Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Ephesians 5:1-2 NKJV

    Gods Love

Love worketh no ill to his neighbor; therefore love is the fullfilling of the law. Romans 13:10..... Paul conveyed the only dept we can never fully pay is the dept of love for one another. This love is not just a warm fuzzy feeling; it is an act of kindness motivated by a sense of eternal dept we owe the Lord Jesus. Moreover it sums up all the demands of the law.

Lord help me make this day a meaning one by showing love to someone.

    NEW TESTAMENT

And for this cause he is the meditator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemtion of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might recieve the promise of eternal inheritence. Hebrews 9:15..... The new covenant God made through Jesus was above and beyond  the covenant He made with Moses at Sinai. The old covenant fell short in effectivness because the people could never live up to it. Moses was merely the represenitive of the people, but Jesus was the represenitive of  Almighty God. What the blood animals could never accomplish, Jesus' blood provided at the cross; redemption from sin, the promise of the Holy Spirit, and eternal life.

    ALLOW THE SPIRIT TO WORK

18-In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 19- Quench not the spirit.1 Thessalonians 5 :18-19.As a young Christian  verse 18 puzzled me for I thought some circumstances  could never allow one to be thankful. But life has taught me that in every situation, there is always something for which to be thankful. How do we Quence Gods Spirit? I believe one way we quence the spirit is by having an ungrateful attitude. God wants us to worship Him with a thankful and cheerful heart. An ungrateful heart is not likely to be pleasing to the Holy Spirit . One way to be inspired by the Holy Spirit is by taking note of Gods gifts in nature, the blessings we recieve through friends and family, and most of all the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Amen

    PRAISE THE CREATOR OF LIGHT

Let them praise the LORD: for he commanded and they were created. Psalm 148:5....Light which pervades so many elements of our world, stands out as one of our Creators trademarks. Today many believe a big bang -- rather than God - generated the natural world. Others idolize nature itself rather than worshiping the one who created it.  In this day and age we need to act as guides for those who may not reconize light and everything else in nature  as the remarkeble handiwork of the Lord. Lets Give God praise and thanks for the beautiful world in which we live.

    BY GOING

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I , Here am I; send me. Isaiah 6:8.... Sometimes we must pass through a necessary painful, cleansing process before we can fulfil the tasks God has called us to be. God forgave Isaiahs sins when the angel touched his lips. with a live burning coal. Isaiah was then able to submit himself entirely to Gods, service and say here I am send me. Are we willing to be Gods servant and say send me.

    Temptation

James gives us a good insight on understanding temptation,--Blessed is the man who endureth temptation: for when he is tried he shall recieve the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. James 1:12-..  All temptation found in the Bible  was not bad. The blessings available in temptation is found only by enduring it. It helps us to endure when we realize that our inner surging passions are not from God.  they are rooted in our sin nature since God is never attracted by evil, any attraction we fell to wrong cannot, and does not come from Him there is a temptation process we feel  an inclination to evil; we submit and engage in an act of sin, then a pattern of sin takes root in our lives. James wanted us to recognize that first inclination for what it is and resist acting on our passions. But through every temptation God gives his good gifts and He remains unshadowed, Nothing can cut off or interrupt, the light He gives. He has given us his life; He intends to see us ripen and mature to fruitfulness. Just as first fruits were early ripening grains and fruits brought to Gods temple as a special thanks offering. So our good works in spite of temptation honor him.

    Temptation

Several Hebrew and Greek words express the idea of trial or trust or enticement and thus of temptation

    PROCLAIM IT

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things. Romans 10:15...The time given us here on this earth to finish our task is quickly vanishing. Soon night will come, and time as we know it will be no more. We need to be busy going about the ministries that God has assigned for us. We need to tell others about free salvation offered to everyone through Jesus Christ.

Lord thank you for allowing me to share the Gospel of peace with others.

    LOVE

If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Fathers commandments, and abide in His love. ..John 15:10

A new commandment I give you that you love one another as I have loved you. That ye also love one another.. John 13:34.

But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: For ye yourselfs are taught of God to love one another. 1 Thessalonians 4:9

We love him because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19.

    CALMING THE STORMS

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace be still, and the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Mark 4:39. When were born until we die we encounter stormy seas of life. We often encounter such obstacles as turmoil, strife, and discord. Our ultimate point of peace is our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. He not only posesses peace, His very nature is peace. Consider the unforgetful words Christ spoke in a raging storm'' Peace be still.'' Of course this is not to say we will always be succesful in situations that need change. The Lord may even have a specific purpose for the tears or  difficulties, but He is always the same His peace abounds whether we feel it or not.

    May God Bless

    CARNAL MINDED

5-For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are of the spirit the things that of the spirit.6- For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritual minded is life and peace. 7- Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. ROMANS 6:5-6-7. When someone obeys the carnal ways of the flesh instead of the law of God. Sometimes these things can and do hurt others. We have to either be of God or of the devil there is no in between. The eighth verse of Romans 6 tells us just that. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

    May God Bless

    IMORTAL INVISIBLE

Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy:1 17......Air is somthing most of us take for granted. We awake with a yawn, never giving air a thought. Air is invisible, but our very life depends on it. Unless something alters it the air around us is fine. We really dont notice it unless something is wrong. I wonder has anyone ever compared God to air? This passage says God is immortal, and invisible. Immortal meaning Hes always there. Invisible of course means He cannot be seen.. Even if we cannot see Him we know He exsists. Like air, God is essential  for life and existence. Do we think of Him or just start our day without giving Him a second thought. Let us seek God instead of waiting untill somthing isn't right  to remember His existence and importance.

    BELIEVERS

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God and the communion of the Holy Ghost be with you all. Amen.  2 Corinthians 13:14..... As followers of Jesus we have many differences with other Believers around the world this can cause separation and sometimes even distrust. However we have some characteristics that are stronger than the differences and can still hold us together. Each of us has  experienced the grace of Jesus Christ that has resulted in salvation. Everyone of us  lives daily wrapped in the loving arms of God who keeps us in His care. And the Holy Spirit given to each of us  when we first believed gives a kinship no earthly power can destroy. Which is Gods amazing grace bestowed on the family of God.

    LOVE

7-Beloved let us love one another. For love is of God: and everyone that loveth is born, and knoweth God. 8--He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1John 4:7-8...Have you ever heard anyone say I will fogive them but I will never forget? What if God had that attitude toward us? What if he defined love in the same way?  We would be in big trouble. 1Corinthians 13, teaches us that love behaves itself and does not seek its own. Love is kind.In this passage of scripture the words for love are taken from the Greek word agape meaning as a love that prizes its object above other things, with an unwillingness to abandon the object. [Thayers Greek lexicon]..That describes how much God loves us--with a love that died for us when He didn't deserve it. We can ignore God, disobey Him, and mock Him; yet He will love us. we can't truly know God without experiencing His love, and we know God when we love others.

    <Blessings>
