Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Ephesians 5:1-2 NKJV

    Peace Brings Peace

In his letter to the churches of Galatia Paul wrote, Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. After alluding to the trappings of earthly wisdom in verses 13:16, James spoke of the wisdom from above. Peace makers hold precious seed in their hands. This seed will produce a fruit called righteousness. Peace, like prayer, originates from the Lord, prayer must be spoken back to the Lord. The seed of peace must be scattered so that they can germinate in the lives of those without peace. Sow confusion, and we will reap confusion. Sow peace, and we will reap the peaceful fruit of righteousness. And the fruit of righteouness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:18.. In the sermon on the mount, Jesus said By their fruits ye shall know them [Matt. 7:20].

    Righteous

This passage of scripture reminds us that our God is righteous. His righteousness will not end. Righteous art thou O LORD, And upright are thy judgements Psalm 119:137….You and I can be upright for a period of time, but we cannot maintain that forever. He can. He is just and honorable. He acts according to what is right. His judgements are right. Who better to judge than He who knows the hearts of all people? When we are worried or angered when something isn’t right, we need to just take it to the Lord. He is righteous always . He knows what is true, and His judgements are based upon truth. As did the psalmist, we need to trust Gods nature, delight in His Word, and ask for understanding. Matthew 12:18 “Behold My Child whom I have chosen; My Beloved, in whom My soul is well pleased. I will put My Spirit on Him, and He shall declare judgment to the nations.

    He Is

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation; because by Him everything was created, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things and by Him all things hold together. He is also the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He might come to have first place in everything. Because the fullness was pleased to dwell in Him, And to reconcile everything to Himself through Him by making peace through the blood of His cross whether things on earth or in heaven. Colossians 1:15-20. These scriptures tell us that God is fully in charge of everything here on earth and in heaven. As Christians we are protected by this awesome power. What a great and wonderous feeling  knowing  God can be in total control of our lives if we just let Him.

    Wait On The Lord

There are so many people today that seems like there in such a mad rush very hyper and seldom rest.Wait on the LORD ; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait I say, on the LORD. Psalm 27:14….. David the writer of this passage, was not hyper. David did many great things, but he did them with the strength that came from outside himself. And though he seemed tireless , he rarely moved under his own power. It seems like no one has any patience every thing needs to be done yesterday or asap, we wrap our lives around deadlines and schedules. David discovered that the secret of any great decision is timing. Hurry sickness is not part of the process, waiting on the Lord is. Wisdom and a clear vision are part of Gods timing. Wait on the LORD . Wait”

    Gods Word Silenced?

There seems to be a great need by some to quite the voice of the Lord. We have a federal judge who has ruled it unconstitutional to have  a national day of prayer. Laws may be passed,  man-made rules may be put into place . But the Word of God will never-never be silenced. We all have the constituional right  to free speech and I would encourage all Christian believers to join in and exercise that right to the full extent. I say stand up for our rights as Christians. We must not let a few people who claim to be unbelievers with a pocket full of money take our religious freedoms away. Stand up and be counted. Stand up for Jesus.

2Timothy 3:1-4 Know this also, that in the last days grievous times will be at hand. 2 For men will be self-lovers, money-lovers, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

3 without natural affection, unyielding, false accusers, without self-control, savage, despisers of good,

4 traitors, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

    A Second Chance

This fast paced world has a vicious motto. Grab the gold ring while you can. Tommorow will be to late. In the rat race of business, only a few employers overlook a mistake of judgement or a wrong decision. There rule is do it right thr first time. We are not programmed to waste time by making errors. Perhaps you have been under a supervisior who did not tolerate errors. Have you ever wished that you could find a place called The Land Of Beginning Again? It would be one where all our mistakes, heartaches, and regrets coudld be dropped like a shabby old coat and never put on again. Listen! such a place does exsist. It began in the heart of God and reached its climax at Calvary and the empty tomb. Its key word is forgiveness. Are you carrying with you the burden of faliure? You cannot change the past; but you can with Gods help, with God, map a new future. Do not weep for precious chances passed away. No defeat is final. A glorious future awaits us if you claim the resources God has provided for us.....And the Lord spoke unto the fish, and it vomited out Jonah upon the dry land. Jonah 2:10. Just like Jonah we too can have a second chance.

    All Are Welcome

Have you ever wondered how some Church’s—- [Congregations] expect to reach the lost? They never invite anyone for bible study but their church friends, and never visit the lost or unchurched. It’s no wonder Church’s are  failing! Jesus invites all people to come to Him. He seeks those who don’t know Him and give them an invitation. Thankfully He doesn’t screen out those who look, act, or believe a certain way. Mat 22:9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. God gives us all an invitation to join Him for all eternity. We sure need to share this invitation with others.

    From Death To Life

Jesus said to Martha after her brother Lazarus died, I am the ressurection, and the life: he that believeth in me though he were dead, yet shall he live. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. Acts 5:30… Even as Jesus was resurrected, so will believers be raised in the last days to to live with him eternally. Let us be sure we are ready for that wonderful day. Thank You Father, for your promise of life after death in eternity with you.

    Another Comforter

When the disciples were confused about Jesus departure and needed reassurance, Jesus promised when He left He would send a Comforter who would be with them always. How great to know that the Holy Spirit dwells in our hearts to bring comfort and reassurance to each of Gods children. No matter what problem we face today, whether it is the loss of a loved one, sickness, a family problem, or just loneliness,  We know that Gods Spirit who came to dwell with us in our new birth will offer solace. We are not alone. We can call upon the Comforter.-And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever. John 14:16.

    EASTER

    The Empty Tomb

John and Peter ran to the garden tomb, after mary magdalene

told them the stone had been rolled away. John tells that Peter

goes into the tomb, and sees the linens in which Jesus was

wrapped in lying there empty. they [the desciples] still do not understand

But they know Jesus has risen [read John-20-1:9]

May God bless you and have a great Easter
