The Gift
The greatest gift mankind has ever received was Gods gift to the world. Jesus Christ the only begotten Son of God. Born of the virgin Mary, this child was to become the most awesome gift the world will ever know. Our eternal God and Savior. Only the God man, the incarnate Son of God can wear these names-Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The prince of Peace. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given. Isaiah 9:6

Thanksgiving Through Thanksliving
Christ must have seen glorious thanksgiving through the thanksgiving of Peter, John, and the other faithful disciples. His heart must have glowed often in the thanksgiving of courageous Paul. We are His present day followers, and like our Christian predecessors we have so much to thank Christ for. We can show thanksgiving much more wonderfully through lives of unselfish Christian service. [Being enriched in every thing to all bountifulness which causeth through us thanksgiving to God. 2 Corinthians 9:11] May all be very blessed this thanksgiving

Things of Concern
As we see the news each day there is a lot of troubling things going on in the world we live in. Financial problems face many countries as well as America. Many families are in utter ruin, prices keep going higher, and higher. It seems there is never enough money to go around with many people. Marriages are being destroyed, families torn apart, murder and mayhem, seem to be on every corner. But wait! There is good news God is still in control no matter how bad things seem, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Jesus is and always will be waiting for us to turn to Him. We need to turn back to God and then we will receive the many blessings He has in store for all who will believe..Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Love of God
The love of God is so awesome, God does so much for us answers prayers, heals the sick, watches over us where ever we go or what ever we do,works miracles and so much more, but the greatest thing He did was gave his only begotten son that anyone who call on Him could be saved. And that is the good news.. 1John 5:1-5 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and everyone that loveth him that begat loveth him, also that is be gotten of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God. When we love God and keep his commandments. 3 For this is the love of God. that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world; and this is the victory that overcometh the world , even our faith.5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the son of God. Praise Him’ for what a awesome God He is. Amen

The Invitation
God offers everyone an invitation to come and be with him to turn away from the things of the world and drink of the living waters…..Isa 5o :1-3 Come all ye who are thirsty come to the waters; and you who have no money come buy and eat! Come buy wine and milk without money without cost. 2- Why spend money on what is not bread. and your labor on what does not satisfy. Listen ,listen to me and eat what is good. and your soul will delight in the richest of fare. 3-Give ear and come to me hear me that your soul may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you..{NIV}..Jesus said over in John 4:14..but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 7:37-In the last day , the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying if any man thirst let him come unto me , and drink.(KJV)……..What a great offer God has for all no matter who you are or where you come from rich or poor to drink of the living water .The water of everlasting life. I want to drink that water and be full…Romans 6:23-For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Saviour.

Gods Majesty
What is your concept of God? Our view of God will always determine our relationship with Him and the way in which we worship Him. Scripture tells us that unlike false Gods, He does not dwell in man made temples. In fact, He made everything that is and is the master of that creation. This sets Him apart as being unique. This was the thought behind the second commandment that said,” thou shall not make unto thee any graven image” [Ex. 20:4]. God did not make and does not want to be worshipped like the pa gens worshiped their gods. He is a God of self revelation. He cannot be confined to what people can create or conceive. If we were to catch a glimpse of Gods majesty it is highly likely our concept of Him would radically change. In the process, it would change who we allow Him to be in our lives.. Acts 17:24 God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. [NKJV]
