Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. Ephesians 5:1-2 NKJV

    Salvation Is Through Christ.

While methods and techniques vary widely for many undertakings, there is only one way to reach heaven to spend eternity with God. Jesus is that Way,and He is the Truth and the Life. All He asks is that we believe. He has taken care of everything else. How we do many things in this life just doesn’t matter when it comes down to whats really important related to eternity is whats in our hearts. That is to have the love of God and love for one another and to believe Jesus Christ is the One and only Way. That is the truth worth telling..And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:31.

    Even Sinners Are Welcome

We should never be so caught up in our church activities that we don’t take time to know our neighbors. Some may be non Christians, but we need to let them know that Jesus welcomes them. To stay in our Christian circles feels comfortable. Yet Jesus spent time building relationships so people could know Him. I wonder if we are building relationships with others in ways that will enable us to share Christ with them? Even hanging out with the wrong crowd as did Jesus, can be a good thing if we are drawing sinners to repentance. Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

    Kindness a Godly Virtue

A first grade Sunday School class was asked to draw pictures of God. One boy represented Him as a wise old man sitting in the clouds. Another boy gave a more abstract interpretation by drawing a bright colored rainbow. One little girl explained her picture like this: “I don’t know what God looks like, so I just drew my grandmother. The little girls grandmother was apparently very special to her. The Apostle Peter indicated that all Christians are expected to cultivate Gods character. Our faith will result in good deeds. The godlier we become, the more Gods kindness will be displayed through our lives. We will become less concerned about our own needs more concerned about others. 2Peter 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

    To The Whole World

Nearly two thousand years ago, Jesus told His small number of disciples that someday the gospel would be preached to the whole world… And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; then shall the end come. Matthew 24:14… At the time, it seemed like an impossible undertaking. However, we see today that Gods merciful kindness has extended to the furthest reaches of the globe. Psalm 117 is one of the most unique chapters in Gods word. It is both the shortest chapter and the middle chapter of the Bible. May it remind us to praise God for His missionary heart and pray for those who are making sacrifices in other lands to make His love known…Psalm 117:2..For his merciful kindnesss is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth forever. Praise ye the Lord.

    Mothers Day 2011

    To Mother

You Brought us up all our life
    Showing us wrong from right
There was times I was upset
But I know now it was good sense.
You kept us warm and kept us fed
You even checked on us when we were in bed.
I never know how much you cared
Till Randy wrecked his bike and hit his head
You came out of the house with your housecoat on
So Randy would not be alone
There are so many mothers in this world
But I have to say you are the best one
There was times you were hard on us, I was mad
But after years went by I am glad
There's times I stop and think
How wonderful it is to have a mother so great
With all you said and did
I'm glad you didn't give up on this kid
So after this I have to say
You are a special mother to this day
So sit down on this beautiful day
'Cause you earned I have to say.

    Mercy Of God

All things whether on earth or in heaven belong to God, in all reality we don’t have anything. Our earthly possessions don’t mean a thing to God, its our spiritual readiness to serve Him that God is concerned about. We don’t need to worry so much about earthly things but concentrate on the heavenly things., Serve and give God the Praise and Glory He so richly deserves…[Romans 11: 33-36]..33 Oh the depth of riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God. How unsearchable His judgements and untraceable His ways! 34 For who has known the mind of the Lord? or who has been His counselor? 35 Or who has first given to Him , and has to be repaid? 36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever amen
