Beloveds, we must clear up the lie that when the Lord told Joshua he would have good success through obeying the Law, that this was meant for Christians today. The Lord told this to Joshua that in obeying the Old Covenant of the Law God would give him success in conquering certain lands and taking these lands for the nation of Israel: Joshua 1: 5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. 6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

Also in keeping the Old Covenant of the Law, (which is all they had from God), he would not face the wrath of God and die as Aaron and Moses did for their disobedience to God in not keeping the Old Covenant of the Law: Num. 27: 12 And the LORD said unto Moses, Get thee up into this mount Abarim, and see the land which I have given unto the children of Israel. 13 And when thou hast seen it, thou also shalt be gathered unto thy people, as Aaron thy brother was gathered. 14 For ye rebelled against my commandment in the desert of Zin, in the strife of the congregation, to sanctify me at the water before their eyes: that is the water of Meribah in Kadesh in the wilderness of Zin.

Moses never preached that the Old Covenant of the Law would make anyone permanently righteous in the sight of God. Here is the truth, preached by our Saviour Jesus Christ: Jhn 5:46 For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.

Luk 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN.

See Galatians 3, which explains God’s purposes for the Law; and how Jesus Christ has delivered us from it for all time. Feel free to study on your own the numerous verses that fully declare that Jesus Christ is the eternal Saviour and final sole source of eternal salvation for all time for all who believe in Him. See John 14:6.

Anyone willfully claiming salvation based on keeping the Old Covenant of the Law and/ or combining it with the New Covenant of Jesus Christ, or anything else is not considered a Christian according to the Bible.

Gal 2:21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, THEN CHRIST IS DEAD IN VAIN.

Gal 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the CURSE: for it is written, CURSED is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 But that NO MAN is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

          1Ti. 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.

1Ti 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; 11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Brethren, NO church is exempt from criminal prosecution. No member of ANY church regardless to what office he or she holds is exempt from criminal prosecution when crimes have been committed.

Long before those in the mind sciences wrote about those among us that do not have a conscience, or termed them “socio/psychopaths; or people of the lie”; without the ability to feel guilt, remorse, or compassion for anyone other than themselves; God fully explains their nature and character.

The Bible notes only two classes of people those who are saved (includes those who will believe upon hearing the Gospel) ; and those who will hear the Gospel and absolutely reject it. The scriptures profusely notes that this absolute rejection of the Gospel; is never neutral nor benign. In fact the scriptures report it is the mark of the children of the devil-tares-EVILWORKERS; malignant in character; rebellious in nature; HATERS OF GOD. Such are the enemies of God and also of His people, and not only are they in the world, but amongst the church. (But God knows them that are His).

These children of the devil are continually promoting and sneaking amongst the church dangerous Heresies.  Did not the devil try to deceive Lord Jesus, with the lie that ALL the kingdoms of the world  belonged to him. Did not the devil lie again when he claimed that he could give it to whom he would-to Lord Jesus, if only Jesus would worship him?

    What did Lord Jesus reply?

Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and HIM ONLY shalt thou serve. 11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

    Matt 4:10-11 (KJV)

Lord Jesus, did not take time to argue as to whether the devil could actually give Him the kingdom.  Lord Jesus knew that the devil’s agenda was to overthrow God’s plan of Salvation and steal the worship that belongs to God alone.  Therefore we too must utterly reject the devils lies. Dear friends of Jesus, our Lord already knows that God alone owns all the kingdoms of the earth and God alone has the sovereignty to give it.

    Who really owns the earth?

1 The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. 2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

    Psalms 24:1-2 (KJV)

26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.

    1 Cor 10:26 (KJV)

Who ALONE can give  ALL the kingdoms of the earth21

Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. 32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that THE MOST HIGH RULETH IN THE KINGDOM OF MEN, AND GIVETH IT TO WHOMSOEVER HE WILL.

    Dan 4:31-32 (KJV)

And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto GOOD WORKS, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

    Eph 2:10 (KJV)

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto ALL GOOD  works.

    2 Tim 3:16-17 (KJV)

15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work REPROPATE.

    Titus 1:15-16 (KJV)

Again, and again, and again, brethren, the scriptures warn all of  God’s people that people who do continual evil and reject Jesus cannot be called, and is not a saint (G40 hagios), They are NOT our brothers and sisters, but wolves, evil workers, dogs. God has called them evil and not good. God has ordained and commanded that they be restrained inside, as well as outside of the church. We are commanded to be zealous of good works, NOT EVIL.

Now those that do continual evil and claim to be saints, are liars. They falsely claim to believe in Jesus as a cloak for evil.

Beloveds, let us look further into God’s laws, given to His ordained higher powers to restrain evil; and YES He ordains it to also PUNISH evil.

The following elements must be proven to establish a case for battery: (1) an act by a defendant; (2) an intent to cause harmful or offensive contact on the part of the defendant; and (3) harmful or offensive contact to the plaintiff.

The Act The act must result in one of two forms of contact. Causing any physical harm or injury to the victim—such as a cut, a burn, or a bullet wound—could constitute battery, but actual injury is NOT required. Even though there is no apparent bruise following harmful contact, the defendant can still be guilty of battery; occurrence of a physical illness subsequent to the contact may also be actionable. The second type of contact that may constitute battery causes no actual physical harm but is, instead, offensive or insulting to the victim. Examples include spitting in someone's face or offensively touching someone against his or her will.

Touching the person of someone is defined as including not only contacts with the body, but also with anything closely connected with the body, such as clothing or an item carried in the person's hand. For example, a battery may be committed by intentionally knocking a hat off someone's head; knocking aglass out of some-one's hand; or knocking a cane out of someone’s hand etc.

    Aggravated Battery

When a battery is committed with intent to do serious harm or murder, or when it is done with a dangerous weapon, it is described as aggravated. A weapon is considered dangerous whenever the purpose for using it is to cause death or serious harm. State statutes define aggravated battery in various ways—such as assault with intent to kill. Under such statutes, assault means both battery and assault. It is punishable as a felony in all states.

    Punishment

The law considers an assault and battery to be an invasion of the personal security of the victim for which the wrongdoer is required to pay for damages. The determination of the amount of damages to which a victim might be entitled if a defendant is found civilly liable is usually made by a jury.

Generally, a plaintiff is entitled to compensatory damages that compensate for injuries that are both directly and indirectly related to the wrong. Examples of compensatory damages include damages for pain and suffering, damages for medical expenses, and damages for lost earnings resulting from the victim's inability to work. Nominal damages, given although there is no harm at all, or merely a slight one, may also be awarded in an assault and battery action. Some jurisdictions allow the award of punitive damages. They are often given when the offense was committed wantonly or maliciously to punish the defendant for the wrongful act and to DETER others from engaging in similar acts in the future. The defendant might additionally be subject to criminal liability.

If a defendant is found criminally liable, the punishment is imprisonment, a fine, or both. The amount of time a defendant must serve in prison depends upon the statute in the particular jurisdiction. When the offense is committed with an intent to murder or do serious harm, it is called aggravated assault and battery. An aggravated assault and battery is often committed with a dangerous weapon, and it is punishable as a felony in all states.

Evil people often assault their targets:  Punishment

A defendant adjudged to have committed civil assault is liable for damages. The question of the amount that should be awarded to the victim is determined by a jury. Compensatory damages, which are aimed at compensating the victim for the injury, are COMMON. Nominal damages, a small sum awarded for the invasion of a right even though there has been no substantial injury, may be awarded. In some cases, courts allow punitive damages, which are designed to punish the defendant for the wrongful conduct.

The punishment for criminal assault is a fine, imprisonment, or both. Penalties are more severe when the assault is aggravated. Many states have statutes dividing criminal assault into various degrees. As in aggravated assault, the severity of the crime, the extent of violence and harm, and the criminal intent of the defendant are all factors considered in determining the sentence imposed.

More info on assault:  assault 1) v. the threat or attempt to strike another, whether successful or not, provided the target is aware of the danger. The assaulter must be reasonably capable of carrying through the attack. In some states if the assault is with a deadly weapon (such as sniping with a rifle), the intended victim does not need to know of the peril. Other state laws distinguish between different degrees (first or second) of assault depending on whether there is actual hitting, injury or just a threat. "Aggravated assault" is an attack connected with the commission of another crime, such as beating a clerk during a robbery. 2) n. the act of committing an assault, as in "there was an assault down on Third Avenue." Assault is both a criminal wrong, for which one may be charged and tried, and civil wrong for which the target may sue for damages due to the assault, including for MENTAL DISTRESS.

Evil people use Verbal harassment by insults, name calling etc.; instigating others to act out in various ways against the target by Slander, character assassination, personal vilification; inflaming hostility against the target by others by falsehood and outright lies. Stalking too is in the bag of dirty tricks of evil persons, and every kind of dirty trick they can use to torment the target.

Evil persons can act in tandem with others as well as alone. Evil persons often stalk their targets. Stalking too has reached epidemic proportions: besides various state and federal laws; there is a special program under the violence against women act that protects elderly women against stalking.  Unfortunately, these cowards tend to stalk elderly women.

There are many more laws than I can post here, that can deal with evil persons. No church that is passive against these things should be surprised to reap the consequences of failure to deal with these types of evil persons in the church.

God has given laws to restrain the evil persons acting out wickly and protect ALL people from them. Most importantly, NO church must tolerate the rampant abuse of the flock. Failure of church leaders to speak out and take action against evil persons acting out in the church is TACIT AGREEMENT WITH EVIL and  sets up an environment that is permissive of evil. I thank my God and yours for those strong church leaders and members of the flock that refuse to go along with such outrageous evil. At the end of the world God will finally cast every evil person in the lake of fire, with the evil angels and every form of evil. They will be tormented forever along with their daddy the devil in fire and brimestone. Until, then occupy, saints (G40 hagios) until Lord Jesus comes. (Mt. 19:13.)

Dear friends of Jesus, this might seem like tough subject matter. However, it is vital to the health of the true church, to tell God’s truth. Those who perpetrate evil in the church are not ashamed to do it, actually have no problem harming the saints (G40 hagios); and we much more should not have the slightest bit of shame or hesitancy of telling God’s truth about them. Obviously, there are multitudes of church leaders, who would never stand for allowing anyone to harm the flock under their care. Many would even die for the flock, out of love for them and Jesus.

We are addressing evil perpetrators who arise in the church. God warns us that as Christians mature also the tares arise, and grow in evil. These are persons who absolutely are opponents of Christ, and arise to trouble the church. We dare not excuse criminal conduct in the church. We do not have to go out looking for them, be sure they will come looking for us.

9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine (instruction/teaching) of Christ, hath not God.

    2 John 1:-9 (KJV)

God makes it plain and simple for us, woe to those who fail to hear and do the word of God. The top two reasons why some churches wind up in court is:

    1.     Child rape and molesting-not just the “so called” catholic church, but some of those claiming to be Bible believing.

    2.     Injuries requiring medical treatment.

Church Sued for Alleged Choir Girl Rape

The pastor, committed fraud by telling people  the perpetrator was an "understanding and moral person" when he knew it was untrue, the complaint alleges.

"Defendant pastor's false representation of perpetrator enabled the perpetrator to remain in certain standing within the community and to remain in a position of trust and authority, whereby he was able to commit the unlawful sexual molestation and other wrongful acts," the record states.

"Defendants ( pastors and elders etc.) turned a blind eye to this despicable conduct, utterly failing to take the reasonable and necessary actions to make sure that plaintiff and the children at (the church) were safe and to prevent these children from acts of sexual abuse in the future," the document states.

6 Everyone who remains in Him does not sin; EVERYONE who sins has not seen Him or known Him.

    1 John 3:6 (HCSB)

23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, AND love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

    1 John 3:23-24 (KJV)

7  Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and EVERY ONE  that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

    1 John 4:7-8 (KJV)

21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother ALSO.

    1 John 4:21 (KJV)

Love explains (1) why God creates — because he loves, he creates people to love; (2) why God cares — because he loves them, he cares for sinful people; (3) why we are free to choose — God wants a loving response from us; (4) why Christ died — his love for us caused him to seek a solution to the problem of sin; and (5) why we receive eternal life — God's love expresses itself to us forever.

Brothers and sisters, oh how the heretics, that have sneaked into the flock, and even some ministries, want to make you believe that the saint (G40 hagios) and the sinner are one and the same! These liars are cursed, and will suffer the rewards due to the wicked.

Heretics teach falsely that the wolf dressed in sheep’s clothing is the same as the flock; however, we know brothers and sisters that sheep bleat, but wolves growl. Sheep might have conflict; but wolves wound and kill without mercy.

Christians should have faith, but they should not be gullible. Verify every message you hear, even if the person who brings it says it's from God. If the message is truly from God, it will be consistent with Christ's teachings.

Yes brethren, there are heretics, wicked persons who teach that you are just as bad as the wicked, therefore no matter what continual, evil and persistent acts they do among you, to our children, and the saints(G40 hagios), in general should be accepted. They wax warm and fuzzy, touchy feely, towards the wicked-how they are just emotionally wounded and don’t know any better, just like you, so turn the other cheek, and suck it up, ‘cause you’re evil too.

20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

    Isaiah 5:20 (KJV)

The Bible is clear, ANYONE whether of the flock, church leaders too, who consistently, rejects scripture, and continues to do evil is wicked. Such are the children of the devil. So holy brothers and sisters, accept God’s FINAL ANSWER, ETERNAL, UNCHANGING, COMPLETE TRUTH OF THE BIBLE, as the SOLE STANDARD-correctly understood and lived. Then you will see clearly who you are actually dealing with, and be able to comport yourselves with discernment when dealing with evil people amongst the flock.

Yes, we forgive them, yes we continually demonstrate and show them the word of God. Yes, we love them, but hate their evil as even God does. However, we avail ourselves of every one of God’s weapons spiritually, and ordained on the earth by God,  to restrain their evil, and protect ourselves and others from them.

11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

    Eph 5:11 (KJV)

6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

    Matt 7:6 (KJV)

18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; BUT IN  DEED AND IN TRUTH 19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.

    1 John 3:18-19 (KJV)

Dear friends of Jesus, the HERESY that deeds don’t count is one of the devil’s biggest lies. The sad truth is that some churches do not protect the flock from on-going misconduct, some of it of a criminal nature. It  goes without saying that not everyone attending services is saved, or even wants to be. When an unsaved person becomes a target of an evil person in the church, there are going to be real problems.

Warm and fuzzy, sentimentality will be of little comfort to a true Christians, being constantly harassed by an evil person, allowed to run rampant in the church. Discerning church leaders, understand the need for security and having a firm standard which it expects everyone to abide by. No rules of conduct=no boundaries.

We are not discussing here if a Christian can sue another Christian. What is being addressed here is the fact that Christians have the right to report crimes committed against them. Those church leaders who make excuses for criminal behavior or are too cowardly to deal with evil persons, right there in the church, can expect at some point to become a target of the evil person also. Leaders and all members of the church, must work together to ensure a good worship experience for all. Those trouble-makers seeking pleasure in harming others, must be dealt with early on.

Listen, brothers and sisters, we dare not as some are doing make excuses for evil people committing malicious and injurious acts against God’s people in the church. The more a church strays away from the inerrant, eternal, final, and complete standard of the Bible, the more unsafe and dangerous it becomes for those who venture there. Of the evil among us God warns:

Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:

    2 Peter 2:13-14 (KJV)

CRIMINAL MATTERS: The context of 1 Corinthians 6 is CIVIL legal disputes, not criminal prosecution. With few exceptions, the Government prosecutes crimes. Therefore, a Christian may look to a secular court to prosecute anyone (including Christians) who committed a crime against them (Romans 13:1-7, 1 Peter 1:13-14).

    Love

7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

    Rev 21:7-8 (KJV)

There was a dear saint (G40 hagios), who suddenly found that members of her church seemed avoidant of her, and unfriendly, whereas before, she had good relations, and even volunteered at her local church.

The church leaders, called her in one day to investigate numerous bad rumors circulating about her, and asked that she not volunteer until things were cleared up. It came to pass that all the rumors were lies, told by one man in the church, that she did not know very well, as it was a good sized church. She forgave the man, but felt the church leaders should talk to him, as she hoped he would not do the same thing to others. The church leaders never told her whether or not they actually did say anything to the man.

Over time she noticed this man showing up in various places in her neighborhood, but did not want to think anything of it. Meantime he continued to circulate various lies about her. Soon she found, that her property was being vandalized; and she was getting numerous phone calls where the caller would just hang up without saying anything.

Next he started following her around in the church, and calling her bad names to her face, in the church openly and on the telephone. Many times she would come home and find him on her property, sometimes with other people. Because she had children, out of concern for them, she went to court and got a restraining order against him, which he completely ignored. She reported all this to the church leaders, who refused to offer any further help, and seemed irritated with her for saying anything more about it.

As a Christian, she did not want to do anything or behave in any way that would displease the Lord. The church leaders refused to help any further at all; and seemed relieved when she told them that she had decided to leave the church. Finally, she moved to a new undisclosed location, changed her phone number, and found a new church, so far she never heard or saw the man again. She did not hate the man, prayed for him, but refused to accept his behavior as normal.

12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13  The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

    John 10:11-13 (KJV)

Some teach the HERESY that anybody who claims to be a brother is a brother, no matter how evil their deeds. The truth of God’s INERRANT word is our sole standard, for the Bible says: 15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but in works (DEEDS) they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

    Titus 1:15-16 (KJV)

7 Little children, LET NO MAN DECEIVE YOU: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8 He that committeth (practices) sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning.

    1 John 3:7-8 (KJV)

11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is CALLED a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a RAILER, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. 12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? 13 But them that are without God judgeth. THEREFORE PUT AWAY FROM YOURSELVES THAT WICKED PERSON.

    1 Cor 5:10-13 (KJV)

(See Mt. 24:45-51, the good servant contrasted with the wicked servant.)

    ( See2 Thess 3:6 KJV)

Thank God for the multitude of good church leaders, who refuse to allow the  flock to be molested, abused, or harassed. Again and again, brothers and sisters we are to follow the Bible and call it exactly as the Lord does. There is NOTHING loving about allowing ANYBODY to commit evil deeds in the church against the flock.

    Love

Brethren, when a Christian is persecuted he or she may ,initially, feel alone, isolated, ashamed, or feel that they somehow did something wrong or is somehow to blame. This is partly due to unbalanced teachings and /or ignorance of scriptural understanding. However, we have God’s comfort that no matter how bad things might seem, He will not suffer us to fail Him. He will uphold us and keep us by His mighty power:

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? 32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things? 33 Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth; 34 who is he that condemneth? It is Christ Jesus that died, yea rather, that was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36 Even as it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

    Romans 8:31-39 (ASV)

Many do not want to teach that persecution will come to ALL believers. God does not send it but allows it as a test of faith. He already knows our level of faith, and each trial serves to strengthen, and build up each believer and the church body as a whole; as we choose to honor God, in it out of love for Him. Persecution is also a blaring spotlight that shows those who do not belong to Him.  Those who have never experienced persecution might want to examine themselves to see if they really belong to God.

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

    John 15:18-21 (KJV)

If our Lord Jesus Christ was persecuted, we His followers can expect the same. Lord Jesus Christ has left us His wonderful, and great example of how to undergo our trials, and persecutions. He has also left us other wonderful examples of the saints (G40 hagios) all throughout the scriptures. Conversely, He shows how persecutions reveal those who do not belong to Him: see the parable of the tares.

Beloveds, we should not be surprised about these things going on in the church, for everyone in the church is not of the church. God has warned us all many times throughout the scriptures that there is war going on, and that He has fully armed us His people to deal with it. All who will live godly will be persecuted. (10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you).

    Matt 5:10-12 (KJV)

12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.

    2 Tim 3:12-13 (KJV)

It is most important to call things what God calls things, a bully is an EVIL PERSON, who has entered into the flock: 17 But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; 18 How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. 19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

    Jude 1:17-19 (KJV)

When a person is made fun of, they feel that they have been defiled; or lowered in some way. The plain truth is that when a Christian is made fun of or mocked; despite how he or she feels emotionally, he or she cannot be defiled from without. No Christian cam be devalued, or defiled from the actions of someone or something outside of him or herself.

15 There is NOTHING from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man. 16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

    Mark 7:15-16 (KJV)

Evil persons are not going to wear a sign on their backs saying: “ I am an evil person”. They will be dressed, and look just like anybody else. Some can look very pious, and even seem “religious”. An evil person can even gain an important office within the church, in the pulpit, the choir, or just be a member of the congregation. He may even be a heavy financial source to the church. God has set His eternal, infallible standard to know who is evil and who is good.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 EVERY tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

    Matt 7:16-20 (KJV)

Upon visiting a church, I observed a person being stalked and mocked. I reported it at once to the church leaders. They denied knowing anything like that was going on. I believed them, I only caught it having come in early to the service when only the perpetrators and their target was there. The bullies did not notice me, they were so busy harassing their target. I thank the Lord, that the church leaders supported, carefully ministered, and comforted the target, and brought that situation to a complete stop. Yes, brethren, I checked back a couple of times to make sure.

The bullies try to operate in a way that will not expose themselves. The target may be too afraid to say anything, or feel that he or she will not be believed. Brothers and sisters there is something very evil about anybody harassing a Christian coming in to worship the Lord. Every saint (G40 hagios) has God’s authority to stand against evil, no matter where it appears-even in the church facility.

I would exhort any brother or sister who is being maltreated or has been maltreated in the church facility by anyone, not to seek vengeance. Please, do not seek to harm the perpetrators. Trust God, and keep on doing good, no matter what. God is with you, He has not, and will not ever leave you alone in your situation. You are deeply loved by God and every true Christian.

19 Fret not thyself because of evil men, neither be thou envious at the wicked; 20 For there shall be no reward to the evil man; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.  Prov 24:19-20 (KJV)

To fret means-to burn with anger; be incensed; grieve and be very wroth.

1 Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. 2 For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. 3 Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed. 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. 6 And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

    Psalms 37:3-6 (KJV)

    (See 2 Thess. 1:1-12.)

17 Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men. 18 If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. 19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. 20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. 21 Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

    Romans 12:17-21 (KJV)

In everything we must trust God, and obey His commandments out of love for Him. God has told us who we are in Him, we are not to pay any attention to anyone or anything that contradicts God’s truth about us. Love is not passive; at times love means taking steps the right way to deal with evil.

Let’s look at some of the laws that God has ordained the higher powers to use to restrain evil:

    CRIME AND PUNISHMENT

Bullies many times batter their targets: At common law, an intentional unpermitted act causing harmful or offensive contact with the "person" of another.

Battery is concerned with the right to have one's body left alone by others.

Battery is both a tort and a crime. Its essential element, harmful or offensive contact, is the same in both areas of the law. The main distinction between the two categories lies in the penalty imposed. A defendant sued for a tort is civilly liable to the plaintiff for damages. The punishment for criminal battery is a fine, imprisonment, or both. Usually battery is prosecuted as a crime only in cases involving serious harm to the victim.

All praises, honor and glory to our Triune God; who alone is the Maker and Possessor of heaven and earth; and to whom All souls belong. Brethren, when Christians assemble together in the church facility; we are not stripped of our God given legal rights and protections under the law. Church leaders are responsible for the protection of the flock. Church leaders who refuse to do so set up a permissive atmosphere that allows bullying by church staff and/or members, or others. Beloveds, let us go to the inerrant word of God:

13 Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; 14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. 15 FOR SO IS THE WILL OF God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: 16 As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. 17 Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.

    1 Peter 2:13-17 (KJV)

1 Let EVERY soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the EVIL.  Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is EVIL, BE AFRAID; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth EVIL. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake. 6 For this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

Dear followers of Jesus Christ our Lord, bullying has reached such horrific levels that 49 states have passed laws against it. While there are no specific federal laws against it; there are federal laws that address protected classes of persons.

Bullying is when a person or group repeatedly tries to harm someone who is weaker or who they think is weaker. Sometimes it involves direct attacks such as hitting, name calling, teasing or taunting. Sometimes it is indirect, such as spreading rumors or trying to make others reject someone.

Often people dismiss bullying among kids as a normal part of growing up. But bullying is harmful. It can lead children and teenagers to feel tense and afraid. It may lead them to avoid school. In severe cases, teens who are bullied may feel they need to take drastic measures or react violently against the perpetrator(s). ( In 12 of 15 school shooting cases in the 1990s, the shooters had a history of being bullied). Others even consider suicide. For some, the effects of bullying last a lifetime.. Bullying is not limited to the young; adults too of any age including the elderly, can be targets of bullies.

A bully is a mean, cruel person, whose goal is to injure another person perceived real or imagined as weaker or different in some way. Injury may be mentally by humiliation-embarrassment; intimidation; harassment; slander; isolation. The bully can physically injure directly or indirectly by getting others to carry out hitting; kicking; destroying or damaging property of their targets. Bullying can take place anywhere; even in the church.  It is past time to stand against this evil in the church. Christians are not exempt from obeying the laws that do not infringe upon the Gospel.
