WHERE WOULD WE GO?
John 6:67-69 Jesus said therefore unto the twelve, Would ye also go away? 68 Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 69 And we have believed and know that thou art the Holy One of God.

Like or Dislike?
Getting people to dislike you is easy just disagree with them about something. In Luke 6:22 Jesus isn’t talking about being disliked he is talking about being hated for the “Son of mans sake.”The worlds hatred comes naturally when we stand unwaveringly with Jesus. However, a blessing comes just as naturally from the Lord Himself. Jesus said “Blessed are ye” this blessing is the feeling of affirmation when we’ve endured trials for being faithful Christians. Luke 6:22 Blessed are you when men shall hate you, and when they shall cut you off, and when they shall reproach you and shall cast out your name as evil, for the sake of the Son of Man.

Long Term Health Care
God has provided free long-term health care to anyone who accepts Jesus as Lord and Savior. Before His death Jesus said he was leaving the disciples in order to build the best retirement facility ever designed. This facility will last an eternity without fresh paint or new carpet.Joh [14:1-3]1-In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. 2-Let not your heart be troubled: believe in God, believe also in me. 3-And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.In Ttus 1:2 Paul reminded Titus, whom he called his son in faith, that God’s promise of eternal life written in concrete-”promised before the world began.” Biblical hope isn’t about a high probability but rather assurance and security that s present today-not just at some future time. For those who love God and give their lives to Him, they need not worry about where they will spend eternity.Titus 1:2. in hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before times eternal;

Love What God Loves
Christians can’t live as a friend of this world and as a friend of God. A person can’t live two separate lives that are in complete and total opposition to one another. The issue is loyalty. The world offers material wealth that comes from self centered ambition. God offers a kingdom that advances by means of self-sacrifice, humility and a genuine desire to serve. How can we offer allegiance to both at the same time/ John simply says “We can’t” 1 John 2:15-17-Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world the love of the father is not in him. 16- because all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17- And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but he who does the will of God abides forever.

WHAT DO YOU VALUE?
Can a person be wealthy and be rich toward God at the same time? It is more how we value wealth than having it. To be rich toward God requires laying up treasures in heaven, What on this earth could ever be banked in heaven? How about the souls of just persons made perfect? God greatly values us and every convert Christ likeness,our our witness touches. He values what ever makes us rich toward Him. God highly values such things as Christ likeness, Christian graces, Kingdom priorities, Good deeds done from right motives, praise from pure hearts and upright lives. Luke 12:21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

When Peculiar is a Compliment!
We often use the word peculiar to describe something odd or strange. Certainly a lot of what Christians do probably seems strange to the world. But when you trace the word back to its roots, you’ll find that the original Latin word meant belonging exclusively to some person group or thing. In Deuteronomy 26 the Israelites were instructed to be thankful that God had brought them to the Promised Land. The same God who provided a land flowing with milk and honey would also keep His promise that His people were His treasured possession. As followers of Jesus Christ we are the exclusive property of Jesus. “You are not your own, for you are bought with a price” [1 Cor. 6:19-20]. Every where we go, His name goes on the dotted line beside ours. Our ultimate value was established once and for all at the cross. And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he has promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments. Deuteronomy 26:16.

We Should Know Christ
Some years ago at a drawing-room function, one of England’s leading actors was asked to recite for the pleasure of his fellow guests. He consented and asked if there was anything special that his audience would like to hear. After a moment’s pause, an old clergyman present said: “Could you, sir, recite to us the Twenty-third Psalm?” A strange look passed over the actor’s face; he paused for a moment, and then said: “I can, and I will, upon one condition; and that is that after I have recited it, you, my friend, will do the same.” “I,” said the clergyman, in surprise. “But I am not an elocutionists. However, you wish it, I will do so.”Impressively, the great actor began the psalm. His voice and his intonation were perfect. He held his audience spellbound; and as he finished, a great burst of applause broke from the guests.Then, as it died away, the old clergyman arose and began the psalm. His voice was not remarkable; his intonation was not faultless. When he had finished, no sound of applause broke the silence, but there was not a dry eye in the room, and many heads were bowed.Then the actor rose to his feet again. His voice shook as he laid his hand upon the shoulder of the old clergyman and said: “I reached your eyes and ears, my friends; he reached your hearts. The difference is just this: I know the Twenty-third Psalm, but he knows the Shepherd. John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
