Beloveds, there is no question that for some the very word discipline raises fears of being abused, violated, or mistreated physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There are also some who have a deep mistrust of anybody presenting as a sole authoritarian, who wields the whip of correction, and who is above question. Saints, (G40 hagios), must Never allow themselves to be in subjection to abuse of any kind from anyone. Abuse and bondage to an oppressor has nothing to do with biblical discipline. Maltreatment from anybody on any level must be rejected out of hand.

In its broadest sense,  brothers and sisters, God has established true discipline out of His great love as Father to the whole church: when carried out in love according to scripture correctly understood: it protects, corrects, trains, educates, warns, reproves, rebukes, admonishes, teaches, comforts, guides, nurtures, restores, restrains, and can also remove in some cases  temporarily; or permanently certain persons from the church, who consistently reject the Gospel and refuse to live by it. It maintains God's standard without compromise, negotiation, or bargaining of any kind.

Children of the day, church discipline protects the weak brother, sister, and the church as a whole from heretical invasion and  subversion. Church discipline upholds the inerrancy of the Gospel as the sole standard;  and final unchanging answer, for Christian living and for all men. It promotes the growth of the church individually and as a whole, all the while bringing honor and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ, Redeemer, Saviour and High Priest.

How one consistently accepts or refuses to accept or receive such discipline, is a clear indicator of whether or not the person belongs amongst the church body.

Through dilligently applying church discipline, tares will be kept in check, all the while protecting and strengthening the body of Christ.

Again, acceptance of, or rejection of God's discipline through obedience or refusal to do so, is the measure and test that differentiates sons from bastards (Heb. 12: 6-13). Our Triune God  has given to the church this wonderful opportunity to partake in this task in love. Of course each saint, must examine, and be the first to discipline himself or herself.

No tare can pass God's final test of love (Agape), and NO wheat can fail it. (Cor. 13:1-13).

Dear friends of Jesus, I continue to say that we must study the Bible, privately and with others, and retain the basics of scripture- correctly understood and lived. God commands us to continue to mutually share and grow on from there. We must grasp the true nature of our identity- through Christ alone.

Interestingly, the beloved apostle Paul, noted his worldly credentials: status of birth; achieved the highest education and standing. He was an ethnic Hebrew of Hebrews-of the religious elite in understanding the law-all the things that can make one FEEL self confident in a merely humanistic way. See Phil. 3:3-15. Now he gives us God's people a wonderful example that while our earthly achievements can be helpful and many, among men-they are but dung (Phil. 3:8-15) in comparison to who we are in Christ.

Our true identity must and can only come from Christ alone, in what He has done for us -and nothing else. We do not allow anything outside of What Christ has done for us to determine who we are. Then you me and every saint (G40 hagios), WILL BE PROTECTED FROM PRIDE, and able to maintain the appropriate spiritual position of perpetual gratitude based solely on what Christ has done for us, and Christ alone-plus NOTHING ELSE. Pride is of the devil.

It is necessary, right, and proper to fundamentally reject those who  claim the status of an ecclesiastical religious super guru, and/ or anyone claiming the status of a clerical elite, who is above any church discipline; and/or any person who stands alone claiming to be the sole inerrant authenticators of scripture-ALL such claims are false. No church leader or anyone else EVER HAS ANY such authority according to the Bible, for ALL such are anti-christs. All authentic church leaders operate as servants, under the governance of scripture, correctly understood and lived. Anyone wilfully operating outside of the bounds of scriptures, and who rejects church correction must be rejected.

Again, and again we must proclaim that the Bible is not of any private interpretations. All who serve in the body must be in subjection to Christ as the Head of His church.

All praises to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, forever blessed Messiah, Redeemer and Deliverer, who has delivered us from darkness by the power of His blood. Beloveds, when we read God's word, we must seek to understand it correctly, and look to see how we can put it to use, i.e. apply it in our daily lives; this includes our hearts, thinking, feelings, actions and interactions with others.

Romans 15:30-32

Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ's sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;31 That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea, and that my service which I have to Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;32That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.

The word Paul used in regards to those that do not believe in the Greek language is apeitheo, meaning (from G45 apeithes; to disbelieve wilfully and perversely):- not believe, disobedient, obey not unbelieving. When you follow this word to its root meaning, it means un-persuadable.

Paul here without apology prays for his deliverance from such persons. Now there are some who pay no attention to the scriptures teachings about this. They are living on very dangerous ground; in carnal high towers, with carnal rose colored glasses. Unfortunately it is amongst such that the tares have done, can, and are doing the most damage.

Again, brothers and sisters,  we must pay attention to God's warning. Here again Paul exhorts, implores, and entreats the church: Romans 16:17-18 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences to the contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned, and avoid them. 18 For they serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

The word simple here, means in the sense that they are unsuspecting and innocent persons.

Brethren, I believe it is extremely important to understand that God derives no pleasure of having to cast away any person into everlasting fire and torment. He makes this clear from the Old to the New Testament: Eze.33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live... See John  3:18-21; 2 Peter  3:9-10.

1Ti. 2: 3-6  (kjv) For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have ALL MEN to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and One mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom FOR ALL, to be testified in due time.

So, dear saints( G40 hagios), while we do not gloat over the fact that the tares will ultimately be cast into everlasting fire and torment; we profoundly understand the cause-they refuse, reject, hate, dispise and fight against God and His people. It is by the tares own choice in rejecting God, that they are condemned to perish. This is the true eternal, everlasting and unchanging standard of God, and it is God's alone.  It is absolutely irrelevant, and totally unimportant that some should refuse to believe that God's word correctly understood and lived is the sole standard for All men; God is nevertheless going to judge all men by His standard ALONE. The tares perish simply because they refuse to believe.

For this cause, brothers and sisters, there is no need for symphathy for the devil and his dedicated followers. God has laid out the map for dealing with all such. They are NEVER benign or harmless, but are enemies of God, out to destroy His people, and actively doing all they can to prevent the spread and belief in the Gospel.
