1John 4:17 This is how love has been perfected among us: we will have confidence on the day of judgment because, while we are in this world, we are just like him.

    R-rated Hearts

R- rated Hearts.>>> The way I feel being around unbelievers will tell me a whole lot about my concept of God and how I stand before him. Jesus put it this way: do not judge , or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others , you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you" Matthew [7:1-2]  In other words you get what you give out, you want a loving God? then be loving. You want a merciful God? then be merciful. Want God to forgive you? then forgive your fellow man. Want God to condemn you? Then be an accusatory person. Want to put youself above the rest of the world? Then get ready for a God that is going to strain out  every judgement you thought you ever had and measure all  the thoughts and intents of your hidden heart by the same standard. Thats enough to send me to my knees, because I know my heart. All Christians need to realize that however acceptable our lives may be for the general audience , we still posess a R-rated heart , and we are as good as dead if we want God to meet us on any other ground than His grace and forgiveness. The joy of the truth is once I can believe that forgiveness for my self, then I can believe it for anybody. I have new eyes to see beyond my neighbors sin and love him or her with the love of Christ.

    With All Diligence

    With All Diligence

Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23..... One of the sweetest things about Jesus is that He runs to meet us when ever we take a single step toward Him. As you diligently and daily choose to open your heart to the Lord, He will establish your ways. Your efforts will not be in vain and your victory will much greater than you can imagine.>>> Have a great weekend.

    Peace Brings Peace

And the fruit of righteouness is sown in peace of them that make peace. James 3:18.. In the sermon on the mount, Jesus said By their fruits ye shall know them [Matt. 7:20]. In his letter to the churches of Galatia Paul wrote, Whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. After alluding to the trappings of earthly wisdom in verses 13-16, James spoke of the wisdom from above. Peace makers hold precious seed in their hands. This seed will produce a fruit called righteousness. Peace, like prayer, originates from the Lord, prayer must be spoken back to the Lord. The seed of peace must be scattered so that they can germinate in the lives of those without peace. Sow confusion, and we will reap confusion. Sow peace, and we will reap the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

    God Bless The Children

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, who is the greatest in the Kingdom of  heaven?" 2- Then He called a child to Him and had him stand among them. 3- I assure you, He said, unless you are converted and become like children, you will never enter into the Kingdom of heaven. 4- Therefore whoever humbles himself like this child--This one is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5-And whosoever welcomes one child like this in My name welcomes me. Matthew 18:1-5. We had five children saved at VBS. this was really great ,and shows what a good job the teachers did in ministering the gospel to these children. The sad part is we had family night friday night and hardly any of the parents showed up. I really felt sorry for the kids they were so excited .And it seems their parents just didn't care.

Father I pray that the parents will learn from their children what a blessing it is to have you in their hearts. Amen.

    Live As One In Christ

That they all may be one; as thou Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. John 17:21.... While we must not sacrifice our cherished biblical beliefs, we can find common ground with Christians of many denominational or undenominational persuasions. Rather than dwelling on things that separate us from other Christians, we can seek the things we have in common. A divided body of Christ does not draw lost people to Him.

Father , I join Your children of many persuasions in praying that true revival may come.

    To God For Our Children.

Train up a child the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6....My wife is helping out with VBC at church, and as she was crossing the parking lot to go in she heard this small voice it was saying "this is for you' this is for you" she looked around and there were three young boys walking toward the church she also looked to see if the young boy was talking to anyone else but there was no one else there. He came running up to her and said again this is for you. He handed her a small clear cube that had a small ring in it.She said thank you so much, and the little boy gave her a big grin, then asked where the other ladies were .She told him they were inside and for him to come and she would go in with him. He kept looking back to see if she was with him and she assured him she was right behind him., as he went on to class  she was asked by some of the other ladies why she had such a big smile, which she told the story. They all said that is something to smile about.

She didn't know the little boy and dont know why he picked her to give the small gift to.

    Love One Another

A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. John 13:34...We are to love others as Christ loves us. How much is that?Well , He loves us so much that He was totally obedient to God, even unto death. While He didn't always condone the behavior of others, He loved them un conditionally. We all know people who have habits we dont particuarly like; but with Gods help, we can love them anyway. We need to seek to love unconditionally those we don't like and maybe others will reconize us as disciples of our Lord. John 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye have love one to another.

    Encourage One Another

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do. 1Thessalonians 5:11...God created us with a need for others. Because it was never God's design for man to be alone, God created Eve as Adams companion. They lived and labored together and thereby fulfilled God's plan for them to be fruitful and multiply. Through them God established the first family. God never planned for members of His Kingdom family to be alone either. He put us together in biological families and church families in order to meet our needs for companionship. If we had to fulfill our responsibilities and carry life burdens alone, we would soon become exhausted and discouraged. But there is something about having someone with us that makes all the difference. Though others cannot always remove our burdens, they can share our experiences by listening , praying giving counsel , and providing for practical needs. As we comfort and encourage one another in this way, we work together to fulfill Gods plan for His church to be fruitful and multiply.

    Gods Word Is Sure.

For ye were as sheep gone astray, but are now returned unto the shepherd and bishop of your souls. 1 Peter 2:25.. Isn't it wonderful to know God always keeps his promises? Throughout the Old Testament, God promised to, send a Great Shepherd. God kept his Word. Prophecy after prophecy was fufilled  those long ago days at Bethlehem and Calvary. Our Shepherd came, and God has promised He is coming again to take us to a place He has prepared. Based on that assurance fellow believers I can hardly wait to meet you in glory!

    In Gods Love.

    Every Togue Will Confess

And every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Phillipians 2:11.....We know God wills that every person should confess Him as Saviour and Lord. However , He leaves the choice  to each individual. The Bible says heaven rejoices every time someone prays to recieve Christ. We need to pray for the ones that needs Christ, and bring them the good news of salvation. Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shalt thou serve. Luke 4:8...I will serve the Lord my God , and pray that I will be a witness to those who don't know Him.. Jesus will light the way for all who follow Him. He will be the guide to everlasting salvation, and eternal life . For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:17.  God has placed in every believer the ability to share the Gospel at some level. We need to ask God how to share His love and then do it with enthusiasm.

    WISDOM OF GOD

Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God How unsearchable His judgements and untraceable His ways. Romans 11:32.... No one knows the mind of the Lord. But He knows all things. We can hide things from all kinds of people but God knows everthing we do. Romans 11:34  For who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been His counseler? Then verse 36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things to Him be the glory forever, amen... I will trust in His wisdom and judgements and pray to be worthy of  His never ending love and forgiveness.

    Be Generous

He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and that he is unjust in the least  is unjust also in much. Luke 16:10... Our Heavenly Father is so wise. He will not  overgift us, lest we become boastful, thinking ourselves to be providers. Bur He is generous. He even knows what we need before we ask! Our wealth is not determined by how much we have, but how little we need after depending on God.

    In Gods Love.
