God's word then will always guide our faith and practice, and will keep us from being deceived by false brethren, false teachers, false signs etc. no matter how convincing they may appear to be. Any teachings that contradicts God's word is False. If we understand that Christ has given to every individiual Christian and the Church as a whole authority, we will know that we have every right and complete authority from Him to promptly reject all slanderous, blasphemous, false teaching, preachings and lies that perverts scripture regardless of anyone so engaged. Beloveds, be dilligent to understand the scope and limits of your authority given by God in scripture. Then No one will be able to hoodwink, deceive or trick you into giving up nor overstepping the boundaries of your authority in Christ. I exhort you brothers and sisters to take unto yourselves the authority mandated by God, in exercising wise discernment. Please feel free to use anything here that will bring glory to God and be of help to the brethren, but not to make money off of. No one is welcome to use any of the copyrighted materials here to comingle with any writings that pervert the Gospel of Jesus Christ, denies the eternal efficacy of His blood or slanders the eternal keeping power of God's people through the Holy spirit. love serola

Children of light, and of the day, as this world continues to hurl towards the day of the Lord's reckoning, the veneer of civility will continue to slip until one day the earthly restraining forces will be taken away; then the raw sheer evil doers, in league with the devil, and the devil in person himself will be fully and nakedly revealed. They will finally show their true faces- of the ravaging wolf, and the rampaging serpent working fully openly in pure hatred of God and God's people. The devil and his children, will come without fear of God, openly blaspheming and fighting against God. The devil and his children will fail, for there is neither might, plot, schemes nor trickery that can stand against the Lord God invincible whom NO foe can defeat. Those who dismiss the dire and completely consistent teachings and warnings of God about evil people who have no desire to be saved, often drift into error. You will find them blaming Christians as the reason for increasing evil in the world. This is error and a lie, for nowhere in the scriptures do you find Jesus Christ condemning the whole of His people, and blaming them for the devil's work. The scriptures also warn that the devil is the accuser of the brethren, and the devil's children are his willful helpers. Tares ALWAYS seek to corrupt the Gospel; trouble God's people, and try to turn people away from God. Evil is increasing because as the Lord foretold they will ripen, and indeed are maturing in producing evil fruit.
Beloveds in Christ, not only by his ( or her) consistent deeds does the tares reveal themselves; it is also evident in their words- what they say consistently of Lord Jesus Christ. Note brothers and sisters, here in 1 Cor. 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. Anyone who willfully contradicts what the Bible teaches about Jesus Christ is a false teacher and false in every other way as well. Discernment is ALWAYS guided from and within the context of God's word correctly understood and lived. Yes, dearly beloveds, God has set the standard from which ALL others can be weighted and fully known as to whether it is good or evil.
Dear saints (G40 hagios) it is within this framwork and context of the scriptures correctly understood, by through and with the enablement of the Holy Spirit that we can indeed discern the tares from the wheat. some tares will leave the church on their own, some tares must be forceably disfellowshipped and removed from amongst the church and some tares will remain amongst the church body. Those who remain in the church can be hidden for a time by the mimic of religiously seeming church traditions, and rituals, and operate in the mere social structure of the organization of the church, but do not believe the Gospel, and inwardly have NO desire to follow Jesus in their private lives.

Beloveds, I know some might be tempted to believe and see tares as "just backsliders" who can be returned to God. This is a reckless and foolish lie. The truth according to God's word is to be found in Heb. 6:4-6: Heb. 6:4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. Jesus was crucified for ALL, ONCE, He will not be crucified again. In this chapter God makes it perfectly clear that His people are not in ANY danger of falling away. Children of light, one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, is the gift of discernment (G1253) diakrisis-judicial estimation: See 1 Cor. 12:10; Heb. 5:14. None of these abilities to discern good from evil is from human effort; psychology etc.; or worldly wisdom. In fact the ability of ALL Christians to discern good from evil and wheat from tare, is through the enablement of the Holy Spirit. We are absolutely NOT dependent on worldly wisdom in these matters. Mt. 7:18-20:(asv) 18 A good tree cannot (G3756 ouk- absolute negative) bring forth evil fruit, neither ( G3761 oude- never) can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits ye shall know them. In verse 20 the word to" know" means (G1921) epiginosko: to know upon some mark; i.e. recognise; by implication, to become fully acquainted with, to acknowledge well. These verses among many others in the Holy Bible absolutely puts to rest the lie that ANY saint (G40 hagios) ever devolves into a tare; or that ANY tare (G2215 zizanion-darnel or false wheat) ever evolves into a saint. Beloveds, again, and I say again, in this study on tares, the wheat is NEVER concluded among them. All tares will be burned, but NEVER ANY wheat. The Holy Bible is absolutely clear about this. All the touchy feely, warm and fuzzy sentiments, arguments, threats, pleadings, and preachings will absolutely NEVER lead a tare to receive or believe the Gospel. Certainly neither God, nor the people of God can be blamed as the reason why some people absolutely reject God. The plain truth, according to the word of God is that they do not want to be saved, hate God and love unrighteousness or evil. They reject God despite God revealing Himself to them plainly and clearly. See Ro. 1: 18-32. Their rejection of God is both absolutely indefensible; and inexcusable. One of the biggest lies being told about the tares is that God's people cannot know who the tares are, so therefore they must not judge. This is one of the devils tricks to deceive believers into feeling guilty, allowing tares to go unchecked. However, God quickly dispels this lie through the scriptures, correctly understood. See Mt. 7: 15-23. Discernment vs. judgement: While the final judgement of the tares (wicked etc.) rests solely in the hands of God, who alone is qualified to make this final separation; nevertheless God has enabled and expects His people in general to discern (G350 anakrino-to scrutinize, investigate, interrogate, determine:-ask, question, discern, examine, judge, search) both good and evil. See 1 Cor. 2: 14-16. Imagine a robber shows up at a persons house, and at gun point robs them. Afterward, just before the robber leaves he says to his victim: " Do not call the police, you are wrong to report me; don't judge me; one day you could find yourself in my shoes". The victim knows this is an absurd argument, and that he must alert the police to prevent any further victimization of himself and potentially others. So the church too, must not allow any such absurd arguments, trickery, or deceptions of any kind to allow evil to go unchecked in the church to prevent harm and victimization of the body of Christ.
