PSALMS
There is a lot of talk going on about the discovery of the book that was found in the bog in Ireland. The 83rd Psalm was on the page that was open, some say that it is a sign from God, perhaps it is. I am paying close attention to the events that are going on in Israel as well as all of the middle east. right now. I found the 82nd Psalm also very interesting. Psalm: 82 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods 2- How long will ye judge unjustly; and except the persons of the wicked? sel-lah. 3-Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to afflictied and needy. 4- Deliever the poor and needy; rid them out of the hand of the wicked. 5-They know not, neither will they understand; they walk in darkness; all the foudations of the earth are out of course.6- I have said ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most high.7- But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. 8-AriseO God. judge the earth; for thou shall inherit all nations.

ANOTHER SUNDAY
Well here it is another sunday coming up Im looking foward to it. I love to fellowship with all my christian buddies but most of all to worship and fellow ship with our dear saviour the Lord Jesus Christ, sing praises to Him and recieve the blessings that I always get. Praise the Lord for having the opportunity to do that . a lot of christians cant worship our Lord God for fear of being arrested or murdered. some parts of the world are doing just that. I just thank God that we can still go to our church of choice and praise and worship our Lord God Im going arent you? Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselfs together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another; and so much more, as ye see the day approaching.

THE GREAT GIFT
The great gift that God has given us is being able to call on His name, and by his loving grace we are saved through faith. And the blood that Jesus shed being crucified on the cross, and died for our sins, that whosoever should call on his name would not perish but have everlasting life. What a great gift. Ephesians 2:4-8 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us.5-Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickend us together with Christ [by grace ye are saved.] 6-And hath raised us up together and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.7-That in the ages to come he might shew the exceding riches of his grace in his kingdom toward us through Christ Jesus.8- For by grace are ye saved through faith: and that not of yourselfs: it is the gift of God. Praise God for this great gift.

SORROW
We are having our share of sorrow, we have lost two family members, and we just found out that one of our brothers at church has cancer in both kidneys, and it dosen't look good for him. he is a devout christian man and has worked for the Lord many years, despite all that hes been through he still trusts in our saviour Jesus Christ, and he told me no matter what happens that I am a winner. reminded me of a song Im a winner either way where I go or where I stay. these are very true words but we must try to remember that we are truly winners when we trust in God. Hebrews 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith. having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. I appreicate all of you on the blog site and your thoughtful comments. [Bro Larry]

TIME TO PRAY
We have had two deaths in our family today one was sick for a short while, the other was sick for a good while, although it is a sad time for everyone, we have to remember God knows best. there was no hope of recovery for either one of them. although a lot of prayers went up for them, they just simply did not recover.if they had lived they would have not had a life hear on this earth. but by the grace of God they will live for ever that is the promise Jesus made to all of us. john 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. that is such a comfort to know. while no one wants to suffer the loss of a a loved one, that is human nature, it is so great to know that if we believe on our dear Saviour The Lord Jeus Christ we will live with him forever. and someday we will all be together, wont that be wonderful. So this is the time to pray. amen

Sorry I have not been on the site the last few days, had to take care of some business, but the Lords willing I can join back in with my sisters and brothers on the blog site. I would like to say that I really appreicate being able to read the posts and to share my thoughts with everyone.and if I can be of help to anyone just let me know.I was reading the 121st psalm and it really blessed me I think it will bless your heart. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2- My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. 3- He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepth these will not slumber. 4-Behold he that keepth Israel shall neither slumber or sleep. 5- The Lord is thy keeper. the Lord is thy shade upon the right hand.6- The sun shall not smite the by day, nor the moon by night. 7- The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil; he shall preserve thy soul. 8-The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time fourth, and even for ever more. I love that last line And even for ever more' Amen
